本发明提供了一种柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:PE树脂粉20-30、EVA40-50、POE弹性体10-15、ACR树脂4-5、氢氧化镁20-30、氢氧化铝20-30、滑石粉10-20、三氧化钼4-5、氧化铁2-3、柠檬酸三丁酯8-10、抗氧剂10101-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯20-30,季戊四醇1-2、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1-2、聚四氟乙烯1-2、硬硬脂酸1-2、石蜡1-2、改性填料8-10。本发明的电缆料柔软度高,力学性能优异。能满足通讯线缆,弱电线缆等对电缆柔软度有较高要求的行业使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,及人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,因电线、电缆的老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向。其中无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的需求量越来越大,目前无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的生产大多是在聚烯烃基材中加入大量的氢氧化镁或氢氧化镁来达到阻燃效果,然而,大量无机材料的加入,影响了电缆料的物理机械性能和加工工艺性能,其在常温下柔软性能、耐气候性差、耐油性、耐低温性能都不是很好。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:PE树脂粉20-30、EVA40-50、POE弹性体10-15、ACR树脂4-5、氢氧化镁20-30、氢氧化铝20-30、滑石粉10-20、三氧化钼4-5、氧化铁2-3、柠檬酸三丁酯8-10、抗氧剂10101-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯20-30,季戊四醇1-2、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1-2、聚四氟乙烯1-2、硬硬脂酸1-2、石蜡1-2、改性填料8-10。
所述的柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:PE树脂粉25、EVA45、POE弹性体14、ACR树脂4、氢氧化镁25、氢氧化铝25、滑石粉15、三氧化钼5、氧化铁2、柠檬酸三丁酯8、抗氧剂1010 2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯26,季戊四醇1、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2、聚四氟乙烯1、硬硬脂酸1、石蜡2、改性填料9。
所述的柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
将沸石在500-550℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1-2%的檀香精油、4-5%纳米玉石粉、1-2%的棕榈酸锌、1-2%的硬脂酸钙、共同研磨1-2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷、2-3%聚乙二醇6000、2-3%的吗啉,10000-13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在155-175℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即得到电缆料成品。
有益效果
本发明选用柔软的热塑性弹性体作为基体树脂;添加一定比例阻燃协效剂同时添加改性填料,在不影响电缆料阻燃性能的情况下,大大降低了无机阻燃剂的添加量;从而制备出柔软的环保聚烯烃电缆料。该电缆料柔软度高,力学性能优异。能满足通讯线缆,弱电线缆等对电缆柔软度有较高要求的行业使用。
具体实施方式
柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
PE树脂粉25、EVA45、POE弹性体14、ACR树脂4、氢氧化镁25、氢氧化铝25、滑石粉15、三氧化钼5、氧化铁2、柠檬酸三丁酯8、抗氧剂1010 2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯26,季戊四醇1、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2、聚四氟乙烯1、硬硬脂酸1、石蜡2、改性填料9。
本发明的电缆料的制备方法:
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在155-175℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即得到电缆料成品。
其中,改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
将沸石在520℃下煅烧4小时,取出后,加入4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1.5小时,然后,加入15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4,陈化12小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1%的檀香精油、4.5%纳米玉石粉、2%的棕榈酸锌、1%的硬脂酸钙、共同研磨2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量3%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷、2%聚乙二醇6000、2%的吗啉,10000-13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
本实施例制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下表:

1.一种柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:PE树脂粉20-30、 EVA 40-50、 POE弹性体 10-15、ACR树脂4-5、氢氧化镁20-30、氢氧化铝20-30、滑石粉10-20、三氧化钼4-5、氧化铁2-3、柠檬酸三丁酯8-10、抗氧剂1010 1-2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯20-30, 季戊四醇1-2、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1-2、 聚四氟乙烯1-2、硬脂酸1-2、石蜡1-2、改性填料8-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:PE树脂粉25、 EVA 45、 POE弹性体 14、ACR树脂4、氢氧化镁25、氢氧化铝25、滑石粉15、三氧化钼5、氧化铁2、柠檬酸三丁酯8、抗氧剂1010     2、乙酰柠檬酸三乙酯26, 季戊四醇1、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2、 聚四氟乙烯1、硬硬脂酸1、石蜡2、改性填料9。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的柔软环保聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
