背景技术
页岩砖,是利用页岩和煤矸石为原料进行高温烧制的砖块。现有页岩砖大多耐热、耐腐蚀性差,易产生转体断裂现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种页岩轻体实心砖。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种页岩轻体实心砖,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:页岩35-45份、煤矸石25-30份、秸秆10-14份、二氧化硅2-4份、氧化镁1-3份、四氧化三铁4-6份、刚玉5-7份、三氧化二铬3-6份、碳化硅2-5份、二氧化钛5-8份。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种页岩轻体实心砖,烧结后能够有效耐热、耐腐蚀,防止断裂现象的发生,耐热性提高了2-3倍。
