本发明公开一种纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物25~35份、改性纳米沸石粉1~10份、纳米二氧化钛5~15份、无卤阻燃剂15~25份、成膜助剂2~7份、pH值调节剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、偶联剂4~12份、防沉剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。本发明制备的纳米抗菌防火涂料,加入纳米二氧化钛,抗菌防霉性能优异。加入无卤阻燃剂,防火阻燃效果好、环保无毒,涂层附着力强、耐候性和耐水性好,适用于住宅、医院和写字楼的内外墙装饰装修领域。

一种纳米抗菌防火涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种纳米抗菌防火涂料。
背景技术
随着经济建设的不断加快,各种大型工业设施、商业建筑、地下建筑逐渐增多,潜在的火灾隐患也随之增加。为杜绝和减少火灾的损害,人们常在相应设施和建筑物的表面涂敷各种防火涂料,以便形成防火涂层来在一定的时间内保持涂覆物内部结构的完好。
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。然而,目前市场的防火涂料大多只具有阻燃性能,而抗菌功能不是很好,涂层表面容易滋生霉菌,因此具有抗菌防霉性能则略显薄弱。
纳米技术应用在涂料中,主要是使用荷叶双蔬机理,提高涂料的抗菌防霉性能。作为涂料,它是由多种化学成分组成,独特理化反应而成的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种抗菌性能优异、阻燃效果和耐候性好的纳米抗菌防火涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物25~35份、改性纳米沸石粉1~10份、纳米二氧化钛5~15份、无卤阻燃剂15~25份、成膜助剂2~7份、pH值调节剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、偶联剂4~12份、防沉剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。
优选的,所述无卤阻燃剂为季戊四醇、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺焦磷酸酯中的至少一种。
    优选的,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇苯醚、十二碳醇酯、甲氧基丁醇中的至少一种。
优选的,所述pH值调节剂为氨水、乙醇胺中的至少一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油、聚醚改性有机硅、高碳醇中的至少一种。
优选的,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的纳米抗菌防火涂料,加入纳米二氧化钛,抗菌防霉性能优异。加入无卤阻燃剂,防火阻燃效果好、环保无毒,涂层附着力强、耐候性和耐水性好,适用于住宅、医院和写字楼的内外墙装饰装修领域。

本发明的纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物35份、改性纳米沸石粉1份、纳米二氧化钛5份、季戊四醇25份、丙二醇苯醚2份、氨水、乙醇胺1份、聚醚改性有机硅9份、铝酸酯偶联剂4份、防沉剂1份、去离子水20份。
实施例3
本发明的纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物30份、改性纳米沸石粉6份、纳米二氧化钛11份、氢氧化镁20份、甲氧基丁醇4份、氨水3份、高碳醇6份、钛酸酯偶联剂8份、防沉剂3份、去离子水25份。
实施例4
本发明的纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物22份、改性纳米沸石粉3份、纳米二氧化钛7份、三聚氰胺焦磷酸酯17份、十二碳醇酯3份、乙醇胺2份、聚醚改性有机硅4份、铝酸酯偶联剂6份、防沉剂2份、去离子水23份。
实施例5
本发明的纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物32份、改性纳米沸石粉8份、纳米二氧化钛12份、三聚氰胺焦磷酸酯22份、甲氧基丁醇5份、氨水4份、高碳醇7份、钛酸酯偶联剂10份、防沉剂4份、去离子水28份。
实施例6
本发明的纳米抗菌防火涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物25份、改性纳米沸石粉5份、纳米二氧化钛7份、季戊四醇22份、丙二醇苯醚2份、氨水5份、二甲基硅油9份、硅烷偶联剂8份、防沉剂1~5份、去离子水26份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1和表2所示:

从表1和表2可见,本发明制备的纳米抗菌防火涂料,具有抗菌性能优异、阻燃效果和耐候性好等优点。

1.一种纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物25~35份、改性纳米沸石粉1~10份、纳米二氧化钛5~15份、无卤阻燃剂15~25份、成膜助剂2~7份、pH值调节剂1~5份、消泡剂3~9份、偶联剂4~12份、防沉剂1~5份、去离子水20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂为季戊四醇、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺焦磷酸酯中的至少一种。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为丙二醇苯醚、十二碳醇酯、甲氧基丁醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于:所述pH值调节剂为氨水、乙醇胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油、聚醚改性有机硅、高碳醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌防火涂料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种。
