Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:丁苯橡胶35-55份、硅微粉15-20份,高耐磨白炭黑10-15份、丙烯醇3-5份、硫化剂5-8份、促进剂1-3份、防老剂2-4份、氧化铝3-6份、氧化镁0.5-1.5份。该种方案,以丁苯橡胶为基体,并用硅微粉、高耐磨白炭黑为填充材料,不仅可提高橡胶的散热效率、橡胶的耐老化性能,其导电及抗静电性能也明显增强,添加适量氧化铝及氧化镁大幅提高橡胶的导热性能,控制氧化铝及氧化镁处于一定的范围内,使橡胶内部结合力提高,增强了橡胶的抗拉伸性能与力学强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品领域,具体涉及一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料。
背景技术
橡胶具有良好的综合性能,与金属粘结性、力学性能、疲劳性能、耐老化、生热低等性能都较高,橡胶密封圈被应用于各行各业中,但目前的橡胶密封圈常常遇到使用寿命短,耐热、耐油、耐臭氧、抗拉强度低等不良问题,人们对橡胶密封圈的质量要求也不断的提高,迫切需要一种高性能的耐用橡胶密封圈材料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多种缺陷。
一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:丁苯橡胶35-55份、硅微粉15-20份,高耐磨白炭黑10-15份、丙烯醇3-5份、硫化剂 5-8 份、促进剂1-3份、防老剂2-4份、氧化铝3-6份、氧化镁0.5-1.5份。
优选的,所述硫化剂为过苯甲酸叔丁酯、DCP及硫磺中的一种或几种的混合物。
优选的,所述防老剂为防老剂4010及防老剂D并用。
优选的,所述促进剂为促进剂DM。
本发明的优点在于,该种方案,以丁苯橡胶为基体,并用硅微粉、高耐磨白炭黑为填充材料,不仅可提高橡胶的散热效率、橡胶的耐老化性能,其导电及抗静电性能也明显增强,添加适量氧化铝及氧化镁大幅提高橡胶的导热性能,控制氧化铝及氧化镁处于一定的范围内,使橡胶内部结合力提高,增强了橡胶的抗拉伸性能与力学强度。

一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:丁苯橡胶49份、硅微粉16份,高耐磨白炭黑14份、丙烯醇4份、硫化剂6份、促进剂2份、防老剂3份、氧化铝5份、氧化镁1份。
值得注意的是,所述硫化剂为过苯甲酸叔丁酯、DCP及硫磺中的一种或几种的混合物。
在本实例中,所述防老剂为防老剂4010及防老剂D并用。
此外,所述促进剂为促进剂DM。
基于上述,该种方案,以丁苯橡胶为基体,并用硅微粉、高耐磨白炭黑为填充材料,不仅可提高橡胶的散热效率、橡胶的耐老化性能,其导电及抗静电性能也明显增强,添加适量氧化铝及氧化镁大幅提高橡胶的导热性能,控制氧化铝及氧化镁处于一定的范围内,使橡胶内部结合力提高,增强了橡胶的抗拉伸性能与力学强度。

1. 一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:丁苯橡胶35-55份、硅微粉15-20份,高耐磨白炭黑10-15份、丙烯醇3-5份、硫化剂 5-8 份、促进剂1-3份、防老剂2-4份、氧化铝3-6份、氧化镁0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述硫化剂为过苯甲酸叔丁酯、DCP及硫磺中的一种或几种的混合物。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述防老剂为防老剂4010及防老剂D并用。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐高温橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为促进剂DM。
