本发明涉及一种治疗躁狂症的药物，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：满山白450份、酸不溜420份、蝇子草380份、蜘蛛抱蛋350份、豌豆七350份、飘拂草320份、醉魂藤300份、暴马子皮300份、蝴蝶树280份和鹰不扑250份。本发明所述的治疗躁狂症的药物的全部成分都是天然材料，安全性较好，适于在临床上大规模推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体来说涉及一种治疗躁狂症的药物。
背景技术
躁狂症是西医学上的病名，是指以心境显著而持久的高涨为基本临床表现，并伴有相应思维和行为异常的一类精神疾病。躁狂状态的主要临床症状是心境高涨，思维奔逸和精神运动性兴奋为主。从中医角度上其属于癫狂证中的狂证。
目前临床上多采用碳酸锂等化学药物进行治疗，但是由于化学药物的毒副作用相对较多，因为在治疗效果上存在一些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗躁狂症的药物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗躁狂症的药物，它是由下述重量配比的物质制成：满山白450份、酸不溜420份、蝇子草380份、蜘蛛抱蛋350份、豌豆七350份、飘拂草320份、醉魂藤300份、暴马子皮300份、蝴蝶树280份和鹰不扑250份。
优选地，所述药物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂或汤剂。
本发明还提供组合物在制备治疗躁狂症的药物中的用途，所述药物是由下述重量配比的物质制成：满山白450份、酸不溜420份、蝇子草380份、蜘蛛抱蛋350份、豌豆七350份、飘拂草320份、醉魂藤300份、暴马子皮300份、蝴蝶树280份和鹰不扑250份。
在本发明的组合物中，满山白为君药，酸不溜、蝇子草、蜘蛛抱蛋为臣药，豌豆七、飘拂草、醉魂藤、暴马子皮、蝴蝶树为佐药，鹰不扑为使药。
本发明所述的治疗躁狂症的药物的全部成分都是天然材料，安全性较好，适于在临床上大规模推广。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是，本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明，否则本发明中的百分数是重量百分数。
实施例
称取满山白450克、酸不溜420克、蝇子草380克、蜘蛛抱蛋350克、豌豆七350克、飘拂草320克、醉魂藤300克、暴马子皮300克、蝴蝶树280克和鹰不扑250克，加入水20升，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温即得所述汤剂。
实验例
一般资料
选取躁狂症的患者共110例，其中男60例，女50例，平均年龄45岁，平均病程1.5年。符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第三版躁狂发作诊断标准(中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准CCMD-3中华医学会精神科学会编.第1版.山东科学技术出版社，2001；4(1):83-84)，躁狂量表(BRMS)(张明园主编，精神科评定量表手册.第1版.长沙:湖南科学技术出版社，1993:117；120)评分>18分；无严重躯体疾病、酒精及物质依赖，非孕妇、哺乳者。实验室检查血、尿常规，肝功能、心电图，头颅CT及X线胸片均无明显异常。
使用实施例中制备的汤剂来进行治疗，一日两次，每次口服100毫升，连续治疗1个月。
疗效评定标准
参见沈渔邨.精神病学[M].第4版.北京:人民卫生出版社，2003.4.来制定下列疗效评定标准：
痊愈：精神病性症状完全消失，思维较正常，情绪稳定，社会功能恢复正常。
显效：躁狂症状大部分消失，思维较正常，情绪稳定，社会功能明显恢复，自知力部分恢复。
有效：躁狂症状部分消失，思维较乱，情绪稍稳定，自知力部分恢复。
无效：症状无改善，无自知力。
结果
经过治疗，发现所有患者精神病性症状完全消失，思维较正常，情绪稳定，社会功能恢复正常，因此全部符合痊愈的疗效评定标准。
不良反应和毒副作用监测
通过检测患者的血压、脉搏、是否出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状来判断不良反应。设定人体正常收缩压在90-140mmHg之间，舒张压在60-90mmHg之间，人体正常脉搏为60-100次/分钟，在治疗期间测量患者的血压、脉搏，发现所记录的血压和脉搏全部都在正常范围内，没有超出正常区间的现象发生，并且没有出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕的临床症状。这说明本发明的药物组合物没有明显的不良反应，进而证明该药物对于人体没有明显的毒副作用。

1.一种治疗躁狂症的汤剂，其特征在于，它是由下述方法制成：称取满山白450克、酸不溜420克、蝇子草380克、蜘蛛抱蛋350克、豌豆七350克、飘拂草320克、醉魂藤300克、暴马子皮300克、蝴蝶树280克和鹰不扑250克，加入水20升，在回流的条件下加热5小时，过滤，使滤液冷却至室温即得。
