本发明公开了一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为2:1‑4:1,所述A组份由下列重量份的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯50‑70、丙烯酸正丁酯30‑40、甲基丙烯酸10‑14、十二烷基硫酸钠5‑7、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10‑16、乳化剂4‑8、碳酸氢钠3‑5、过硫酸钾2‑4、氟化石墨4‑6、聚硅氧烷6‑8、纳米碳酸钙10‑12、硬脂酸锌2‑5、超细炭黑5‑6、抗氧剂CA 3‑4、硬脂酸单甘油酯10‑14、乳化硅油5‑9、聚二甲基硅氧烷3‑6、醇酯十二成膜助剂4‑7、光稳定剂744 5‑6、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。本发明在羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液合成过程中,通过使用反应型乳化剂和引入内交联单体,提高了乳液的聚合稳定性;在其中加入了氟化石墨提高其抗静电效果,同时加入聚硅氧烷改善聚氨酯涂料的阻燃性能。

一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化学制品领域,具体涉及一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料是一种涂覆在物体表面并能形成牢固附着的连续薄膜的配套性工程材料,其广泛应用于工业生产和人们的日常生活,起着保护基材和美化外观的积极作用。随着各国环保法规的健全和人们环保意识的增强,传统溶剂型涂料中的挥发性有机化合物以及有害空气污染物的排放量受到愈来愈严格的限制,开发低污染、高性能、多功能的环保型水性涂料成为涂料技术发展的主要方向。双组分水性聚氨酯涂料将溶剂型双组分聚氨酯涂料的高性能和水性涂料的低有机化合物排放相结合,成为涂料工业研究的热点。
20世纪90年代以来,对双组分水性聚氨酯的研究主要集中在双组分水性聚氨酯的合成及其基础理论的研究上,经过十几年的发展,双组分水性聚氨酯涂料的相关产品已经成功用于市场。双组分水性聚氨酯由含羟基的水性多元醇树脂和含 NCO 基团低粘度多异氰酸酯固化剂组成。羟基树脂具有聚合物结构可调,乳液粒子构型可设计性,且还可赋予多种功能性,是双组分水性涂料性能的重要影响因素,影响着固化剂在水相的分散稳定性、成膜过程中的扩散与交联以及涂膜最终性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为2:1-4:1,所述A组份由下列重量份的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯50-70、丙烯酸正丁酯30-40、甲基丙烯酸10-14、十二烷基硫酸钠5-7、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10-16、乳化剂4-8、碳酸氢钠3-5、过硫酸钾2-4、氟化石墨4-6、聚硅氧烷6-8、纳米碳酸钙10-12、硬脂酸锌2-5、超细炭黑5-6、抗氧剂CA 3-4、硬脂酸单甘油酯10-14、乳化硅油5-9、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-6、醇酯十二成膜助剂4-7、光稳定剂744 5-6、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
所述的一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述质量份的乳化剂、碳酸氢钠和适量的去离子水加入反应器中,在加热至80℃,保持14-16min后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀后继续加热至85℃,1-2h后降温至30℃以下,然后调节pH为8得到羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液;
(2)将羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液加入到调料缸中,加入氟化石墨、聚硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、超细炭黑、抗氧剂CA、去离子水,在1800-2000r/min的转速下分散15-25min;
(3)将转速降低至600-800r/min,加入硬脂酸单甘油酯、乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、醇酯十二成膜助剂、光稳定剂744,分散10-25min后过滤,即得到A组份;
(4)向A组份中加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、去离子水,充分搅拌均匀,得到阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液合成过程中,通过使用反应型乳化剂和引入内交联单体,提高了乳液的聚合稳定性,制备双组分水性聚氨酯涂料,涂膜性能得到改善;在双组分水性聚氨酯涂料配制过程中采用了不含锡的环保型催化剂,加速了涂膜的固化过程,缩短了重涂时间;在其中加入了氟化石墨提高其抗静电效果,同时加入聚硅氧烷改善聚氨酯涂料的阻燃性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为2:1,所述A组份由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯50、丙烯酸正丁酯30、甲基丙烯酸10、十二烷基硫酸钠5、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10、乳化剂4、碳酸氢钠3、过硫酸钾2、氟化石墨4、聚硅氧烷6、纳米碳酸钙10、硬脂酸锌2、超细炭黑5、抗氧剂CA 3、硬脂酸单甘油酯10、乳化硅油5、聚二甲基硅氧烷3、醇酯十二成膜助剂4、光稳定剂744 5、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
所述的一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述质量份的乳化剂、碳酸氢钠和适量的去离子水加入反应器中,在加热至80℃,保持14-16min后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀后继续加热至85℃,1-2h后降温至30℃以下,然后调节pH为8得到羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液;
(2)将羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液加入到调料缸中,加入氟化石墨、聚硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、超细炭黑、抗氧剂CA、去离子水,在1800-2000r/min的转速下分散15-25min;
(3)将转速降低至600-800r/min,加入硬脂酸单甘油酯、乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、醇酯十二成膜助剂、光稳定剂744,分散10-25min后过滤,即得到A组份;
(4)向A组份中加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、去离子水,充分搅拌均匀,得到阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料。
实施例2:
一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为3:1,所述A组份由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯60、丙烯酸正丁酯35、甲基丙烯酸12、十二烷基硫酸钠6、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯13、乳化剂6、碳酸氢钠4、过硫酸钾3、氟化石墨5、聚硅氧烷7、纳米碳酸钙11、硬脂酸锌3.5、超细炭黑5.5、抗氧剂CA 3.5、硬脂酸单甘油酯12、乳化硅油7、聚二甲基硅氧烷4.5、醇酯十二成膜助剂5.5、光稳定剂744 5.5、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。

一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为4:1,所述A组份由下列重量份(kg)的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯70、丙烯酸正丁酯40、甲基丙烯酸14、十二烷基硫酸钠7、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯16、乳化剂8、碳酸氢钠5、过硫酸钾4、氟化石墨6、聚硅氧烷8、纳米碳酸钙12、硬脂酸锌5、超细炭黑6、抗氧剂CA 4、硬脂酸单甘油酯14、乳化硅油9、聚二甲基硅氧烷6、醇酯十二成膜助剂7、光稳定剂744 6、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,包括A组份和B组份,A组份和B组份的质量比为2:1-4:1,所述A组份由下列重量份的原料配制而成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯50-70、丙烯酸正丁酯30-40、甲基丙烯酸10-14、十二烷基硫酸钠5-7、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10-16、乳化剂4-8、碳酸氢钠3-5、过硫酸钾2-4、氟化石墨4-6、聚硅氧烷6-8、纳米碳酸钙10-12、硬脂酸锌2-5、超细炭黑5-6、抗氧剂CA 3-4、硬脂酸单甘油酯10-14、乳化硅油5-9、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-6、醇酯十二成膜助剂4-7、光稳定剂744 5-6、去离子水适量;所述B组份为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取上述质量份的乳化剂、碳酸氢钠和适量的去离子水加入反应器中,在加热至80℃,保持14-16min后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、过硫酸钾,搅拌均匀后继续加热至85℃,1-2h后降温至30℃以下,然后调节pH为8得到羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液;
(2)将羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳液加入到调料缸中,加入氟化石墨、聚硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙、硬脂酸锌、超细炭黑、抗氧剂CA、去离子水,在1800-2000r/min的转速下分散15-25min;
(3)将转速降低至600-800r/min,加入硬脂酸单甘油酯、乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、醇酯十二成膜助剂、光稳定剂744,分散10-25min后过滤,即得到A组份
(4)向A组份中加入六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、去离子水,充分搅拌均匀,得到阻燃抗静电双组份水性聚氨酯涂料。
