本发明公开了一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的中部固定有隔板,隔板将箱体分成上部的加热循环腔体和下部的烘干腔体,加热循环腔体的中部固定有竖直隔板,竖直隔板将加热循环腔体分隔成左出风腔体和右进风腔体,箱体的顶板上通接有进风管和出风管,进风管与右进风腔体相通,出风管与左出风腔体相通,箱体的左侧板上固定有出风电机,箱体的右侧板上固定有进风电机,隔板的左端和右端分别固定有流通壳体,出风电机和进风电机的输出轴上均固定有叶轮,叶轮处于对应的流通壳体中,隔板的左端的流通壳体的侧壁具有出风孔,出风孔与左出风腔体相通。它热量的利用率高,节约能源,降低能耗,降低成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及拉幅定型机烘箱技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱。
背景技术:
现有的拉幅定型机的烘箱都是将加热件与风嘴设置在同一个空间中,通过风机将风力集中通入风嘴,通过风嘴将热风吹到加工布料上,由于加热件与风嘴在同一个箱体中,箱体空间大,箱体的前后两侧壁有开口,加工布料从前后两侧壁上的开口进出,这样加热件产生的热量会有一部分热量从开口中散失,使得热量分散的多,这样通过风机吹到风嘴的热量只是加热件产生的热量的一部分,还有一部分已经散去,这样不仅降低了加热件的热量的利用率,同时,也增加了加热件加热所需要的电能,浪费能源,增加成本。
而且吹过的风中还是具有一定的热量可以再次利用,而现在是直接排出,而无法利用,降低了热量的利用率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱,它热量的利用率高,节约能源,降低能耗,降低成本。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱,包括箱体,所述箱体的中部固定有隔板,隔板将箱体分成上部的加热循环腔体和下部的烘干腔体,加热循环腔体的中部固定有竖直隔板,竖直隔板将加热循环腔体分隔成左出风腔体和右进风腔体,箱体的顶板上通接有进风管和出风管,进风管与右进风腔体相通,出风管与左出风腔体相通,箱体的左侧板上固定有出风电机,箱体的右侧板上固定有进风电机,隔板的左端和右端分别固定有流通壳体,出风电机和进风电机的输出轴上均固定有叶轮,叶轮处于对应的流通壳体中,隔板的左端的流通壳体的侧壁具有出风孔,出风孔与左出风腔体相通,隔板的右端的流通壳体的侧壁具有进风孔,进风孔与右进风腔体相通,隔板的左端的流通壳体的底部与烘干腔体相通,右进风腔体中固定有多个加热管;
所述烘干腔体中固定有上风嘴和下风嘴,上风嘴和下风嘴的进风端通接有主进风管,两个主进风管分别通接在总风管的两个分管上,总风管与隔板的右端的流通壳体相通;
所述总风管的两个分管呈垂直分布,总风管的底部内侧壁上具有径向向内延伸的延伸环,分量筒插套在总风管中,分量筒的底端压靠在延伸环上,分量筒的顶部板的面积小于总风管的截面面积的一半,分量筒的顶部板具有分量通孔,分量通孔正对竖直向下的分管,分量筒的右侧壁为斜向壁,分量筒的右侧壁对着总风管的侧壁上的分管;
所述隔板上成型有左通孔和右通孔,左通孔与隔板的左端的流通壳体的底部相通,右通孔中插套并固定有连接管,连接管与隔板的右端的流通壳体的相通,连接管的下端与总风管相连通。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它将箱体分隔成上部的加热循环腔体和下部的烘干腔体,而将加热循环腔体分隔成左出风腔体和右进风腔体,通过将具有热量的风由右进风腔体进入烘干腔体,再由烘干腔体进入左出风腔体,使得热量进行循环利用,提高热量的利用率高,减少热量损失,节约能源,降低能耗,降低成本。
同时,其总风管中的分量筒使风量均匀分配到上风嘴和下风嘴中,保证烘干均匀。

实施例:见图1至2所示,一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱,包括箱体10,所述箱体10的中部固定有隔板104,隔板104将箱体10分成上部的加热循环腔体100和下部的烘干腔体200,加热循环腔体100的中部固定有竖直隔板105,竖直隔板105将加热循环腔体100分隔成左出风腔体300和右进风腔体400,箱体10的顶板上通接有进风管106和出风管107,进风管106与右进风腔体400相通,出风管107与左出风腔体300相通,箱体10的左侧板上固定有出风电机91,箱体10的右侧板上固定有进风电机92,隔板104的左端和右端分别固定有流通壳体108,出风电机91和进风电机92的输出轴上均固定有叶轮93,叶轮93处于对应的流通壳体108中,隔板104的左端的流通壳体108的侧壁具有出风孔94,出风孔94与左出风腔体300相通,隔板104的右端的流通壳体108的侧壁具有进风孔95,进风孔95与右进风腔体400相通,隔板104的左端的流通壳体108的底部与烘干腔体200相通,右进风腔体400中固定有多个加热管96。
进一步的说,所述烘干腔体200中固定有上风嘴201和下风嘴202,上风嘴201和下风嘴202的进风端通接有主进风管203,两个主进风管203分别通接在总风管204的两个分管205上,总风管204与隔板104的右端的流通壳体108相通。
进一步的说,所述总风管204的两个分管205呈垂直分布,总风管204的底部内侧壁上具有径向向内延伸的延伸环2041,分量筒206插套在总风管204中,分量筒206的底端压靠在延伸环2041上,分量筒206的顶部板的面积小于总风管204的截面面积的一半,分量筒206的顶部板具有分量通孔2061,分量通孔2061正对竖直向下的分管205,分量筒206的右侧壁为斜向壁,分量筒206的右侧壁对着总风管204的侧壁上的分管205。
进一步的说,所述隔板104上成型有左通孔1041和右通孔1042,左通孔1041与隔板104的左端的流通壳体108的底部相通,右通孔1042中插套并固定有连接管207,连接管207与隔板104的右端的流通壳体108的相通,连接管207的下端与总风管204相连通。
工作原理:风由进风管106进入右进风腔体400中,通过加热管96加热(一般为电阻丝加热管加热),然后通过进风电机92运行带动叶轮93转动,使得热风进入右端的流通壳体108中,再进入总风管204后通过分管205进入主进风管203中最后进入上风嘴201和下风嘴202中,对布料进行吹风,然后通过出风电机91的叶轮93转动,使得吹至布料上的热风通过左通孔1041进入隔板104的左端的流通壳体108中,接着进入左出风腔体300中由出风管107进入循环机构中进行循环再次利用。

1.一种循环式拉幅定型机烘箱,包括箱体(10),其特征在于:所述箱体(10)的中部固定有隔板(104),隔板(104)将箱体(10)分成上部的加热循环腔体(100)和下部的烘干腔体(200),加热循环腔体(100)的中部固定有竖直隔板(105),竖直隔板(105)将加热循环腔体(100)分隔成左出风腔体(300)和右进风腔体(400),箱体(10)的顶板上通接有进风管(106)和出风管(107),进风管(106)与右进风腔体(400)相通,出风管(107)与左出风腔体(300)相通,箱体(10)的左侧板上固定有出风电机(91),箱体(10)的右侧板上固定有进风电机(92),隔板(104)的左端和右端分别固定有流通壳体(108),出风电机(91)和进风电机(92)的输出轴上均固定有叶轮(93),叶轮(93)处于对应的流通壳体(108)中,隔板(104)的左端的流通壳体(108)的侧壁具有出风孔(94),出风孔(94)与左出风腔体(300)相通,隔板(104)的右端的流通壳体(108)的侧壁具有进风孔(95),进风孔(95)与右进风腔体(400)相通,隔板(104)的左端的流通壳体(108)的底部与烘干腔体(200)相通,右进风腔体(400)中固定有多个加热管(96);
所述烘干腔体(200)中固定有上风嘴(201)和下风嘴(202),上风嘴(201)和下风嘴(202)的进风端通接有主进风管(203),两个主进风管(203)分别通接在总风管(204)的两个分管(205)上,总风管(204)与隔板(104)的右端的流通壳体(108)相通;
所述总风管(204)的两个分管(205)呈垂直分布,总风管(204)的底部内侧壁上具有径向向内延伸的延伸环(2041),分量筒(206)插套在总风管(204)中,分量筒(206)的底端压靠在延伸环(2041)上,分量筒(206)的顶部板的面积小于总风管(204)的截面面积的一半,分量筒(206)的顶部板具有分量通孔(2061),分量通孔(2061)正对竖直向下的分管(205),分量筒(206)的右侧壁为斜向壁,分量筒(206)的右侧壁对着总风管(204)的侧壁上的分管(205);
