一种热风炉干燥箱,是在左右两个干燥箱的中间设有排湿箱,在左右干燥箱的左右端设有均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,在该箱内设有列管式换热器,其底部与排湿箱贯通,列管式换热器前端是新风吸入口,后端有一集风箱,该箱端部与离心风机的进风口连接,离心风机出风口与热风炉的进风口连接,余热回收箱顶部敞开,为排湿口。本发明有效改变了热风流动的方式,使得风阻小,可选用相对小的风机,不但节电而且干燥箱内温度均匀,提高了干燥质量,在排出的湿热空气中收回了相当一部分热能,节省了能源。

[0002] 本发明涉及一种干燥装置,尤其是干燥箱内通风均勻,上下温差小并能回收相当 部份热能的热风炉干燥箱。
背景技术:
[0003] 目前,公知的农副产品干燥设备,其结构是在热风炉的左右两侧设置干燥箱。热风 炉是一个四周封闭,上方敞开的方箱,燃烧炉置于方箱的下方,在燃烧炉的上方设置一轴流 风机,与左右两侧干燥箱相邻的隔板下方设有一进风口,在风机的作用下使空气强制流动, 空气经过燃烧炉被加热后自上述进风口进入左右干燥箱的下方,穿过干燥箱中15-20层用 筛网盛装的物料层排出。这一技术的不足之处在于干燥箱上下的温差大,热空气的风阻大, 流速慢,出现中部的物料被蒸煮的现象,干燥速度慢,干燥周期长,被干燥的物料的品质差, 能耗高。
发明内容:
[0004] 为了克服现有农副产品干燥设备存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种热风炉干燥 箱,该干燥箱能有效地提高流经物料层的热风风速,不但风阻小,而且风速均勻,避免了物 料在干燥过程被蒸煮的现象,从而不仅能缩短干燥周期,提高物料干燥的质量,由于在排湿 口增设了余热回怍箱回收了相当一部分热能,降低了能耗。
[0005] 本发明要解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:干燥箱和热风炉是完全独立的两 部分,在两个干燥箱的中间设有排湿箱,本发明至少由左右两个干燥箱集成,分别在左右干 燥箱的左右端设有均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,所述余热回怍箱,是由与 干燥箱等宽的、矩排湿箱和设置在该箱内的列管式换热器构成,余热回收箱的底部与排湿 箱贯通,列管式换热器前端是新风吸入口,后端有一集风箱,该箱端部与离心风机的进风口 连接,离心风机出风口与热风炉的进风口连接,余热回收箱顶部敞开,为排湿口。本发明的 有益效果是,有效改变了热风流动的方式,使得风阻小,可选用相对小的风机,不但节电而 且干燥箱内温度均勻,提高了干燥质量,在排出的湿热空气中收回了相当一部分热能,节省 了能源。

[0012] 本发明其热风循环原理是,当热风炉5启动运转的同时启动离流风机15,新风即 从新风吸入口 14吸入,经过列管换热器13吸收了排湿箱16排出的余热,经集风箱18和风 管19吸入离心风机15,再经该风机鼓入热风炉加热,然后经热风出口 6分别进入左热风输 出管7,右热风输出管8,继而进入左热风道9和右热风道10分别到达左均衡热风箱3和右 热风均衡箱4,经隔板11上的均衡进风孔17导入干燥箱内物料之中,进行干燥过程后,热风 携带一定量的水蒸汽进入排湿箱16,然后经过列管式热换器13后,自余热回收箱12顶部的 排湿口 20排入大气。

1. 一种热风炉干燥箱,包括以下部分:左干燥箱、右干燥箱、左均衡热风箱、右均衡热 风箱热风炉、左热风输出管、右热风输出管、左热风道、右热风道、隔板、余热回收箱、列管式 换热器、离心风、排湿箱、均衡进风孔、集风箱、风管,其特征是:左干燥箱和右干燥箱分别设 置在排湿箱的左右两侧,在左干燥箱的左端设有左均衡热风箱,在右干燥箱的右端设有右 均衡热风箱,在排湿箱的顶部设有余热回收箱,该箱端部经风管与离心风机的进风口连接, 离心风机出风口与热风炉进风口连接,在左干燥箱和右干燥箱的上部分别设有,左热风道 和右热风道,并在其后分别设有左热风输出管,右热风输出管。
