Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗心律失常的药剂。
背景技术
心律失常(cardiacarrhythmia)指心律起源部位、心搏频率与节律以及冲动传导等任一项异常。“心律紊乱”或“心律不齐”等词的含义偏重于表示节律的失常，心律失常既包括节律又包括频率的异常，更为确切和恰当。正常心律起源于窦房结，频率60次～100次/min(成人)，比较规则。窦房结冲动经正常房室传导系统顺序激动心房和心室，传导时间恒定(成人0.12～1.21秒)；冲动经束支及其分支以及浦肯野纤维到达心室肌的传导时间也恒定(＜0.10秒)。
心律失常原因：1、激动起源异常；2、激动传导异常；3、激动起源异常和传导异常同时存在。可见于各种器质性心脏病，其中以冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)、心肌病、心肌炎和风湿性心脏病(简称风心病)为多见，尤其在发生心力衰竭或急性心肌梗塞时。发生在基本健康者或植物神经功能失调患者中的心律失常也不少见。其它病因尚有电解质或内分泌失调、麻醉、低温、胸腔或心脏手术、药物作用和中枢神经系统疾病等。部分病因不明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗心律失常的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗心律失常的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松5-10份、党参10-20份、桂枝20-30份、甘草10-20份、七叶一枝花10-20份、川芎5-15份、石菖蒲10-30份、麦冬10-20份、五味子5-10份、密蒙花10-20和黄精5-10份。
优选地，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松8份、党参15份、桂枝25份、甘草15份、七叶一枝花15份、川芎10份、石菖蒲20份、麦冬15份、五味子8份、密蒙花15和黄精8份。
优选地，所述药剂为片剂、分散片、口含片、散剂或颗粒剂。
本发明所述的治疗心律失常的药物中使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明散剂的制备
取甘松80克、党参150克、桂枝250克、甘草150克、七叶一枝花150克、川芎100克、石菖蒲200克、麦冬150克、五味子80克、密蒙花15和黄精80克，粉碎，过100目筛，然后加入乳糖300克和甘露醇100克，混匀，装入100袋中即得。
实验例
参照《常见疾病的诊断与疗效判定(标准)》中心律失常的诊断标准(吴少祯，吴敏.常见疾病的诊断与疗效判定(标准)[S]北京：中国中医药出版社，1999；58.)来制定心率失常的判断标准。
选取50例心律失常患者，男25例，女25例；年龄最大91岁，最小31岁，平均(56.6±14.4)岁；病程最长12年，最短6个月，平均(3.2±2.7)年。其中，心房颤动20例，多发性早搏30例(房早+室早、室早+结早)，并经心电图检查确诊。
使用实施例1中制得的药物来进行治疗，其中一天3次，每次一袋，治疗1月为一个疗程。在治疗过程中，进行心脏听诊、心电示波、并描记心电图，记录心律失常情况，并做24小时动态心电图监测和血、尿、粪常规、肝肾功能检查。
疗效标准
显效：心悸、气促、胸闷、胸痛消失，水肿、两肺湿罗音消失，无期前收缩，心电图正常；有效：心悸、气促、胸闷、胸痛减轻，两肺湿罗音减少，期前收缩减少50％，心电图ST段较人院前恢复≥0.05mV，T波变浅达50％；无效：临床症状、体征及心电图无明显改变(元柏民.心血管病诊断标准[M].北京：学苑出版杜，1991：33.)
经过有一个疗程的观察，发现有50位患者治疗效果均为显效，并且在整个治疗期间未观察到明显的不良反应。
在治疗一个疗程后每周均对患者进行随访，持续半年，并未发现复发的迹象。

1.一种治疗心律失常的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松5-10份、党参10-20份、桂枝20-30份、甘草10-20份、七叶一枝花10-20份、川芎5-15份、石菖蒲10-30份、麦冬10-20份、五味子5-10份、密蒙花10-20和黄精5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗心律失常的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：甘松8份、党参15份、桂枝25份、甘草15份、七叶一枝花15份、川芎10份、石菖蒲20份、麦冬15份、五味子8份、密蒙花15和黄精8份。
