Abstract

背景技术

这种液压块是已知的,其用于防滑控制装置的液压元件的机械固定和液压连接。这种元件除内齿轮泵之外是用于防滑控制的电磁阀和液压蓄能器。液压块通常是由金属、尤其由铝制成的方形零件,在该方形零件中设有圆柱形的且经常直径呈阶梯变化的沉孔作为用于防滑控制装置液压元件的容纳部并且设有将所述容纳部和安装在容纳部中的元件液压连通的孔。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1特征的内齿轮泵设计为可预装配的组件并且具有筒作为壳体,该筒能够装入用于特别是在车辆液压制动系统防滑控制装置的液压块中的内齿轮泵的容纳部中。通过设计为组件,根据本发明的内齿轮泵能够如同一体的零件那样操作,这简化了其组装并且尤其简化了装入容纳部中。本发明的另一个优点是,可以在内齿轮泵预装配为组件之后且尚在装入到容纳部之前来检验该内齿轮泵的功能优异性和(压力)密封性。在批量生产中通常使用不允许扩装和重装的压入程序和填密程序。在错误情况下内齿轮泵是废品。若已将内齿轮泵装入液压块中,则在错误情况下不仅内齿轮泵而且装入有液压结构元件的液压块作为整体是废品。
筒应理解为内齿轮泵的壳体,该壳体设计为在外部与容纳部相对应,从而其能够准确匹配地装进容纳部中。
从属权利要求的对象是在权利要求1中说明的发明的有利设计方案和改进方案。
权利要求6给出了本发明一种优选的设计方案,其对象是根据本发明的具有两个内齿轮泵的双内齿轮泵,其中每个内齿轮泵设置用于双回路车辆液压制动系统的一个制动回路。两个内齿轮泵互相分开地被设置在环绕壳体的两个容纳部中并且具有共同的例如借助于齿轮的驱动装置。为了与设计为可预装配组件的内齿轮泵的壳体相区分,将具有用于两个内齿轮泵的两个容纳部的壳体称为环绕壳体。尤其液压块构成用于两个内齿轮泵的壳体或者说环绕壳体。
