本发明公开了一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：20‑30重量份数的川穹，5‑15重量份数的穿山甲，3‑7重量份数的水蛭，15‑25重量份数的砂仁，20‑30重量份数的木瓜，20‑30重量份数的苦菜，5‑10重量份数的甘草。本发明具有健脾渗湿、活血化瘀、消肿止痛排脓、扶正祛邪之功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药,具体涉及一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药。
背景技术
慢性化脓性中耳炎是指中耳黏膜、骨膜或深达骨质的慢性化脓性炎症。本病在临床上较为常见，常以耳内间断或持续性流脓、鼓膜穿孔、听力下降为主要临床表现，严重时可引起颅内、颅外的并发症。本病病因有以下几方面：1、急性化脓性中耳炎延误治疗或治疗不当而迁延为慢性；2、鼻及咽部感染病灶，如慢性鼻窦炎、慢性扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大等，常为本病的重要诱因；3、儿童急性传染病所并发的急性中耳炎，因病变重，可造成骨质或听骨坏死，不易治愈而转为慢性；4、乳突气化不良时，发生急性中耳炎易演变为慢性，但许多学者则认为，乳突气化不良是中耳炎的结果，而非病因；5、全身性慢性疾病，如贫血、肺结核等可诱发本病。本病常为两种以上化脓性细菌的混合感染，病程中感染的细菌可有改变。致病菌以变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌较为常见。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种见效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用的治疗慢性中耳炎的中药。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现：一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量份数的中药原料制备而成：20-30重量份数的川穹，5-15重量份数的穿山甲，3-7重量份数的水蛭，15-25重量份数的砂仁，20-30重量份数的木瓜，20-30重量份数的苦菜，5-10重量份数的甘草。
本发明的技术方案可以是这样实现的：
一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25重量份数的川穹，10重量份数的穿山甲，5重量份数的水蛭，20重量份数的砂仁，25重量份数的木瓜，25重量份数的苦菜，7重量份数的甘草。
本发明将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日三次，每次2-3克，温水送服。
疗程：10天为一疗程，需服用1-9疗程。
具体的各个药物成分的药理为如下：
川穹：辛，温；活血祛瘀，行气开郁，祛风止痛。
穿山甲：咸，微寒；通经下乳，祛瘀散结，消肿排脓。
水蛭：咸、苦，平，有小毒；破血，逐瘀，通经。
砂仁：辛，温；化湿开胃，行气宽中，温脾止泻，安胎。
木瓜：酸，温；平肝舒筋，和胃化湿。
苦菜：辛、苦，微寒；清热解毒，消痈排脓，祛瘀止痛。
甘草：甘，平；补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
本发明的功能及主治：本发明中诸药合用后川穹、水蛭、穿山甲、苦菜活血祛瘀；川穹、穿山甲、苦菜消肿止痛排脓；砂仁、木瓜健脾渗湿，诸药共奏具有健脾渗湿、活血化瘀、消肿止痛排脓、扶正祛邪之功效。
本发明的有益效果：本发明以纯中药配制而成，配方科学合理，配置简单，无毒副作用，疗效短，见效快，具有健脾渗湿、活血化瘀、消肿止痛排脓、扶正祛邪之功效。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明：
实施例1：一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：20克的川穹，5克的穿山甲，3克的水蛭，15克的砂仁，20克的木瓜，20克的苦菜，5克的甘草。
实施例2：一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：30克的川穹，15克的穿山甲，7克的水蛭，25克的砂仁，30克的木瓜，30克的苦菜，10克的甘草。
实施例3：一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：25克的川穹，10克的穿山甲，5克的水蛭，20克的砂仁，25克的木瓜，25克的苦菜，7克的甘草。
实施例4：一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，包括以下重量克数的药物制备而成：26克的川穹，8克的穿山甲，4克的水蛭，22克的砂仁，26克的木瓜，24克的苦菜，6克的甘草。
实施例1-4中的中药在制备时将各原料混合，粉碎成细粉，直接服用，每日三次，每次2-3克，用温水送服。

本发明临床观察的结果如下：
本发明的中药的有效治愈率统计，疗效标准如下：
治愈：耳中化脓停止，听力提高，体征消失；
有效：耳中化脓有所缓解，体征减轻；
无效：耳中化脓，体征无变化或加重。
本发明治疗参与统计的患者共104例，其中：痊愈88例，有效9例，无效7例，总有效率达到93％以上。
典型病例：
郝某，男，30岁，间歇性发作，脓为粘液性，后经我处药物治疗，半个月后痊愈。
焦某，女，57岁，患慢性中耳炎8年，期间多处求医未果，后经我处药物治疗，一个月后病情有所好转，三个月后痊愈。
程某，男，37岁，持续性流脓，浓粘稠，有臭味，后经我处药物治疗，一个月后痊愈。
陈某，男，29岁，持续流脓，恶臭，听力严重下降，后经我处药物治疗，三个月后痊愈。

1.一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的药物制备而成：20-30重量份数的川芎，5-15重量份数的穿山甲，3-7重量份数的水蛭，15-25重量份数的砂仁，20-30重量份数的木瓜，20-30重量份数的苦菜，5-10重量份数的甘草。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性中耳炎的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量份数的药物制备而成：25重量份数的川芎，10重量份数的穿山甲，5重量份数的水蛭，20重量份数的砂仁，25重量份数的木瓜，25重量份数的苦菜，7重量份数的甘草。
