技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗早搏的药物组合物。
背景技术
早搏是最常见的心律失常，是指患者自觉心中急剧跳动，惊慌不安，不能自主的一种证候。目前主要用慢心律、心律平、胺碘酮等药物治疗，但是常有头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐及加重心律失常症状等副作用。因此，迫切需要一种有效治疗早搏的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗早搏的药物组合物。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗早搏的药物组合物，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松5-10份、党参10-20份、远志20-30份、黄芪10-20份、茯苓10-20份、川芎5-15份、酸枣仁10-30份、麦冬10-20份、五味子5-10份、杜仲10-20和黄精5-10份。
优选地，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松8份、党参15份、远志25份、黄芪15份、茯苓15份、川芎10份、酸枣仁20份、麦冬15份、五味子8份、杜仲15和黄精8份。
优选地，所述药物组合物制成片剂、分散片、口含片、散剂或颗粒剂。
本发明所述的治疗早搏的药物中使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明散剂的制备
取甘松80克、党参150克、远志250克、黄芪150克、茯苓150克、川芎100克、酸枣仁200克、麦冬150克、五味子80克、杜仲15和黄精80克，粉碎，过100目筛，然后加入蔗糖500克，混匀，装入100袋中即得。
实验例
选择40例早搏患者，男20例、女20例，平均年龄为47岁。均符合早搏的诊断标准(参见：张学庸.新编诊疗常规[M].北京：金盾出版社，1994.41.)，并经心电图检查确诊。
使用实施例1中制得的药物来进行治疗，其中一天3次，每次一袋，治疗1月为一个疗程。在治疗过程中，进行心脏听诊、心电示波、并描记心电图，记录早搏情况，并做24小时动态心电图监测和血、尿、粪常规、肝肾功能检查。观察心悸、气短、乏力、胸闷、头晕等症状缓解程度、发作次数减少程度。
根据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》(中华人民共和国卫生部.中药新药临床研究指导原则.第2辑[S].1995，91-93.)来制定疗效标准。显效：心脏听诊、心电示波及心电图检查均示早搏消失；或Holter监测短阵室速消失；早搏较治疗前减少80％以上；早搏级别降低2度；心悸症状消失，其他症状明显改善或消失。有效：心脏听诊、心电示波、心电图检查或Holter监测，早搏次数较治疗前减少5o％，或早搏级别降低1度，心悸或其他症状有所减轻。无效：心脏听诊、心电示波、心电图检查或Holter监测，早搏无变化或加重，症状无变化或加重。
经过有一个疗程的观察，发现有40位患者治疗效果均为显效，并且在整个治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。
在治疗一个疗程后每周均对患者进行随访，持续半年，并未发现复发的迹象。

1.一种治疗早搏的药物组合物，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松5-10份、党参10-20份、远志20-30份、黄芪10-20份、茯苓10-20份、川芎5-15份、酸枣仁10-30份、麦冬10-20份、五味子5-10份、杜仲10-20和黄精5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗早搏的药物组合物，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松8份、党参15份、远志25份、黄芪15份、茯苓15份、川芎10份、酸枣仁20份、麦冬15份、五味子8份、杜仲15和黄精8份。
