Abstract
本发明涉及一种无卤低烟电缆料,它包括以下重量份的组分,低密度聚乙烯15-35份、丁苯橡胶15-20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物20-30份、氢氧化铝15-25份、氢氧化镁10-15份、EVA树脂10-20份、聚磷酸铵10-15份、抗氧剂1-5份、交联剂1-3份和改性填料1-2份。本发明燃烧时不会发出有毒气体,低烟,环保。

本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种无卤低烟电缆料。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,及人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,因电线、电缆的老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向。其中无卤低烟电缆料的需求量越来越大。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种燃烧时不会发出有毒气体,低烟,环保的电缆料。
