技术领域

背景技术
农业化学调配物通常基于客户需求和活性成分的生理化学特性(例如活性成分在水和其它非水性溶剂中的溶解度)设计。有两大类调配物:固体调配物和液体调配物。固体调配物包括可湿性粉剂(WP)、粒剂(GR)、可撒布粉剂(DP)、囊封颗粒(CG)和水分散粒剂。液体调配物包括悬浮浓剂(SC)、可乳化浓剂(EC)、水包油乳液(EW)、微乳液(ME)、水溶液(AS)和可溶性浓剂(SL)。
表面活性剂通常作为佐剂用于液体农业调配物以改进活性化合物(如除草剂和杀真菌剂)的功效,例如通过降低表面张力并改进活性成分在目标上的展布特性来进行。表面活性剂可在这种应用中起到其它作用,包括分散、润湿和乳化活性成分。

发明内容
我们现已发现如本文中所述的表面活性剂掺合物展现各种所需特性,如改进的润湿和分散性能,其至少与APE和其它类型的表面活性剂相当。此外,在一些实施例中,掺合物的组分协同起作用;也就是说,掺合物的性能与从个别组分性能所预期的相比出人意料地更好。有利地,因此,本发明的表面活性剂掺合物是APE和其它类型的表面活性剂的可行替代物。

农药调配物评估方法.表面活性剂组合物用于制备农药悬浮浓剂调配物。如下测试农药调配物的性能。
1)农药调配物稳定性根据标准方法CIPAC MT39.3、MT 46.3测试。将农药样品在54℃下储存2周并在0℃下储存一周。在储存之后,观察到调配物有明显外观变化和/或活性成分分解。
2)持久发泡体积根据CIPAC MT 47评估。这一测试评估农药样品的发泡特性。为了测试所述值,使用具有250mL容量的被塞住的有刻度的量筒玻璃。0标记和250mL标记之间的距离是20-21.5cm,且250mL标记和塞子底部之间的距离是约4到6cm。将约180mL标准水和1g样品放到静置在顶盘天平上的250mL量筒中。用标准水补充直到表面与磨口玻璃接头底部之间的距离是9.0±0.1cm。塞住量筒并倒置30次。将被塞住的量筒竖直置放在实验台上并且立即开始记秒表。读取所产生的泡沫体积和在1分钟之后的残留体积。
3)可悬浮性根据CIPAC MT161、MT 184评估。可悬浮性是评估农药调配物样品在水中稀释后的悬浮能力。为了测试所述值,将0.5±0.0002g的农药调配物样品在30±2℃下加入到250mL有刻度的量筒中的100mL标准水(含有约342ppm的Ca2+和Mg2+)中。用标准水(342ppm)补充到250mL标记。在1分钟内倒置量筒30次。将量筒在30±2℃水基剂下放置30分钟。移除顶部9/10悬浮液。在蒸发剩余1/10悬浮液的水之后,称重残留物并计算可悬浮性。
4)pH值根据CIPAC MT 75.3测试。为了测试pH值,1g农药调配物样品用100mLDI水稀释。
材料.
以下材料用于以下实例。
烷氧基化物1:2-乙基己基-O-(CH2CH(CH3)-O)5.5-(CH2CH2O)6-H。
烷氧基化物2:丁基-O-(EO)3.2-(PO)37.5-(EO)33.6-H。
TERSPERSETM 4896:是一种来自亨茨曼(Huntsman)的润湿和分散佐剂。
AEO-5是含有5个EO单元的C10-16伯醇乙氧基化物。
制备表1中的调配物。

来自表1的各种实例以及比较材料TERSPERSETM 4896的润湿性能展示在表2中。农业活性成分是戊唑醇(tebuconazole)。每一测试中使用一克活性剂。

总结:佐剂的较低流动点、更好的润湿性能。表2中的结果展示烷氧基化物1/烷氧基化物2掺合物与烷氧基化物1或烷氧基化物2单独相比或与TERSPERSETM 4896相比的更好的润湿性能。另外,在将两种组分混合在一起时,混合物展示出基于个别实例1和7的性能的协同效应。所述协同效应在较宽混合比率范围内,约1∶9到3∶1。
各种活性成分的另外的流动点测试结果展示在表3中。

表3中的数据指示烷氧基化物1/烷氧基化物2掺合物与个别烷氧基化物相比具有更好的润湿性能,与TERSPERSETM 4896相当,并且对不同活性剂的相容性更好。
农药调配物评估.工业中广泛接受的通用悬浮浓剂(SC)调配物的优选准则展示在表4中。

1烷基二苯醚二磺酸盐表面活性剂可购自陶氏化学公司(The Dow ChemicalCompany)。
2产率由最终样品(在加工初始样品之后,如碾磨、过滤,以达到最终样品)中的材料相较于加入到初始样品中的所有原材料的量的比率测定。产率越高,碾磨性能和流动性越好。
根据表4中展示的SC调配物准则,由本发明实例5制备的35%戊唑醇SC调配物具有良好品质。

根据表4中展示的SC调配物准则,可悬浮率应高于90%。因此,比较实例7在储存在0℃和54℃下之后85.90%和51.83%的可悬浮率不符合准则。

Claims (8)

1.一种协同表面活性剂掺合物,其包含:
(a)式I的烷氧基化物:
R1O-(AO)x-(EO)y-H (I)
其中AO是亚丙基氧基或亚丁基氧基;EO是亚乙基氧基;R1是直链或支链C6-C10烷基;x是4到6的实数;且y是1到11的实数;且
(b)式II的烷氧基化物:
R2O-(EO)r-(PO)p-(EO)q-H (II)
其中EO是亚乙基氧基;PO是亚丙基氧基;R2是直链或支链C2-C4烷基;r是1到30的实数;p是10到40的实数;且q是10到50的实数,其中所述式I的烷氧基化物与所述式II的烷氧基化物的重量比是1:1到1:9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面活性剂掺合物,其中R1是2-乙基己基或2-丙基庚基。
3.一种农业组合物,其包含:
根据权利要求1到2中任一项所述的表面活性剂掺合物作为佐剂;
农业活性成分;以及
水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农业组合物,其中所述农业活性成分是除草剂、杀昆虫剂、杀真菌剂或其两种或更多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的农业组合物,其为悬浮浓剂、水包油乳液、微乳液或水分散粒剂。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的农业组合物,其进一步包含润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和pH调节剂中的一或多者。
7.一种控制昆虫、植物疾病或野草的方法,所述方法包含:提供包括根据权利要求3到6中任一项所述的农业组合物的调配物,并且将所述调配物施用于以下各者中的至少一者:植物、邻接于所述植物的区域、土壤、种子、和液体和固体生长介质。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其包括将所述调配物施用于以下各者中的至少一者:植物叶、花、茎、果实、发芽的种子、根和水培生长溶液。
