本发明公开了一种钢管环焊缝打磨装置,包括:导轨、导轨车、横向丝杆、横向变速电机、滑槽、导杆、纵向变速电机、纵向丝杆、转向器、安装台、打磨砂轮机,所述的导轨车设置在导轨上,所述的横向丝杆与导轨车底部通过螺纹孔连接,所述的横向变速电机固接在横向丝杆一端,所述的滑槽为两条,竖直固接在导轨车上,所述的导杆为两根,滑动连接在滑槽上,所述的纵向变速电机安装在导轨车顶部,所述的转向器输入轴与纵向变速电机输出轴连接,转向器输出轴中心位置开有螺纹孔,所述的纵向丝杆穿过转向器的螺纹孔,所述的安装台底部与两个导杆、纵向丝杆固接,所述的打磨砂轮机设置在安装台顶部。本发明具有结构简单、安全实用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢管塔生产加工技术领域,具体是一种钢管环焊缝打磨装置。
背景技术
钢管环焊缝焊接完成后,焊缝表面需要进行清渣、打磨处理,原来采用的时人工手工打磨,费时费力,且打磨效果不佳,影响了企业效益。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种钢管环焊缝打磨装置,包括:导轨、导轨车、横向丝杆、横向变速电机、滑槽、导杆、纵向变速电机、纵向丝杆、转向器、安装台、打磨砂轮机,所述的导轨车设置在导轨上,所述的横向丝杆与导轨车底部通过螺纹孔连接,所述的横向变速电机固接在横向丝杆一端,所述的滑槽为两条,竖直固接在导轨车上,所述的导杆为两根,滑动连接在滑槽上,所述的纵向变速电机安装在导轨车顶部,所述的转向器输入轴与纵向变速电机输出轴连接,转向器输出轴中心位置开有螺纹孔,所述的纵向丝杆穿过转向器的螺纹孔,所述的安装台底部与两个导杆、纵向丝杆固接,所述的打磨砂轮机设置在安装台顶部。
本发明是一种钢管环焊缝打磨装置,横向变速电机的转动可使导轨车横向移动,纵向变速电机的转动可使安装台竖直方向上下移动,综上所述,打磨砂轮机可在竖直面随意移动,将钢管放置于砂轮带上部,通过两个电机带动砂轮上下左右运动,加上旋转钢管,实现打磨;在节约时间、劳动力的同时,还提高了打磨效果,提高了企业的效益。
本发明具有结构简单、安全实用等优点。

如图1所示的一种钢管环焊缝打磨装置,包括:导轨1、导轨车2、横向丝杆3、横向变速电机4、滑槽5、导杆6、纵向变速电机7、纵向丝杆8、转向器9、安装台10、打磨砂轮机11,所述的导轨车2设置在导轨1上,所述的横向丝杆3与导轨车2底部通过螺纹孔连接,所述的横向变速电机4固接在横向丝杆3一端,所述的滑槽5为两条,竖直固接在导轨车2上,所述的导杆6为两根,滑动连接在滑槽5上,所述的纵向变速电机7安装在导轨车2顶部,所述的转向器9输入轴与纵向变速电机7输出轴连接,转向器9输出轴中心位置开有螺纹孔,所述的纵向丝杆8穿过转向器9的螺纹孔,所述的安装台10底部与两个导杆6、纵向丝杆8固接,所述的打磨砂轮机11设置在安装台10顶部。
