Abstract

本发明涉及水性涂料领域,具体涉及一种高附着力水性涂料。一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚合物乳液35~50%;填充剂20~40%;成膜助剂2~5%;功能助剂1~8%;用水补充至100%。本发明选用具有良好附着力的聚氨酯分散液和聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液复配作为成膜物质,保证了漆膜的快干性和良好的附着性。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料领域,具体涉及一种高附着力水性涂料。
 
背景技术
传统涂料以有机溶剂作为分散介质,无论在生产过程和施工应用过程中均有大量的有毒有害气体、废水的排放,对环境、大气以及水资源造成污染,并且严重损害生产及施工人员的身体健康。水性涂料是一种以水为主要分散介质,以无机物和有机物为填料,不含任何有毒有机溶剂的绿色环保涂料。
 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高附着力的水性涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
聚合物乳液35~50%;填充剂20~40%;成膜助剂2~5%;功能助剂1~8%;用水补充至100%。
进一步的,所述聚合物乳液为聚氨酯分散液、聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液的混合物。
所述聚氨酯分散液为威来惠公司的R600,其对大多数基体都具有良好的附着力,聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液为威来惠公司的E-200,其固含量高,对薄膜基材附着力好。
进一步的,所述填充剂为钛白粉、石英粉、硅微粉、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述功能助剂为润湿剂、增稠剂、分散剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。润湿剂为本技术领域常用的润湿剂,如BYK346;增稠剂为本技术领域常用的增稠剂,如聚酰胺蜡;分散剂为本技术领域常用的分散剂,如BYK194;消泡剂为本技术领域常用的消泡剂,如BYK024。
进一步的,所述成膜助剂二乙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇苯醚中的至少一种。
进一步的,各组分的重量百分比优选为:
聚氨酯分散液15~20%;聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液20~30%;填充剂20~40%;成膜助剂2~5%;润湿剂0.5~2%;增稠剂0.5~2%;分散剂0.5~2%;消泡剂0.5~2%;用水补充至100%
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选用具有良好附着力的聚氨酯分散液和聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液复配作为成膜物质,保证了漆膜的快干性和良好的附着性。

实施例1
聚氨酯分散液16%;聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液27%;硅微粉19%;石英粉15%;二乙二醇甲醚4%;BYK346 1%;聚酰胺蜡1%;BYK194 0.5%;BYK019 1%;用水补充至100%。
实施例2
聚氨酯分散液18%;聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液28%;硅微粉12%;轻质碳酸钙10%;石英粉5%;丙二醇苯醚4%;BYK346 1%;聚酰胺蜡0.5%;BYK194 1%;BYK024 1%;用水补充至100%。
实施例3
聚氨酯分散液15%;聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液29%;钛白粉20%;重质碳酸钙16%;丙二醇苯醚5%;BYK346 1%;聚酰胺蜡1%;BYK194 1%;BYK024 1%;用水补充至100%。

Claims (6)

1.一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
聚合物乳液35~50%;
填充剂20~40%;
成膜助剂2~5%;
功能助剂1~8%;
用水补充至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于:所述聚合物乳液为聚氨酯分散液、聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于:所述填充剂为钛白粉、石英粉、硅微粉、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于:所述功能助剂为润湿剂、增稠剂、分散剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂二乙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇苯醚中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着力水性涂料,其特征在于:各组分的重量百分比优选为:
聚氨酯分散液15~20%;
聚氨酯丙烯酸乳液20~30%;
填充剂20~40%;
成膜助剂2~5%;
润湿剂0.5~2%;
增稠剂0.5~2%;
分散剂0.5~2%;
消泡剂0.5~2%;
用水补充至100%。
