Abstract
本发明涉及一种透明的具有持久粘性的应用于涂装车间的防护涂料,在常温(20℃)下,表面粘性能达6个月以上,对涂装车间的基材无损伤,不会引起所涂样件缩孔,本发明以不干性油、半干性油为主要原料,可采用滚涂或刷涂施工,清除时可直接刮除也可用水冲洗。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种透明的具有持久粘性的应用于涂装车间的防护涂料,在常温(20℃)下,表面粘性能达6个月以上,对涂装车间的基材无损伤,不会引起所涂样件缩孔,本发明以不干性油、半干性油为主要原料,可采用滚涂或刷涂施工,清除时可直接刮除也可用水冲洗。
背景技术:
涂装车间的环境清洁度的高低,是直接影响表面喷涂质量的重要因素。喷涂过程中会把空气中的漂尘及过喷的油漆粒子混合在油漆中,从而降低喷涂质量。
采用防护膜或临时保护涂料是国内外常见的防护技术措施,但这种方法有很多缺陷,首先传统的防护膜是黏贴型的,这需要大量的现场施工;其次清除不方便,并且废弃物对环境造成污染,最后传统的防护膜或临时保护涂料大多数采用稀料为溶解,会对涂装车间的基材有损伤,且容易引起所喷样件缩孔。本发明突出的特点是:
1、产品具有持久粘性,常温下可达6个月以上。
2、产品可直接刮除或用水冲洗,减少清理时间,节约时间。
3、产品透明度高。
4、产品对涂装车间基材无损伤,对喷涂样件不会产生缩孔。
5、制造工艺简单,节约人力。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种透明的具有持久粘性的应用于涂装车间的防护涂料。
本发明的另一目的是提供该防护涂料的制备方法。
本发明所提供的一种透明的具有持久粘性的应用于涂装车间的防护涂料的外观为淡黄色粘稠液体。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种透明的具有持久粘性的应用于涂装车间的防护涂料,其特征在于:各组分质量百分比:花生油68.5~89.3%,半干性油10.0~20.0%、增稠剂5.0~10.0%,表面活性剂0.5~1.0%,环氧化大豆油0.2~0.5%。
本发迷宫所述的半干性油为豆油、棉子油。
本发明所述的增稠剂可以是气相法二氧化硅、有机膨润土。
本发明所述的表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
具体实施方式
本发明的制造方法是通过以下步骤实现的:反应釜中加入花生油:68.5~89.3%、半干性油10.0~20.0%,开启搅拌,控制搅拌速度为800转/分,加入增稠剂5.0%~10.0%,搅拌180分钟;加入表面活性剂0.5%~1.0%搅拌30分钟,加入环氧化大豆油0.2%~0.5%,最后搅拌60分钟,即为成品。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油68.5%,豆油20.0%、有机膨润土10.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯1.0%,环氧化大豆油0.5%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油69.3%,豆油20.0%、有机膨润土10.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5%,环氧化大豆油0.2%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油79.3%,豆油15.0%、有机膨润土5.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5%,环氧化大豆油0.2%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油77.8%,豆油15.0%、气相法二氧化硅6.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯1.0%,环氧化大豆油0.2%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油75.0%,豆油18.0%、气相法二氧化硅6.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5%,环氧化大豆油0.5%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油74.3%,棉子油15.0%、气相法二氧化硅10.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5%,环氧化大豆油0.2%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):花生油81.3%,棉子油12.0%、气相法二氧化硅6.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5%,环氧化大豆油0.2%。

1.一种透明的具有持久粘性的防护涂料在涂装车间的应用,其特征在于:所述防护涂料的各组分质量百分比:花生油68.5~89.3%,半干性油10.0~20.0%,增稠剂5.0~10.0%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.5~1.0%,环氧化大豆油0.2~0.5%,所述各组分的质量百分比总和为100%,所述的半干性油为豆油、棉子油中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于:所述防护涂料为淡黄色粘稠液体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为气相法二氧化硅、有机膨润土中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于:所述防护涂料涂膜后表面粘性常温20℃下达6个月以上。
