Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗急性膀胱炎的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25-35重量份数的川穹，10-20重量份数的紫金莲，5-15重量份数的水蛭，15-25重量份数的冬葵子，10-20重量份数的灯芯草，25-35重量份数的仙人掌，5-10重量份数的甘草。本发明具有活血行气、散瘀止痛、利尿通淋、解毒杀菌之功效。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种中药，具体涉及一种治疗急性膀胱炎的中药。
背景技术
[0002] 急性膀胱炎是非特异性细菌感染引起的膀胱壁急性炎症性疾病，为泌尿系常见病。其特点为发病急，伴严重膀胱刺激征而全身反应轻微。正常膀胱具有尿液抗菌、黏膜抗菌、尿液机械冲洗以及膀胱颈括约肌、尿道外括约肌阻菌等防御措施，进入膀胱的细菌能否繁殖，取决于膀胱黏膜的防御能力、病菌数量和毒性以及下尿路排出的通畅性。致病菌以革兰阴性杆菌多见，常为大肠埃希杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、产气荚膜梭菌、变形杆菌属等。革兰阳性球菌(金葡菌、链球菌属为主)少见，可为混合感染。感染途径以上行感染为主。少有下行感染，血行、淋巴感染或邻近组织感染直接蔓延极少见。感染常由尿道上行至膀胱所致。女孩及妇女比男孩和成年男性更易患膀胱炎。在儿童，腺病毒感染可导致出血性膀胱炎，但成人患病毒性膀胱炎者少见。目前急性膀胱炎的治疗方式以抗菌药治疗为主。但是抗菌药只能短疗程治疗，否则易产生耐药性或增加副作用，并且易复发。

[0004] 本发明的技术方案是这样实现:一种治疗急性膀胱炎的中药，包括以下重量份数的中药原料制备而成:25-35重量份数的川穹，10-20重量份数的紫金莲，5-15重量份数的水蛭，15-25重量份数的冬葵子，10-20重量份数的灯芯草，25-35重量份数的仙人掌，5_10重量份数的甘草。

[0007] 本发明将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日两次，每次2-3克，温水送服。

[0010] 川穹:辛，温；活血祛瘀，行气开郁，祛风止痛。
[0011] 紫金莲:温，甘；活血行气止痛。

[0016] 甘草:甘，平；补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
[0017] 本发明的功能及主治:本发明中诸药合用后川穹、紫金莲、水蛭、仙人掌活血行气、散瘀止痛；冬葵子、灯芯草利尿通淋；仙人掌、甘草解毒杀菌，诸药共奏活血行气、散瘀止痛、利尿通淋、解毒杀菌之功效。

[0023] 实施例4:一种治疗急性膀胱炎的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成:28克的川穹，13克的紫金莲，7克的水蛭，22克的冬葵子，17克的灯芯草，34克的仙人掌，7克的甘草。
[0024] 实施例1-4中的中药在制备时将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日两次，每次2-3克，用温水送服。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗急性膀胱炎的中药，其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成:30重量份数的川穹，15重量份数的紫金莲，10重量份数的水蛭，20重量份数的冬葵子，15重量份数的灯芯草，30重量份数的仙人掌，8重量份数的甘草。
