本发明公开了一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金及其制备方法。本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC20%~70%、PBT20%~70%、无碱玻璃纤维5%~15%、抗冲改性剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,不仅兼具有PC、PBT各自原有的优异性能,而且具有缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度优良的力学性能和加工性能,其缺口冲击强度可达到600J/m以上,并且其耐化学腐蚀性强,制品表面的光泽度好,热稳定性高,成本低。

一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)共混合金(简称PC/PBT),具有翘曲变性小、尺寸稳定性好、流动性好,线性热膨胀系数小,耐化学溶剂性能优良等特点,是工业上应用价值较高的一种合金塑料。为了进一步提高PC/PBT的力学性能、改进加工性能等,往往在该合金体系中引入少量的第三组分,如增强剂、增韧剂、相容剂等,旨在得到高性能、功能化和颇具实用价值的共混合金。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 20%~70%、PBT 20%~70%、无碱玻璃纤维5%~15%、抗冲改性剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。
所述的PC为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯,重均分子量为20000~40000g/mol。
所述的PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,其特征粘度为0.8~1.2dL/g。
所述的无碱玻璃纤维为直径在8~12μm、长度为3~6mm和表面经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理后的无碱玻璃纤维。
所述的抗冲改性剂为具有核壳结构的甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)。
所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈三元共聚物,且其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的重量百分数占1%~5%、丙烯腈的重量百分数占27%~30%。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂1010或1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168按质量比1:2的复配物。
所述的润滑剂为改性乙撑双脂肪酸酰胺(TAF)。
上述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将PC在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;
(2)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC和PBT,并加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的抗冲改性剂、相容剂、亚磷酸三苯酯、抗氧剂、润滑剂,并一起搅拌5~25分钟和达到混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,同时从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入按重量配比称取的无碱玻璃纤维,控制加工温度在220℃~260℃,螺杆转速150~350r/min,通过双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,不仅兼具有PC、PBT各自原有的优异性能,而且具有缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度优良的力学性能和加工性能,其缺口冲击强度可达到600J/m以上,并且其耐化学腐蚀性强,制品表面的光泽度好,热稳定性高,成本低,是一种综合性能优异的共混合金,可广泛适用于电子电器、汽车、医疗器械、光学仪表等领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 40%、PBT 32%、无碱玻璃纤维15%、具有核壳结构的甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)8%、相容剂3%、亚磷酸三苯酯1%、受阻酚类抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168按质量比1:2的复配物0.3%、改性乙撑双脂肪酸酰胺(TAF)0.7%。其中,所述的PC为双酚A型芳香族聚碳酸酯,重均分子量为20000~40000g/mol;所述的PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,其特征粘度为0.8~1.2dL/g;所述的无碱玻璃纤维为直径在8~12μm、长度为3~6mm和表面经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理后的无碱玻璃纤维;所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈三元共聚物,且其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的重量百分数占1%~5%、丙烯腈的重量百分数占27%~30%。
制备方法:(1)、将PC在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;(2)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC和PBT,并加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的具有核壳结构的甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、相容剂、亚磷酸三苯酯、受阻酚类抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168按质量比1:2的复配物、改性乙撑双脂肪酸酰胺(TAF),并一起搅拌5~25分钟和达到混合均匀后,出料;(3)、将步骤(2)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,同时从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入按重量配比称取的无碱玻璃纤维,控制加工温度在220℃~260℃,螺杆转速150~350r/min,通过双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金。

Claims (6)

1.一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 20%~70%、PBT 20%~70%、无碱玻璃纤维5%~15%、抗冲改性剂3%~8%、相容剂1%~3%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、润滑剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其特征在于,所述的无碱玻璃纤维为直径在8~12μm、长度为3~6mm和表面经过硅烷偶联剂KH560处理后的无碱玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其特征在于,所述的抗冲改性剂为具有核壳结构的甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其特征在于,所述的相容剂为甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈三元共聚物,且其含的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的重量百分数占1%~5%、丙烯腈的重量百分数占27%~30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为改性乙撑双脂肪酸酰胺(TAF)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将PC在鼓风干燥机中于110℃~130℃温度下干燥3~4小时,PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,待用;
(2)、按重量配比称取干燥的PC和PBT,并加入高速混合机中混合均匀,然后加入按重量配比称取的抗冲改性剂、相容剂、亚磷酸三苯酯、抗氧剂、润滑剂,并一起搅拌5~25分钟和达到混合均匀后,出料;
(3)、将步骤(2)的混合料加入双螺杆挤出机的主喂料口,同时从双螺杆挤出机的侧喂料口加入按重量配比称取的无碱玻璃纤维,控制加工温度在220℃~260℃,螺杆转速150~350r/min,通过双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混后挤出、冷却造粒,即得本发明的一种高韧加纤改性PC/PBT共混合金。
