Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于内燃机的喷射机构。
对于具有常规的共轨喷射系统的内燃机来说,利用高压泵,使得使用了典型地布置在机动车的燃料箱中的预输送泵所输送的燃料达到一种较高的压力水平,并且将其输送给高压储存器。从那里通过喷射器将所述燃料喷射到所述内燃机的燃烧室中。在运行过程中要持久地维持所述较高的压力水平。为了进行压力调节,通常在所述高压储存器上布置了调压阀。然后,将通过所述调压阀排出的燃料通过一燃料回流管路被导回到所述机动车的燃料箱中。所述用于将燃料喷射到燃烧室中的喷射器对于柴油-喷射系统来说也典型地拥有燃料泄漏接头,所述燃料泄漏接头通过燃料回流管路与所述燃料箱相连接。这样的燃料回流管路在现有技术中也正如在公开文献DE 103 45 225 B4中所说明的那样用于给喷射机构排气。
在大多数机动车中,所述燃料箱出于结构上的原因而布置在后面的区域中,从而需要具有相应的长度的燃料管路,用于将布置在所述机动车的前面的区域中的发动机与所述燃料箱连接起来。为了实现所描述的类型的、用进流管路和回流管路来形成的燃料回路,需要相应地得到提高的材料开销。此外,这样的燃料回路的长度隐蔽了可能的、引起泄漏的故障源。这两种情况都随之带来极高的成本。
本发明的任务是,提供一种成本低廉的、用于内燃机的喷射机构,该喷射机构可以用较小的材料开销来实现。
该任务按照本发明通过一种具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征的喷射机构利用权利要求1的特征部分的特征得到解决。特殊的实施方式可以由从属权利要求中获知。
所述按本发明的、用于内燃机的喷射机构包括一典型地布置在燃料箱中的燃料输送泵和一通过低压燃料管路与所述燃料输送泵相连接的高压泵、一与所述高压泵相连接的高压储存器以及至少一个通过高压燃料管路与所述高压储存器相连接的喷射器,其中所述喷射机构此外具有至少一条与所述高压储存器并且/或者与所述至少一个喷射器相连接的燃料回流管路,其中所述燃料回流管路通到所述低压燃料管路中或者通到布置在所述低压燃料管路的途程中的燃料滤清器中,所述低压燃料管路将所述燃料输送泵与所述高压泵彼此连接起来。此外,在所述低压燃料管路的途程中布置了至少一个排气阀。
所述燃料回流管路不是通到所述燃料箱中而是通到所提到的低压燃料管路中,由此所述燃料管路可以构造得明显比在开头所描述的类型的、类似的、传统的喷射设备中短。但是,这首先随之带来以下困难:也无一种管路可用,通过该管路可以朝所述燃料箱中给所述喷射机构排气。这样的排气比如可能是必要的,如果使所述燃料箱排空运行以便空气到达所述喷射机构中。在首次启用所述内燃机之前,通常在所述喷射机构中还有空气,因此必须给所述喷射机构排气,以便所述高压泵可以给所述高压储存器装填燃料并且将其置于压力之下。出于这个原因,按照本发明设置了所述排气阀,该排气阀布置在所述低压燃料管路的途程中,或者布置在所述高压泵上,或者布置在滤清器壳体上。这个排气阀能够借助于所述燃料输送泵来给所述喷射机构排气。为此,在所述排气阀打开时,只须将所述燃料输送泵投入运行—一般来说这对于机动车来说通过将点火钥匙转到第一工作位置中这种方式来进行。一旦在所述排气阀那里不再有空气而仅仅燃料逸出,则又可以关闭所述排气阀。
所描述的本发明特别有意义的是,如果所述高压泵是一种泵,该泵没有燃料润滑结构,也就是说没有燃料润滑回路。其原因是,对于这样的非燃料润滑的泵来说不需要本来就一直通到所述燃料箱中的燃料回流管路,所述燃料回流管路而后也可能用于排气。因而也可以如此设计所述高压泵,从而比如在下述情况下可以利用所述内燃机的机油来对所述高压泵进行润滑:将一种通过所述内燃机的凸轮轴来驱动的高压泵通过布置在本来由所述内燃机的润滑材料回路来供给的凸轮轴上。
所述也可以被称为预输送泵的燃料输送泵用于对所述高压泵进行燃料供给,并且比如可以用作叶片泵、偏心泵或者活塞泵。为此,所述燃料输送泵可以布置在所述燃料箱中,或者至少可以如此布置,从而从燃料箱中吸入燃料并且进行输送。尤其如果比如在首次起动新车时、在使所述燃料箱排空运行之后再次起动时或者在更换燃料滤清器之后在所述低压燃料管路和/或燃料回流管路中有气泡,那么这种燃料输送泵应该能够将燃料从所述燃料箱中通过所述低压燃料管路朝所述高压泵的方向输送。因此可以以前面所描述的方式将所述燃料输送泵用于进行排气。
所述高压储存器可以具有与所述燃料回流管路相连接的调压阀。在达到用于在所述高压储存器中的压力的极限值时,所述调压阀可以用布置在其上面的电的致动器来打开,从而可以有针对性地降低所述压力。所述至少一个喷射器又可以具有泄漏接头,通过该泄漏接头可以将流出的燃料排放到所述燃料回流管路中。所述与至少一个喷射器的泄漏接头和/或高压储存器的调压阀相连接的燃料回流管路通入到所述将燃料输送泵和高压泵彼此连接起来的低压燃料管路中,或者通入到所述布置在低压燃料管路的途程中的燃料滤清器中。优选在此应该如此布置这条燃料回流管路,使得直至通入到所述低压燃料管路中的汇入口的距离尽可能短。特别有利的是,由材料节省看来尽可能短地构成的燃料回流管路就在所述高压泵之前不远处、最好紧挨着在其之前布置的燃料滤清器之前通入到所述低压燃料管路中。
原则上,一个单个的排气阀足以用于完全给所述喷射系统排气。但是可能有益的是,所述喷射机构具有一个或者多个另外的排气阀,所述排气阀也可以布置在所述燃料回流管路的途程中。
所述布置在低压燃料管路的途程中的排气阀比如可以是2/2-方向阀或者是3/2-方向阀。在使用2/2-方向阀时,应该在所述低压燃料管路的途程中布置三通管,而后这根三通管的一个端部与所述2/2-方向阀相连接。而所述3/2-方向阀则可以直接布置在所述低压燃料管路的途程中。
所述排气阀也可以有利地是适合于特别容易的排气的喜拉德阀或者液压接合器(Hydraulikkupplung)。
在所述将燃料输送泵与高压泵彼此连接起来的低压燃料管路的途程中,可以布置燃料滤清器。在这种情况下所述排气阀可以被集成在所述燃料滤清器中。优选所述排气阀布置在所述燃料滤清器与所述高压泵之间。特别有利的是,所述排气阀优选在低压侧上紧挨着布置在所述高压泵的前面或者布置在所述高压泵中,以便能够尽可能完全给所述喷射机构排气。
为了朝所述排气位置中打开并且/或者为了朝原始位置中关闭,所述排气阀可以具有电的或者液压的或者气动的致动器,所述致动器比如构造为电磁的继电器。但是也可以规定,以机械的方式来操纵所述排气阀。为此,所述排气阀比如能够用键或者-比如在使用喜拉德阀或者液压接合器的情况下-自动地通过将排气管路连接到所述排气位置中这种方式来运动。为了进行关闭,所述排气阀可以具有复位弹簧,通过该复位弹簧可以使得所述排气阀利用弹力运动到原始位置或者关闭位置中。
为了给所描述的喷射机构排气,所述排气阀的出口可以与一条通到贮槽中的管路相连接,所述贮槽捕集在排气过程结束时流出的燃料。因此获得一种有利的、用于给喷射机构排气的装置,该装置包括一具有上面所描述的特征的喷射机构、一贮槽以及一从所述布置在低压燃料管路的途程中的排气阀的出口导入到所述贮槽中的管路。在此所述管路可以构造为软管或者管子。
所述排气过程可以通过从还不是无气泡的低压燃料管路中吸入燃料这种方式而变得容易。为此,比如可以在所述从排气阀的出口导入到贮槽中的管路中布置一种抽吸泵。为了相同的目的,这样的、在操纵所述排气阀时可以被接通的抽吸泵也可以被设置在所述贮槽的里面或者旁边。
特别有意义的是,以所描述的方式来实现用于柴油机的喷射机构,如果所述内燃机是柴油机,在所述内燃机上使用所述喷射机构。原因在于,柴油机一方面通常不能完全在没有回流管路的情况下够用并且对于柴油机来说其它方式的排气-比如通过伸入到发动机的燃烧室中的喷射器-几乎不能实现。

图1示出了内燃机的一种喷射机构,所述内燃机在当前的情况中是柴油机。所述喷射机构具有燃料输送泵2,该燃料输送泵布置在燃料箱1中,并且该燃料输送泵通过低压燃料管路4与用机油来润滑的高压泵6相连接。在所述低压燃料管路4的途程中布置了燃料滤清器3。紧挨着在所述高压泵6的前面,所述喷射机构具有一直接布置在所述高压泵6上的流量调节阀5。此外,所述喷射机构包括一高压储存器8,该高压储存器在进口侧通过高压燃料管路6.1与所述高压泵6相连接,其中在所述高压燃料管路6.1中布置了沿着输送方向打开的止回阀7。此外,所述喷射机构包括一布置在所述高压储存器8上的调压阀9,该调压阀的出口与燃料回流管路11相连接。所述燃料回流管路11通到所述低压燃料管路4中。最后,所述喷射机构具有四个泄漏少的喷射器10,所述喷射器分别在进口侧通过高压燃料管路8.1与所述高压储存器8相连接,其中所述喷射器10中的每一个都分别具有一泄漏接头10.l,所述泄漏接头与所述通入到所述低压燃料管路4中的燃料回流管路11相连接。
在所述喷射机构的一种实施方式中规定,所述燃料回流管路11通入到布置在所述低压燃料管路4的途程中的燃料滤清器3中。
所述高压泵6是一种通过所述内燃机的凸轮轴来驱动的泵,通过布置在所述凸轮轴上这种方式来向所述泵供给足够多的、用于进行润滑的机油,并且所述泵尤其在没有燃料润滑并且没有自身的润滑回路的情况下够用。
在所述低压燃料管路4中,布置在所述燃料滤清器3与流量调节阀5之间的排气阀12具有弹簧起始位置,在所述排气阀上为了进行操纵而布置了键,利用该键使得所述排气阀12能够沿着用于打开的操纵方向16运动到排气位置中。
在所述喷射机构的一种特殊的实施方式中,所述排气阀12也可以被集成在所述燃料滤清器3中或者布置在滤清器壳体上。优选的是,所述排气阀12无论如何优选在低压侧上布置在所述高压泵6的前面不远处或者布置在所述高压泵6中,也就是紧挨着布置在所述流量调节阀5的前面。
在另一种实施方式中,为了进行操纵,也就是说,为了使所述排气阀12运动到所述排气位置中、或者为了运动到原始位置中,布置了一电的致动器(未示出),该电的致动器构造为电磁的继电器。
如果-比如在所述燃料箱1排空运行之后或者在首次启用所述内燃机之前-在所述喷射机构中有空气,则可以以如下方式给这个喷射机构排气:
为此,使所述排气阀12运动到所述排气位置中,并且比如通过将点火钥匙转到第一运行位置中这种方式或者自动地通过对于所述排气阀12的操纵来操纵所述燃料输送泵2。因此,所述可以构造为叶片泵的燃料输送泵2将燃料从所述燃料箱1泵吸到所述低压燃料管路4中。所输送的燃料将可能已经积聚在所述低压燃料管路4中的、或者可能已经积聚在所述布置在低压燃料管路4的途程中的燃料滤清器3里的气泡挤出,并且在所述低压燃料管路4的进一步的途程中以在其前面推移的方式带动所述气泡。所述在当前的情况中构造为3/2-方向阀(二位三通方向阀)的排气阀12通过对于所述键的按揿或者通过沿着运动方向16的电的操纵来运动到所述排气位置中。由此,为了进行排气而输送的燃料通过所述排气阀12的出口12.1来将在前面被推移的气泡排出。这个出口12.1有利地比如借助于软管14与贮槽15相连接。在排气时流出的燃料因此积聚在比如被保持在所述排气阀12的出口12.1下方的贮槽15中。为了使排气过程变得容易,可以在所述软管14的途程中布置一种抽吸泵13。也可以将所述贮槽置于压力之下。在当前的实施例中,在所述排气过程中所述排气阀12朝所述高压泵6的方向阻塞所述低压燃料管路4。
所述排气阀12一直留在所述排气位置中,直至不再有空气通过所述排气阀12的出口12.1逸出,并且仅是无气泡的燃料流出。通过松开所述键,所述被弹簧加载的排气阀12运动到所述原始位置(关闭位置)中。在所提到的其它实施方式中,所述排气阀可以相应地通过所述致动器操纵来返回运动到所述原始位置中。
在图2中示出的喷射机构在很大程度上相应于前面借助于图1所描述的喷射机构,其中重复的特征又用相同的附图标记来表示。相对于所述第一种实施例,唯一的区别通过以下情况而产生:所述排气阀12构造为2/2-方向阀(二位二通方向阀),并且在所述低压燃料管路4的途程中布置了一种三通管,用于将所述排气阀12与所述低压燃料管路连接起来。所述2/2-方向阀可以是喜拉德阀(Schrader-Ventil)或者是液压接合器或者又可以是能够人工或者用电操纵的阀。
对于图2的喷射机构的排气像在前面所描述的实施例中一样进行,其中所述2/2-方向阀的打开取代对于所述3/2-方向阀的操纵。
Claims (9)
1. 用于内燃机的喷射机构,包括:
- 一燃料输送泵(2)和一高压泵(6),它们通过低压燃料管路(4)彼此相连接;
- 一与所述高压泵(6)相连接的高压储存器(8);
- 以及通过高压燃料管路(8.1)与所述高压储存器(8)相连接的至少一个喷射器(10),
其中所述喷射机构此外具有与所述高压储存器(8)并且/或者与所述至少一个喷射器(10)相连接的至少一条燃料回流管路(11),
其特征在于,
所述燃料回流管路(11)通入到将燃料输送泵(2)与高压泵(6)彼此连接起来的所述低压燃料管路(4)中,
其中在所述低压燃料管路(4)的途程中或者在所述高压泵(6)上或者在滤清器壳体上布置了至少一个排气阀(12)。
2. 按权利要求1所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,所述排气阀(12)是2/2-方向阀或者3/2-方向阀。
3. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,所述排气阀(12)是喜拉德阀或者液压接合器。
4. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,在将燃料输送泵(2)与高压泵(6)彼此连接起来的所述低压燃料管路(4)的途程中布置了燃料滤清器(3)。
5. 按权利要求4所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,所述排气阀(12)被集成在所述燃料滤清器(3)中或者布置在所述燃料滤清器(3)与所述高压泵(6)之间。
6. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,所述排气阀(12)具有用于打开并且/或者用于关闭的、电的或者液压的或者气动的致动器。
7. 按前述权利要求中任一项所述的喷射机构,其特征在于,所述排气阀(12)为进行关闭而具有复位弹簧。
8. 用于给喷射机构排气的装置,包括按权利要求1到7中任一项所述的喷射机构、一贮槽(15)和一从所述排气阀(12)的出口通到所述贮槽(15)中的管路(12.1)。
9. 按权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述贮槽(15)中存在着负压,或者在所述管路(12.1)中布置了抽吸泵(13)。
