技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻孔夹具。
背景技术
工业生产中一种夹具往往只能夹持一种矩形工件或一件圆柱型工件,只有更换夹槽才能夹持不同形状的工件,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可夹持圆柱形和矩形工件。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种钻孔夹具,包括螺栓连接的钻床、台面、压板,所述的台面一端设有“V”型架,所述的压板上设有与“V”型架相适配的夹槽,台面另一端连接阻尼装置的一端,阻尼装置另一端连接压板。
作为本发明的进一步改进,阻尼装置为千斤顶。
本发明的有益效果是:该夹具结构简单,可夹持圆柱形和矩形工件,无需更换夹槽。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例包括螺栓5连接的钻床8、台面7、压板4,所述的台面7一端设有“V”型架3,所述的压板4上设有与“V”型架3相适配的夹槽,台面7另一端连接阻尼装置6的一端,阻尼装置6另一端连接压板4。
阻尼装置6为千斤顶。
该装置使用方法:将工件放置在“V”型架上,转动螺栓,就可夹紧工件;压板4另一端用千斤顶维持平衡。也可将压板转180o可用来夹持矩形件。

1.一种钻孔夹具,其特征是包括螺栓(5)连接的钻床(8)、台面(7)、压板(4),所述的台面(7)一端设有“V”型架(3),所述的压板(4)上设有与“V”型架(3)相适配的夹槽,台面(7)另一端连接阻尼装置(6)的一端,阻尼装置(6)另一端连接压板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钻孔夹具,其特征是所述的阻尼装置(6)为千斤顶。
