本发明提供了一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,所述双组分装置涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:杀菌剂:0.2~3;阴离子表面活性剂:2~12;润湿剂:0.2~7;消泡剂:0.1~6;纤维素:0.3~9;钛白浆:20~150;纯丙乳液:700~920;成膜组剂:40~92;AMP‑95:0.5~3;优创:40~80;增稠剂:0.2~4;涂膜强韧富有弹性,可直接覆盖0.2毫米的裂缝,涂膜强度高,耐刮擦;抗雨痕、耐沾污;可免罩面;超强耐候,耐冻融、耐紫外线;抗碱:如无平整度要求,可免腻子层、免抗碱底漆;快干,可淋雨;反射隔热;防水抗渗,防水性能优异。

一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及室内装修领域,尤其涉及一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一 体的复合型双组分涂料。
背景技术
现阶段,70%以上的外墙饰面涂料不具备防水性能,90%以上的防水涂 料不具备好的饰面效果:耐候性、抗沾污性性能差,饰面涂料和防水涂料 大多数也不具备防水隔热效果;
近20年房地产高速发展,大量的存量房外墙到了维修翻新的时期, 存量房外墙的通病:开裂、漏水、褪色、粉化,目前市面上没有一种外墙 材料同时能有效解决开裂、漏水,又能作为饰面的涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种集隔热、防 水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,抗污性能好、且防水隔热效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料, 所述双组分装置涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:
杀菌剂:0.2~3;阴离子表面活性剂:2~12;润湿剂:0.2~7;消 泡剂:0.1~6;纤维素:0.3~9;钛白浆:20~150;纯丙乳液:700~920; 成膜组剂:40~92;AMP-95:0.5~3;优创:40~80;增稠剂:0.2~4。
进一步,所述双组分装置涂料还包括以下重量份的组分:
进口水泥:300~700;偏高领土:10~50;石英粉2:320~620;木 纤:0.5~4。
进一步,所述石英粉为200目。
进一步,所述阴离子表面活性剂为分散剂5040。
进一步,所述润湿剂为润湿剂X-405。
进一步,所述消泡剂为消泡剂NXZ。
进一步,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
本发明的有益效果为:涂膜强韧富有弹性,可直接覆盖0.2毫米的裂 缝,涂膜强度高,耐刮擦;抗雨痕、耐沾污;可免罩面;超强耐候,耐冻 融、耐紫外线;抗碱:如无平整度要求,可免腻子层、免抗碱底漆;快干, 可淋雨;反射隔热;防水抗渗,防水性能优异。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面对本发明 进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本 发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,所述双组分 装置涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:
杀菌剂:0.2~3;阴离子表面活性剂:2~12;润湿剂:0.2~7;消 泡剂:0.1~6;纤维素:0.3~9;钛白浆:20~150;纯丙乳液:700~920; 成膜组剂:40~92;AMP-95:0.5~3;优创:40~80;增稠剂:0.2~4。
所述双组分装置涂料还包括以下重量份的组分:
进口水泥:300~700;偏高领土:10~50;石英粉2:320~620;木 纤:0.5~4。
所述石英粉为200目。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为分散剂5040。
所述润湿剂为润湿剂X-405。
所述消泡剂为消泡剂NXZ。
所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
其中,进口水泥包括二氧化硅、三氧化二铁、三氧化二铝、硫铝酸盐 等。
优创为:中空乳胶粒子的丙烯酸聚合物。

由上表的测式结果可以看出,成份一和成份二,涂膜强韧富有弹性, 可直接覆盖0.2mm的裂缝;此外涂膜强度高,耐刮擦;抗雨痕、耐污,可 免罩面;超强耐候,耐冻融、耐紫外线;抗碱:如果无平整度的要求,可 免腻子层、免抗碱底漆;快干:室外15~25度下,2分钟可凝固,约2 小时表干,可淋雨;发射隔热。
其中,分散剂5040,分散性优异,少量添加即可调整低粘度涂料,浆 料,涂料安定性比较好,涂料,浆料的粘度不发生变化。由于能够很好的 分散颜料,故涂料无浮色,色斑。少量添加即可付与涂料润湿性能,故不 需与其他润湿剂并用,且可得到耐水性良好的涂膜。使用分散剂5040可 以得到起泡少,破泡快的涂料,干燥时间不长,可以制的容易涂布的涂料。
润湿剂X-405,在酸性或碱性中,化学性能稳定;
纯丙乳液:粘接剂、抗污、耐候;
醇酯12:能促进高分子化合物塑性流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能, 能在较广泛施工温度范围内成膜;
优创:发射隔热;
增稠剂:改善溶液的粘稠度;
进口水泥:胶凝材料,增强涂料粘结力、强度;
偏高岭土:增强涂层后期强度;
石英粉:骨料,增加涂料强度;
木纤:防喷涂飞溅。

由表4可见,成份一配比的抗折强度、抗压强度均优于成份三和成份 四的抗折强度、抗压强度。凝固时间快,2min即可凝固,此外平均接触角 和平均表面能够,都得到改善,改善了材料的抗雨痕、抗污能力。
此外,虽然将原料整体配比扩大,虽然抗折强度和抗压强度都得到了 提升,但是透水,且不耐热、不耐碱、抗冻性能差。
将原料整体缩小比例,材料流淌,不能成型。

1.一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,其特征在于:所述双组分涂料由以下重量份的组分组成:
杀菌剂:1;阴离子表面活性剂:8;润湿剂:2;消泡剂:2;纤维素:2;钛白浆:100;纯丙乳液:830;成膜助剂:60;AMP-95:1;优创:60;增稠剂:1;
所述双组分涂料还包括以下重量份的组分:
进口水泥:500;偏高岭土:30;石英粉:470;木纤:2;
所述石英粉为200目;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为分散剂5040;
所述优创为:中空乳胶粒子的丙烯酸聚合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为润湿剂X-405。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为消泡剂NXZ。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集隔热、防水、超耐候于一体的复合型双组分涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
