Abstract

一种热风炉干燥箱,是在左右两个干燥箱的中间设有排湿箱,在左右干燥箱的左右端设有均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,在该箱内设有列管式换热器,其底部与排湿箱贯通,列管式换热器前端是新风吸入口,后端有一集风箱,该箱端部与离心风机的进风口连接,离心风机出风口与热风炉的进风口连接,余热回收箱顶部敞开,为排湿口。本发明有效改变了热风流动的方式,使得风阻小,可选用相对小的风机,不但节电而且干燥箱内温度均匀,提高了干燥质量,在排出的湿热空气中收回了相当一部分热能,节省了能源。

Description

热风炉干燥箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥装置,尤其是干燥箱内通风均匀,上下温差小并能回收相当部份热能的热风炉干燥箱。
背景技术
目前,公知的农副产品干燥设备,其结构是在热风炉的左右两侧设置干燥箱。热风炉是一个四周封闭,上方敞开的方箱,燃烧炉置于方箱的下方,在燃烧炉的上方设置一轴流风机,与左右两侧干燥箱相邻的隔板下方设有一进风口,在风机的作用下使空气强制流动,空气经过燃烧炉被加热后自上述进风口进入左右干燥箱的下方,穿过干燥箱中15—20层用筛网盛装的物料层排出。这一技术的不足之处在于干燥箱上下的温差大,热空气的风阻大,流速慢,出现中部的物料被蒸煮的现象,干燥速度慢,干燥周期长,被干燥的物料的品质差,能耗高。
发明内容
为了克服现有农副产品干燥设备存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种热风炉干燥箱,该干燥箱能有效地提高流经物料层的热风风速,不但风阻小,而且风速均匀,避免了物料在干燥过程被蒸煮的现象,从而不仅能缩短干燥周期,提高物料干燥的质量,由于在排湿口增设了余热回收箱回收了相当一部分热能,降低了能耗。
本发明要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:干燥箱和热风炉是完全独立的两部分,在两个干燥箱的中间设有排湿箱,本发明至少由左右两个干燥箱集成,分别在左右干燥箱的左右端设有均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,所述余热回收箱,是由与干燥箱等宽的矩形箱和设置在该箱内的列管式换热器构成,余热回收箱的底部与排湿箱贯通,列管式换热器前端是新风吸入口,后端有一集风箱,该箱端部与离心风机的进风口连接,离心风机出风口与热风炉的进风口连接,余热回收箱顶部敞开,为排湿口。本发明的有益效果是,有效改变了热风流动的方式,使得风阻小,可选用相对小的风机,不但节电而且干燥箱内温度均匀,提高了干燥质量,在排出的湿热空气中收回了相当一部分热能,节省了能源。

左干燥箱1和右干燥箱2分别设置在排湿箱16的左右两侧,在左干燥箱1的左端设有左均衡热风箱3,在右干燥箱2的右端设有右均衡热风箱4,在排湿箱16的顶部设有余热回收箱12,所述余热回收箱12由与干燥箱等宽的矩形箱和设置在该箱内的列管式换热器13构成,余热回收箱12底部与排湿箱16贯通,列管式换热器13前端是新风吸入口14,后端有一集风箱18,该箱端部经风管19与离心风机15的进风口22连接,离心风机15出风口与热风炉5的进风口21连接,余热回收箱顶部敞开为排湿口20,在左干燥箱1和右干燥箱2的上部分别设有左热风道9和右热风道10,并在其后分别设有左热风输出管7,右热风输出管8。
本发明其热风循环原理是,当热风炉5启动运转的同时启动离心风机15,新风即从新风吸入口14吸入,经过列管换热器13吸收了排湿箱16排出的余热,经集风箱18和风管19吸入离心风机15,再经该风机鼓入热风炉加热,然后经热风出口6分别进入左热风输出管7,右热风输出管8,继而进入左热风道9和右热风道10分别到达左均衡热风箱3和右热风均衡箱4,经隔板11上的均衡进风孔17导入干燥箱内物料之中,进行干燥过程后,热风携带一定量的水蒸汽进入排湿箱16,然后经过列管式热换器13后,自余热回收箱12顶部的排湿口20排入大气。

Claims (2)

1.一种热风炉干燥箱,包括以下部分:左干燥箱、右干燥箱、左均衡热风箱、右均衡热风箱、热风炉、左热风输出管、右热风输出管、左热风道、右热风道、隔板、余热回收箱、列管式换热器、离心风机、排湿箱、均衡进风孔、集风箱、风管,其特征是:左干燥箱和右干燥箱分别设置在排湿箱的左右两侧,在左干燥箱的左端设有左均衡热风箱,在右干燥箱的右端设有右均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,该箱端部经风管与离心风机的进风口连接,离心风机出风口与热风炉进风口连接,在左干燥箱和右干燥箱的上部分别设有左热风道和右热风道,并在其后分别设有左热风输出管、右热风输出管。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种热风炉干燥箱,其特征是:所述余热回收箱由与干燥箱等宽的矩形箱和设置在该箱内的所述列管式换热器构成,余热回收箱底部与所述排湿箱贯通,余热回收箱顶部敞开为排湿口,列管式换热器前端是新风吸入口,后端有一所述集风箱。
