Abstract

本发明提供了一种周转箱防滑垫专用料。其特征在于,采用先进的生产技术,以聚氯乙烯为基料,掺入一定比例的丁腈橡胶,并添加耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、防老化剂等助剂,经特殊加工制成的粒料。经此工艺制得的聚氯乙烯-丁腈复合物塑料,由于有丁腈橡胶的掺入使用,产品具有橡胶的柔软性(热塑性弹性体)。由于橡胶具有优良的耐油性能,且具大分子增塑剂的作用,因此本产品具有优良的耐油、耐寒、防滑性能。用于周转箱脚垫防滑效果很好,尤其适用于耐低温环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料改性技术,尤其是一种周转箱防滑垫专用料。 
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)原材料来源广泛,制品成本低、质量轻、施工和维护保养方便,是位居第二的通用塑料。但PVC材料具有韧性差、耐热性差等缺点,制约了其在性能要求较高领域的发展。 
多年来, 人们在PVC共混增韧改性等方面取得了较大的进展。其中NBR (丁二烯-丙烯腈无规共聚物,也称丁腈橡胶) 因与PVC相容性好, 得到的材料韧性、耐油性优异而倍受青睐,因此如何寻求一种经济高效的橡塑共混配方实为必要。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种周转箱防滑垫专用料,它是以聚氯乙烯为基料,掺入一定比例的丁腈橡胶,并添加耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、防老化剂等助剂,经特殊加工制成的粒料。首先将计量好的聚氯乙烯与丁晴橡胶加入高速混合机中高速混合,至温度升至145℃时停止混合;待温度降至125℃时再将计量好的增塑剂、稳定剂、防老化剂等助剂放入高速混合机中高速混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。本产品由于有丁腈橡胶的掺入使用,产品具有橡胶的柔软性(热塑性弹性体)。由于橡胶具有优良的耐油性能,且具大分子增塑剂的作用,因此本产品具有优良的耐油、耐寒、防滑性能。用于周转箱脚垫很适合,尤其适用于耐低温环境。 
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明: 
实施例:
聚氯乙烯-丁腈橡胶合金配方:(质量份)
    首先将计量好的聚氯乙烯与丁晴橡胶加入高速混合机中高速混合,至温度升至145℃时停止混合;待温度降至125℃时再将计量好的增塑剂、稳定剂、防老化剂等助剂放入高速混合机中高速混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。制得一种周转箱防滑垫专用料。

本发明方法制成的聚氯乙烯-丁腈橡胶合金具有优异的性能,其性能指标如下:(1)缺口冲击强度/KJ/m2≥25;(2)断裂伸长率/%≥50;(3)弯曲强度/MPa≥60;(4)弯曲模量/GPa
≥2.5;(5)拉伸强度/MPa≥65。

1.周转箱防滑垫专用料是以聚氯乙烯为基料,掺入一定比例的丁腈橡胶,并添加耐寒增塑剂、稳定剂、防老化剂等助剂,经特殊加工制成的粒料,其特征在于,经过丁腈橡胶增韧后的复合物塑料,同时具备了塑料的强度与橡胶的韧度,具备极其优良的力学性能,可以用于工业生产,周转箱脚垫效果最好。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种周转箱防滑垫专用料,其特征在于,由于有丁腈橡胶的掺入使用,产品具有橡胶的柔软性(热塑性弹性体),由于橡胶具有优良的耐油性能,且具大分子增塑剂的作用,因此本产品具有优良的耐油、耐寒、防滑性能,用于周转箱脚垫,尤其适用于耐低温环境。
