Abstract

本发明应用于锥面打磨抛光,具体涉及一种绝缘体锥面磨光机。包括外套,外套内套装有旋转内套,外套与旋转内套之间安装有轴承,旋转内套的一端安装有传动法兰,传动法兰通过轴承压套固定轴承,旋转内套另一端安装有双角度调节磨头,双角度调节磨头外端设置有防护罩,防护罩上设置有集尘口。相对于现有技术,本发明采用双角度调节磨头,能够根据加工需求进行调节,应用范围广,并且在防护罩上设置有集尘口,能够对加工时产生的粉尘进行收集,减少了环境污染,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明应用于锥面打磨抛光,具体涉及一种绝缘体锥面磨光机。
背景技术
电缆主绝缘体在制作时要进行外半导电层的剥切,剥切一般是采用人工完成,剥切之后电缆头要削成锥面,目前一般是采用人用切削,劳动强度大,工件质量不稳定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:电缆头锥面是人工切削而成,劳动强度大,工件质量不稳定,为解决上述问题,提供一种绝缘体锥面磨光机。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
绝缘体锥面磨光机,包括外套,外套内套装有旋转内套,外套与旋转内套之间安装有轴承,旋转内套的一端安装有传动法兰,传动法兰通过轴承压套固定轴承,旋转内套另一端安装有双角度调节磨头,双角度调节磨头外端设置有防护罩,防护罩上设置有集尘口。
所述的双角度调节磨头包括设置在旋转内套上的支撑板,支撑板与磨头联板通过联接锁紧螺丝联接,磨头联板与磨头通过磨头连接轴连接,磨头上粘附与磨料。
所述的防护罩活动连接在外套上。
所述的外套上活动连接有手柄。
相对于现有技术,本发明采用双角度调节磨头,能够根据加工需求进行调节,应用范围广,并且在防护罩上设置有集尘口,能够对加工时产生的粉尘进行收集,减少了环境污染,工作效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,绝缘体锥面磨光机,包括外套8,外套8内套装有旋转内套11,外套8与旋转内套11之间安装有轴承9,旋转内套11的一端安装有传动法兰12,传动法兰12通过轴承压套10固定轴承9,旋转内套11另一端安装有双角度调节磨头,双角度调节磨头外端设置有防护罩7,防护罩7上设置有集尘口1。所述的双角度调节磨头包括设置在旋转内套11上的支撑板14,支撑板14与磨头联板5通过联接锁紧螺丝6联接,磨头联板5与磨头2通过磨头连接轴4连接,磨头2上粘附有磨料3。所述的防护罩7活动连接在外套8上。所述的外套8上活动连接有手柄。
使用时,高速旋转磨头2沿被加工物体轴向,对圆锥体表面实施磨削加工,与磨头联板5相配合的两个联接轴,可实现磨头在旋转中,自动完成与锥面角度的调整,双角度调节贴合度更好。
本发明的使用方法:
1.  检查现有传动部件是否运转灵活。
2.测量电缆线芯,选择合适的调整内套。
3.将线芯套入旋转内套11,松开联接锁紧螺丝6,将磨头2角度和上下尺寸调至合理位置后拧紧螺丝。
4.缓慢转动连接在传动法兰12上的传动轴13,查看磨头2与主绝缘体锥面结合是否完好。
5.安装防护罩7、集尘管、手柄。将手电钻卡头与传动轴13联接好。
6.左手握住手柄,右手控制电钻开关,以点动方式进行试磨,无异常情况即可连续磨削,数秒钟后观察磨削结果。
7.锥面成型达标后,可根据要求更换精磨材料,进行精细砂磨,抛光等工艺操作。
8.集尘系统与机器无联动控制时,应先打开集尘器,再开动机器。
9.未安装防护罩不能开启机器,防护罩7与电机开关之间有相关控制装置,未安装到位或安装到位或安装不正确均不能启动电机。
本专利对切后锥面进行打磨抛光,使之完全达到各项电气技术指标.内置传动系统快捷方便/安全稳定,双角度调节可使磨头适应30°~45°角度变换,对不同截面的电缆可通过调整内套进行适配(300~1200mm2),集尘口设置在防护罩7上,方便与集尘管相联,手柄可使操作者更加稳定的控制机器,动力装置采用普通手电钻既可满足使用要求,防护罩7将高速旋转的磨头完全处在相对安全的控制范围,高强度玻璃钢材质可承受任何零件高速离心力的冲击,确保施工人员人身安全。

1.绝缘体锥面磨光机,其特征在于:包括外套,外套内套装有旋转内套,外套与旋转内套之间安装有轴承,旋转内套的一端安装有传动法兰,传动法兰通过轴承压套固定轴承,旋转内套另一端安装有双角度调节磨头,双角度调节磨头外端设置有防护罩,防护罩上设置有集尘口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘体锥面磨光机,其特征在于:所述的双角度调节磨头包括设置在旋转内套上的支撑板,支撑板与磨头联板通过联接锁紧螺丝联接,磨头联板与磨头通过磨头连接轴连接,磨头上粘附与磨料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘体锥面磨光机,其特征在于:所述的防护罩活动连接在外套上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘体锥面磨光机,其特征在于:所述的外套上活动连接有手柄。
