Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车后桥半轴套管精压模具,其特征在于,在下模座的上平面中间部位通过固定板固定有定位芯轴,下凹模设在固定板的上部,所述定位芯轴的外壁与下凹模的内壁之间形成空腔,在上模座的下平面固定有上凸模,所述上凸模与定位芯轴与下凹模之间的空腔相对应。通过以上设置,本发明与冲压设备的工作台联接,用于对汽车后桥半轴套管的精整,保证了半轴套管内孔与外圆的同轴度,满足了半轴套管同轴度的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钢质模锻件整形的精压模具,具体说是一种汽车后桥半轴套管精压模具。
背景技术
目前,汽车后桥半轴套管锻件的尺寸精度及内孔与外圆同轴度均较低,需要进行粗车,浪费大量的钢材和机加工工时。精锻半轴套管不需要进行粗车,但现有生产方式不能保证半轴套管的内孔与外圆的同轴度。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种汽车后桥半轴套管精压模具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明在下模座的上平面中间部位通过固定板固定有定位芯轴,下凹模设在固定板的上部,所述定位芯轴的外壁与下凹模的内壁之间形成空腔,在上模座的下平面固定有上凸模,所述上凸模与定位芯轴与下凹模之间的空腔相对应。在所述固定板2的上平面中间部位设有凹槽,所述凹槽与下凹模的底部相配合。
通过以上设置,本发明与冲压设备的工作台联接,用于对汽车后桥半轴套管的精整,保证了半轴套管内孔与外圆的同轴度,满足了半轴套管同轴度的使用要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明在下模座1的上平面中间部位通过固定板2固定有定位芯轴3,下凹模4设在固定板2的上部,所述定位芯轴3的外壁与下凹模4的内壁之间形成空腔,在上模座5的下平面固定有上凸模6,所述上凸模6与定位芯轴3与下凹模4之间的空腔相对应。在所述固定板2的上平面中间部位设有凹槽7,所述凹槽7与下凹模4的底部相配合。通过以上设置,本发明与冲压设备的工作台联接,将半轴套管8套在定位芯轴3上,上模座5下移,上凸模6将半轴套管8压入定位芯轴3与下凹模4之间的空腔内,定位芯轴3对半轴套管8的内壁进行整形,下凹模4对半轴套管8的外壁进行整形,使半轴套管的同轴度满足使用要求。

1.一种汽车后桥半轴套管精压模具,其特征在于:在下模座的上平面中间部位通过固定板固定有定位芯轴,下凹模设在固定板的上部,所述定位芯轴的外壁与下凹模的内壁之间形成空腔,在上模座的下平面固定有上凸模,所述上凸模与定位芯轴与下凹模之间的空腔相对应,在所述固定板的上平面中间部位设有凹槽,所述凹槽与下凹模的底部相配合,所述上模座的下平面中间部位设有凹槽,所述凹槽与上凸模的顶部相配合。
