Abstract
本发明涉及一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,具有带输入轴的电机和带封盖的机体,所述的机体通过输入轴与电机连接,机体的输出端采用法兰结构,与被驱动设备主体联接,所述的输入轴与蜗杆平行安装,蜗杆与输出轴安装方向垂直,输出轴上设有蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮相互啮合,输出轴的两端均设有轴承,蜗杆的两端设有轴承,蜗杆的一端通过平键与设在输入轴上的输入齿轮连接。本发明结构简单,体积小,重量轻、设计紧凑、承载能力强,运转平稳,振动小、低噪声、低温升、积木式结构、组合方便,通用性强,使用寿命长,无须经常维修和更换。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机。
背景技术
蜗杆减速机是一种具有结构紧凑,传动比大,以及在一定条件下具有自锁功能的传动机械,是最常用的减速机之一。在目前用于传递动力与运动的机构中减速机的范围相当广泛,几乎在各式机械的传动系统中都可以见到它的踪迹,从交通工具的船舶汽车,机车,建筑用的重型机具,机械工业所用的加工机具及自动化生产设备;现在,全国公知的各类减速机中,在输出转矩相同的情况下,欲要加大减速比,则箱体的体积必须加大,即减速机的整个体积要增大,要想获得相同功率的大速比,因其箱体内的各传动轴为平面排列的局限性,当输出转矩相同时,要想加大减速比,则减速机不仅体积较大,而且工作不平稳,振动和噪声较大,温升增高,其使用寿命较短,传动比的分级间隔大,同时,由于受安装形式的限制,只能提供用户一种底脚安装方式,不能满足用户多种安装形式的需求,通用性能差,易造成生产成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种构简单,体积小,重量轻、设计紧凑、承载能力强,运转平稳,振动小、低噪声的斜齿轮蜗杆减速机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,具有带输入轴的电机和带封盖的机体,所述的机体通过输入轴与电机连接,机体的输出端采用法兰结构,与被驱动设备主体联接,所述的输入轴与蜗杆平行安装,蜗杆与输出轴安装方向垂直,输出轴上设有蜗轮,蜗杆与蜗轮相互啮合,输出轴的两端均设有轴承,蜗杆的两端设有轴承,蜗杆的一端通过平键与设在输入轴上的输入齿轮连接。
进一步的,所述的轴承分别安装在机体的前后轴承室中,轴承的外侧设有孔用挡圈。
进一步的,所述的封盖内设有油封,提高封盖的密封性能,具有较好的防尘、防水效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。
进一步的,所述的机体的顶端设有通过螺栓连接的盖体,盖体上设有通气帽,其稀释并扩散油气,有效防止油蒸气浓度增大到燃、爆极限,提高安全系数。
进一步的,所述的输出轴上设有轴套,用来保护输出轴,提高承载能力,运行平稳,振动小,低噪声,组合方便,通用性强,无须经常维修和更换。
进一步的,所述的机体上设有油镜,光线通过不同密度的介质物体时,部分光线不会发生折射而散失,进入镜筒的光线多,视野亮度增强,物象清晰。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,体积小,重量轻、设计紧凑、承载能力强,运转平稳,振动小、低噪声、低温升、积木式结构、组合方便,通用性强,使用寿命长,无须经常维修和更换。

现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-2所示的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,具有带输入轴1的电机2和带封盖3的机体4,所述的机体4通过输入轴1与电机2连接,机体4的输出端采用法兰结构,与被驱动设备主体联接,所述的输入轴1与蜗杆5平行安装,蜗杆5与输出轴6安装方向垂直,输出轴6上设有蜗轮7,蜗杆5与蜗轮7相互啮合,输出轴6的两端均设有轴承8,蜗杆7的两端设有轴承8,蜗杆7的一端通过平键9与设在输入轴1上的输入齿轮10连接,轴承8分别安装在机体4的前后轴承室中,轴承8的外侧设有孔用挡圈11,封盖3内设有油封12,机体4的顶端设有通过螺栓连接的盖体13,盖体13上设有通气帽14,输出轴6上设有轴套15,机体1上设有油镜16,同时结构简单,体积小,重量轻、设计紧凑、承载能力强,运转平稳,振动小、低噪声、低温升、积木式结构、组合方便,通用性强,使用寿命长,无须经常维修和更换。

1.一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,具有带输入轴(1)的电机(2)和带封盖(3)的机体(4),其特征在于:所述的机体(4)通过输入轴(1)与电机(2)连接,机体(4)的输出端采用法兰结构,与被驱动设备主体联接,所述的输入轴(1)与蜗杆(5)平行安装,蜗杆(5)与输出轴(6)安装方向垂直,输出轴(6)上设有蜗轮(7),蜗杆(5)与蜗轮(7)相互啮合,输出轴(6)的两端均设有轴承(8),蜗杆(7)的两端设有轴承(8),蜗杆(7)的一端通过平键(9)与设在输入轴(1)上的输入齿轮(10)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:所述的轴承(8)分别安装在机体(4)的前后轴承室中,轴承(8)的外侧设有孔用挡圈(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:所述的封盖(3)内设有油封(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:所述的机体(4)的顶端设有通过螺栓连接的盖体(13),盖体(13)上设有通气帽(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:所述的输出轴(6)上设有轴套(15)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜齿轮蜗杆减速机,其特征在于:所述的机体(1)上设有油镜(16)。
