Description
技术领域
本公开总体涉及一种行星轴承。更具体地,本公开涉及一种用于通过行星轴承的销来增强润滑流动的插头。
背景技术
对传动的行星轴承通常关注的是对行星轴承的滚动元件来说具有足够的润滑流动。载体、空心销、半中空销、交叉钻孔销、球/抽塞销等上的润滑油围障是引导润滑到行星轴承的装置和方法。这些设计中的每个都有其自己的关注点,其可以包括高成本、更多的客户组件、来自压球或拉钢塞的销变形、按压塞掉出的危险、以及来自需要特殊考虑的多种复杂的加工操作的碎片/毛刺(即,去毛刺和清洗操作)。
本发明认识到并解决了现有技术结构和方法的考虑。
发明内容
根据本公开的一实施例是一种用于行星齿轮的销组件,包括:销,其中限定有盲孔,该盲孔从开口轴向延伸并终止于端面,所述销限定入口孔和出口孔;以及插头,其包括含有圆形底壁和从其外周边延伸的侧壁的大致圆筒形主体,所述侧壁限定入口槽和出口槽。所述插头的入口槽和出口槽在将所述插头插入所述销时分别与所述销的入口孔和出口孔对准。
根据本公开的另一实施例是一种用于行星齿轮的销组件,包括:销,其中限定有盲孔,该盲孔从开口轴向延伸并终止于端面,所述销限定入口孔和出口孔;以及插头,其包括具有底壁和从其外周边延伸的侧壁的主体,所述侧壁限定入口槽和出口槽。所述插头的入口槽和出口槽在将所述插头插入所述销时分别与所述销的入口孔和出口孔对准。

下面参照附图,图1和2中示出了根据本公开的行星销和插头组件30。该组件包括增强行星轴承的销20中的润滑流动的插头10。如图所示,销20包括从形成在其端部之一中的开口24沿轴向向内延伸的盲孔22。入口孔26和出口孔28从该销的外表面沿径向向内延伸至盲孔22。插头10包括由侧壁13和底壁15形成的大致圆筒形主体12、入口孔14、出口孔16以及由围绕出口孔16形成的圆筒形壁18限定的保持构件。同样,切口19形成在插头10的绕其开口端的前缘中,其在将插头10定位在其中时被首先插入到盲孔22中。插头10最好由聚合物材料制成,但可以由被认为是适于所期望目的的替代材料制成。
如图2所示,插头10向内滑入盲孔22,直到完全就位在其中,且入口/出口槽14和16分别与入口/出口孔26和28对准。在该位置,保持构件18弹性地容纳在出口孔28内,以将插头10保持在销20内。插头10的前缘上的切口19允许前缘变形,从而便于插入。插头10有助于通过引导流动从入口孔26至出口孔28来增强通过销20的润滑流动。
要指出的是,用于具有通孔的行星轴承销的插头(未示出)的替代实施例包括在主体12的端部与第一底壁15相对的第二底壁。因此,主体12形成除入口和出口槽14和16之外的密闭容积。
虽然上面对本发明的一个或多个优选实施例进行了说明,但本领域技术人员应当理解的是,可以在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下对本发明进行各种修改和变化。例如,插头的替代实施例可以包括具有不同配置(即,三角形、半圆形等)的切口19、厚度和形状彼此不同的壁部,以及可以由各种弹性变形的材料等制成。所希望的是,本发明涵盖落入所附权利要求及其等同物的范围和精神内的这样的修改和变化。
Claims (15)
1.一种用于行星齿轮的销组件,包括:
销,其中限定有盲孔,该盲孔从开口轴向延伸并终止于端面,所述销限定入口孔和出口孔;以及
插头,其包括含有圆形底壁和从其外周边延伸的侧壁的大致圆筒形主体,所述侧壁限定入口槽和出口槽,
其中,所述插头的入口槽和出口槽在将所述插头插入所述销时分别与所述销的入口孔和出口孔对准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的销组件,其中,所述插头还包括保持构件,该保持构件配置成接合所述销的入口孔和出口孔之一,从而使所述插头可滑动地保持在所述销中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的销组件,其中,所述保持构件是突起部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的销组件,其中,所述突起部是围绕所述入口孔和出口孔之一形成的圆筒形壁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的销组件,其中,所述插头由聚合物制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的销组件,其中,所述插头还包括由所述侧壁的前缘限定的开口端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的销组件,还包括由与所述插头的开口端相邻的前缘限定的切口。
8.一种用于行星齿轮的销组件,包括:
销,其中限定有盲孔,该盲孔从开口轴向延伸并终止于端面,所述销限定入口孔和出口孔;以及
插头,其包括具有底壁和从其外周边延伸的侧壁的主体,所述侧壁限定入口槽和出口槽,
其中,所述插头的入口槽和出口槽在将所述插头插入所述销时分别与所述销的入口孔和出口孔对准。
9.根据权利要求8所述的销组件,其中,所述底壁具有圆形周边,所述侧壁形成圆筒。
10.根据权利要求8所述的销组件,其中,所述插头还包括保持构件,该保持构件配置成接合所述销的入口孔和出口孔之一,从而使所述插头可滑动地保持在所述销中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的销组件,其中,所述保持构件是突起部。
12.根据权利要求11所述的销组件,其中,所述突起部是围绕所述入口孔和出口孔之一形成的圆筒形壁。
13.根据权利要求8所述的销组件,其中,所述插头由聚合物制成。
14.根据权利要求8所述的销组件,其中,所述插头还包括由所述侧壁的前缘限定的开口端。
