Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于起重机的位置保险的方法,该起重机具有至少两个用于在表面上支撑的支撑腿(5),在该方法中,为各支撑腿(5)输入至少一个极限值,在瞬时支撑力超过至少一个极限值时,锁止增大支撑力的运动,为每个支撑腿(5)单独地和/或为支撑腿(5)的子组输入极限值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分特征的用于起重机的位置保险的方法、一种具有权利要求2前序部分特征的用于起重机的安全装置以及一种具有这种安全装置的起重机。
背景技术
在同类的方法中,为出现在起重机支撑腿上的支撑力输入一个极限值,并且当支撑腿之一上的瞬时支撑力超过该极限值时,锁止增大该支撑力的起重机运动。由此尤其是不仅涉及增大倾覆力矩或负载力矩的起重机运动,而且也涉及增大支柱负荷的转动运动。
在此缺点在于,该输入的极限值同时适用于所有支柱。在地形变化时,这可导致起重机应用范围的缩小,例如因为起重机的支柱之一支撑在具有极低强度的表面上并且必须为这种低强度选择极限值。下述情况可用作例子:起重机的所有支撑腿除了一个支撑腿外都支撑在沥青道路上并且最后一个支撑腿支撑在较软的地面或井盖上。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种方法,该方法在这种情况下扩大起重机的应用范围。
该任务通过具有权利要求1特征的方法、具有权利要求2特征的安全装置以及具有权利要求6特征的起重机得以解决。
这通过下述方式进行,用于支撑腿上的瞬时支撑力的极限值可对于支撑腿单独地输入和/或对于支撑腿子组输入,并且可存储于安全装置中。
本发明其它的有利实施方式在从属权利要求中定义。
在本发明的一种实施方式中可规定,支撑腿构造为具有液压缸的液压支柱。在此可规定,测力装置构造为支撑腿上的应变片或液压缸中的压力测量仪。
这种安全装置例如可用于安装在车辆上的起重机中。在此车辆例如可涉及载重汽车或轨道车辆。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的安全装置1的框图。在此,一方面控制装置4与测力装置2连接。另一方面控制装置与输入装置3连接,在输入装置上可单独地设定用于各支撑腿的极限值。
图2示出起重机10,其安装在车辆6上并且具有两个支柱5。另外示意性示出测力装置2以及控制单元4和输入装置3。测力装置2与控制装置4的连接无需通过电缆进行,而例如也可通过无线电实现。
Claims (9)
1.用于起重机(10)的位置保险的方法,该起重机具有至少两个用于在表面上支撑的支撑腿(5),在该方法中,为各支撑腿(5)输入至少一个极限值,在瞬时支撑力超过至少一个极限值时,锁止增大支撑力的运动,其特征在于,为每个支撑腿(5)单独地和/或为支撑腿(5)的子组输入极限值。
2.用于起重机的安全装置(1),该安全装置包括:至少两个用于在表面上支撑的支撑腿(5)、用于测定在支撑腿(5)上作用的瞬时支撑力的测力装置(2)、用于输入至少一个用于支撑腿(5)的极限值的输入装置(3)以及控制装置(4),该控制装置与测力装置和输入装置(3)连接,并且在至少一个极限值被相应瞬时支撑力超过时,锁止增大相应支撑力的起重机(10)运动,其特征在于,极限值可为每个支撑腿(5)单独地输入和/或为支撑腿(5)的子组输入,并且所述极限值可存储在控制装置(4)中。
3.根据权利要求2的安全装置(1),其中,所述支撑腿(5)构造为具有液压缸的液压支柱。
4.根据权利要求2或3至少之一的安全装置(1),其中,所述测力装置(2)构造为在支撑腿(5)上的应变片。
5.根据权利要求2或3至少之一的安全装置(1),其中,所述测力装置(2)构造为在液压缸中的压力测量仪。
6.起重机,其包括根据权利要求2至5至少之一的安全装置。
7.车辆,其包括根据权利要求6的起重机。
8.根据权利要求7的车辆,所述车辆(6)构造为载重汽车。
9.根据权利要求7的车辆,所述车辆(6)构造为轨道车辆。
