本发明公开一种水性自固化无机涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分,硅酸盐30~40份、纯丙乳液20~30份、锌粉5~15份、硬脂酸钙2~6份、磷酸二氢铝2~8份、流平剂2~5份、消泡剂3~7份、填料1~10份、去离子水20~30份。本发明制备的水性自固化无机涂料,能快速固化成膜,涂层具有环保无毒、固化时间短、抗污性好、耐磨、不易起粉尘等优点,适用于住宅、学校和宾馆等内墙装修领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种水性自固化无机涂料。
背景技术
目前有机涂料为常用的涂料,虽然粘着性和防腐性好,但是其含有有害物挥发性有机化合物苯、甲醛、重金属( 铅、汞) 等,对环境和人体造成很大的危害。因此,低污染或环境友好型涂料在市场上受到极大关注。
水性涂料由于其环保、不燃、健康等优点,已经逐渐为广大用户所认可和接受,正广泛地应用于地坪、建筑、木器、混凝土表面保护、金属表面保护等领域。根据成膜物质分类,水性涂料可以分为无机类和有机类。对于常规的有机涂料来说,存在着耐溶剂及化学药品性能差、耐酸碱性和耐候性差,质脆易裂,硬度耐磨差,不耐冲击等缺陷,在一定程度限制了其应用的领域。
无机涂料在原材料组成、成膜机理以及工程应用等方面都具有明显优势,成为具有市场竞争力的新型涂料,成为目前涂料研究的热门领域。
但是,目前市场上的无机类涂料普遍存在抗渗水渗油性差、抗污性差、容易起粉尘等缺陷,无法满足普通建筑住宅对高质量、低成本的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种具有环保无毒、固化时间短、抗污性好、耐磨、不易起粉尘的水性自固化无机涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种水性自固化无机涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:
硅酸盐30~40份、纯丙乳液20~30份、锌粉5~15份、硬脂酸钙2~6份、磷酸二氢铝2~8份、流平剂2~5份、消泡剂3~7份、填料1~10份、去离子水20~30份。
优选的,所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸钙、硅酸锂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷溶液、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液中的至少一种。
优选的,所述填料为高岭土、石英砂、滑石粉、硫酸钡、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明制备的水性自固化无机涂料,能快速固化成膜,涂层具有环保无毒、固化时间短、抗污性好、耐磨、不易起粉尘等优点,适用于住宅、学校和宾馆等内墙装修领域。

一种水性自固化无机涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:
硅酸盐30~40份、纯丙乳液20~30份、锌粉5~15份、硬脂酸钙2~6份、磷酸二氢铝2~8份、流平剂2~5份、消泡剂3~7份、填料1~10份、去离子水20~30份。
本发明制备的水性自固化无机涂料,具有环保无毒、固化时间短、抗污性好、耐磨、不易起粉尘等优点。
实施例1
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸钠30份、纯丙乳液30份、锌粉5份、硬脂酸钙6份、磷酸二氢铝2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、聚硅氧烷溶液7份、高岭土10份、去离子水30份。
实施例2
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸钾40份、纯丙乳液30份、锌粉15份、硬脂酸钙2份、磷酸二氢铝8份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷2份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液3份、石英砂1份、去离子水20份。
实施例3
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸钙35份、纯丙乳液25份、锌粉10份、硬脂酸钙4份、磷酸二氢铝6份、聚丙烯酸3份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液5份、滑石粉5份、去离子水25份。
实施例4
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸锂32份、纯丙乳液22份、锌粉6份、硬脂酸钙4份、磷酸二氢铝3份、羧甲基纤维素3份、聚硅氧烷溶液4份、硫酸钡2份、去离子水22份。
实施例5
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸钾38份、纯丙乳液28份、锌粉13份、硬脂酸钙5份、磷酸二氢铝7份、聚丙烯酸4份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液6份、碳酸钙8份、去离子水26份。
实施例6
本发明的水性自固化无机涂料,其按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸钙36份、纯丙乳液24份、锌粉11份、硬脂酸钙4份、磷酸二氢铝7份、羧甲基纤维素4份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液5份、硫酸钡2份、去离子水27份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如下表所示:
        
从表中可见,本发明制备的水性自固化无机涂料具有环保无毒、固化时间短、抗污性好、耐磨等优点。

1.一种水性自固化无机涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:硅酸盐30~40份、纯丙乳液20~30份、锌粉5~15份、硬脂酸钙2~6份、磷酸二氢铝2~8份、流平剂2~5份、消泡剂3~7份、填料1~10份、去离子水20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性自固化无机涂料,其特征在于:所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸钙、硅酸锂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性自固化无机涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸、羧甲基纤维素中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性自固化无机涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷溶液、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性自固化无机涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为高岭土、石英砂、滑石粉、硫酸钡、碳酸钙中的至少一种。
