本发明涉及一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构及其使用方法，包括相互联接的角阀、管道和管接头，所述角阀旁侧设置有用于插接管接头的连接孔，其特征在于：所述管接头中部外周设置有一环形凸缘，还包括一做旋转运动的卡环，该卡环套接在环形凸缘与管道之间；所述连接孔外周部设置有用于卡住卡环的卡接块；首先将上述管道、卡环和管接头连接成一组件；然后将组件插入到角阀的连接孔内；最后通过卡接块将角阀和组件固定在一起，实现了角阀与管道的快速装拆。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构及其使用方法。
背景技术
一般的角阀与软管的连接均是采用端面密封垫密封，螺纹接头锁紧的方式。该种结构为了保证角阀密封垫不漏水，必须用扳手将螺纹接头用力锁紧。而角阀一般安装在台面下，空间狭小很难有足够的空间使用扳手。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构及其使用方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构，包括相互联接的角阀、管道和管接头，所述角阀旁侧设置有用于插接管接头的连接孔，所述管接头中部外周设置有一环形凸缘，还包括一做旋转运动的卡环，该卡环套接在环形凸缘与管道之间；所述连接孔外周部设置有用于卡住卡环的卡接块。
进一步的，所述卡接块包括设置在连接孔外周部的凸块，所述凸块朝连接孔中心延伸有用于卡住卡环的挡块，所述卡环外周壁上设置有与挡块相对应的缺口。
进一步的，所述卡环外周壁设置有便于选择卡环的把手。
进一步的，所述卡接块设置有两个，分别位于连接孔的上下两侧。
一种上述角阀与管道的快速连接结构的使用方法，
第一步：将上述管道、卡环和管接头连接成一组件；
第二步：将组件插入到角阀的连接孔内；
第三步：通过卡接块将角阀和组件固定在一起。
进一步的，上述第二步中，将卡环上的缺口对准设置在角阀上的卡接块后进行插接。
进一步的，上述第三步中，通过把手旋转卡环，使卡接块卡住卡环外周壁没有缺口的位置。
本发明中与现有技术相比的优点为：实现了角阀与管道的快速装拆，放弃现有技术中使用扳手锁紧的技术，降低了施工者的工作强度，同时提高了安装工作的工作效率。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂，下文特举实施例，并配合附图，作详细说明如下：
一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构，包括相互联接的角阀1、管道2和管接头3，所述角阀旁侧设置有用于插接管接头的连接孔11，所述管接头中部外周设置有一环形凸缘31，还包括一做旋转运动的卡环4，该卡环套接在环形凸缘与管道之间；所述连接孔外周部设置有用于卡住卡环的卡接块5。
所述卡接块包括设置在连接孔外周部的凸块51，所述凸块朝连接孔中心延伸有用于卡住卡环的挡块52，所述卡环外周壁上设置有与挡块相对应的缺口41。
所述卡环外周壁设置有便于选择卡环的把手42。
所述卡接块设置有两个，分别位于连接孔的上下两侧。
上述角阀与管道的快速连接结构的安装方法，
第一步：将上述管道、卡环和管接头连接成一组件；
第二步：将组件插入到角阀的连接孔内；插入时，将卡环上的缺口对准设置在角阀上的卡接块后进行插接，这样才能使组件安装到位；
第三步：通过卡接块将角阀和组件固定在一起，主要是通过把手旋转卡环，使卡接块卡住卡环外周壁没有缺口的位置，这样即可实现将组件与角阀固定在一起。
拆开时，旋转卡环，使其缺口对准卡接口后抽出整个组件即可。
本发明在具体的使用过程中，卡环的把手与位于连接孔上侧的凸块相接触，角阀开启状态时的开关把手12位置位于把手上方，用于防止未关闭角阀误拆管道，具体参考图3、图4。

1.一种角阀与管道的快速连接结构，包括相互联接的角阀、管道和管接头，所述角阀旁侧设置有用于插接管接头的连接孔，其特征在于：所述管接头中部外周设置有一环形凸缘，还包括一做旋转运动的卡环，该卡环套接在环形凸缘与管道之间；所述连接孔外周部设置有用于卡住卡环的卡接块，所述卡接块包括设置在连接孔外周部的凸块，所述凸块朝连接孔中心延伸有用于卡住卡环的挡块，所述卡环外周壁上设置有与挡块相对应的缺口，所述卡环外周壁设置有便于选择卡环的把手，所述卡接块设置有两个，分别位于连接孔的上下两侧。
2.一种上述角阀与管道的快速连接结构的使用方法，其特征在于：
第一步：将上述管道、卡环和管接头连接成一组件；
第二步：将组件插入到角阀的连接孔内；
第三步：通过卡接块将角阀和组件固定在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的角阀与管道的快速连接结构的使用方法，其特征在于：上述第二步中，将卡环上的缺口对准设置在角阀上的卡接块后进行插接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的角阀与管道的快速连接结构的使用方法，其特征在于：上述第三步中，通过把手旋转卡环，使卡接块卡住卡环外周壁没有缺口的位置，卡环的把手与位于连接孔上侧的凸块相接触，角阀开启状态时的开关把手位置位于把手上方，用于防止未关闭角阀误拆管道。
