Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型聚氨酯泡沫,由如下份数组成:聚醚多元醇45-55;异腈酸酯45-55;胺催化剂0.5-0.65;抗氧化剂0.1-0.2;硅油0.5-0.7;去离子水4-6;聚氨酯交联剂1-2。本发明通过使用一定分子量的抗氧化剂高分子物质,大大降低聚氨酯泡沫中挥发性有机物的量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料泡沫,具体涉及一种环保型聚氨酯泡沫。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫是由聚醚与多异氰酸酯为主要原料,在发泡剂、催化剂、阻燃剂等多种助剂的作用下,进行交联反应发泡而成,聚氨酯泡沫具有极佳的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度;化学稳定性好;还具有优良的加工性、绝热性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的缓冲材料,用于高档精密仪器、贵重器械、高档工艺品等的缓冲包装或衬垫缓冲材料,也可制成精致的、保护性极好的包装容器;还可采用现场发泡对物品进行缓冲包装,还被广泛地用于座具的座垫和靠背以及床垫的填充物。制备聚氨酯泡沫的过程中需要大量有机溶剂和多种助剂,随着时间的延长,泡沫中的易挥发有机小分子物质(例如:苯、甲苯等)会不断挥发出来,对环境和人体都会造成严重的损害。因此,如何避免这些易挥发有机物是当前的当务之急。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型聚氨酯泡沫,通过使用一定分子量的抗氧化剂高分子物质,大大降低聚氨酯泡沫中挥发性有机物的量。
本发明所述的环保型聚氨酯泡沫,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
所述的异腈酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异腈酸酯(MDI)、二甲苯二异腈酸酯(XDI)、环己烷二异腈酸酯(CHDI)、四亚甲基二异腈酸酯(TMDI)一种或几种,优选二苯基甲烷二异腈酸酯(MDI)。
所述的胺催化剂为二甲基环己胺、N-甲基二环己胺、三乙胺、三亚乙基二胺、二甲基乙醇胺一种或几种,优选二甲基环己胺。
所述的抗氧化剂为十八烷基3-(3,5-二-叔-丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4,6-双(辛基硫代甲基)-o-甲酚一种或两种,优选十八烷基3-(3,5-二-叔-丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯。
所述的聚氨酯交联剂为二乙醇胺。
本发明具有的有益效果如下:本发明的聚氨酯泡沫塑料,大大降低泡沫中VOC的含量,减少了有毒易挥发物质的挥发。

3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于:所述的胺催化剂为二甲基环己胺、N-甲基二环己胺、三乙胺、三亚乙基二胺、二甲基乙醇胺的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为十八烷基3-(3,5-二-叔-丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4,6-双(辛基硫代甲基)-o-甲酚的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型聚氨酯泡沫,其特征在于:所述的聚氨酯交联剂为二乙醇胺。
