本发明公开了一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,包括编织布,所述编织布的正面和反面均设置有共混改性塑料淋膜层,所述共混改性塑料淋膜层包括低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯弹性体、聚丙烯弹性体、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物、陶氏增强聚乙烯、硅酮滑爽母料和色母料;采用共混改性塑料,综合了各种高分子材料的优点,增加了产品的抗穿刺性、抗挠曲性、弹性、耐低温性、耐磨性、抗冲击性以及热封性;通过添加硅酮滑爽母料,减小篷布的表面摩擦系数,增加了耐摩擦性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
篷布的历史悠久,用作篷布的材料种类繁多,聚乙烯复合塑料编织布具有防水、无毒、质轻、耐老化、耐低温性能较好、易回收利用等优点,在最近的十几年,成为制作篷布,尤其是汽车篷布的优选材料。
聚乙烯复合塑料编织布,所使用的原材料主要为聚乙烯树脂。其生产工艺和技术已经非常成熟,其生产工艺流程为高密度聚乙烯在拉丝机上挤出成薄膜,用密集的刀片剖切成扁丝,经加热拉伸、热处理定型后,绕成丝锭。扁丝经织机(圆织机、水织机或片梭织机)编织成塑料编织布,再经塑料挤出复合机在塑料编织布的两面流延涂覆上低密度聚乙烯而成。
聚乙烯复合塑料编织布制作的篷布,尤其是汽车篷布,经过十几年的应用,发现存在一些问题:由于表面涂覆的低密度聚乙烯,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和挠曲模量低,在使用过程中,由于风吹摆动、折叠、摩擦等原因,造成表面涂覆层断裂、破损,从而使篷布漏水;或者由于所蓬盖的货物外形尖锐,刺穿篷布,造成篷布漏水。由于存在这样的问题,造成公路上行驶的货车,往往是盖着三层篷布:最下层是旧的篷布,用来减少货物刺穿篷布;中间一层聚乙烯薄膜,是用来防水的;最上面是一层聚乙烯复合编织布篷布。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布。
本发明的一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,包括编织布,所述编织布的正面和反面均设置有共混改性塑料淋膜层,所述共混改性塑料淋膜层包括低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯弹性体、聚丙烯弹性体、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物、陶氏增强聚乙烯、硅酮滑爽母料和色母料。
进一步地,所述共混改性塑料淋膜层各原料的重量配比如下:低密度聚乙烯10~70kg、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯10~50kg、聚乙烯弹性体5~20kg、聚丙烯弹性体5~15kg、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物5~15kg、陶氏增强聚乙烯5~20kg、硅酮滑爽母料1~5kg、色母料0~10kg。
一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将高密度聚乙烯通过挤出机塑化,接着挤出或吹塑成平面状或筒状薄膜,然后进行冷却;
b、冷却后的薄膜经剖丝刀架上的刀片剖成扁丝,扁丝经加热、拉伸、冷却定型后,进入收卷机收卷成丝锭;
c、收卷成丝锭的扁丝通过织机织造成编织布;
d、编织布经塑料挤出复合机组,通过流延法,在编织布的正面和反面分别挤出复合一层共混改性塑料淋膜层,然后进行切边、收卷制成复合塑料编织布;
e、复合塑料编织布经热风拼接、包边、打扣、包装,制成篷布。
进一步地,所述的步骤c中采用的织机为喷水织机、圆织机或片梭织机。
本发明的原理为:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯抗穿刺强度高,有出色的韧性以及延展性;聚烯烃弹性体是一种柔软又强韧的弹性体,可改善耐冲击性;聚丙烯弹性体具有极佳的弹性、挠性、柔性、掺混相容性、优越的光学性、热封性及热粘性;聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物拥有极低压缩性、极佳耐热性、耐磨性、回弹性及加工操作性;陶氏增强聚乙烯结合了密封性和挺度、高拉伸率和高防刺穿性能、抗冲击性和加工性能、刚性和抗冲击性能;硅酮滑爽母料可以有效地增加表面的滑爽性,减小摩擦力。
本发明具有以下优点:采用共混改性塑料,综合了各种高分子材料的优点,增加了产品的抗穿刺性、抗挠曲性、弹性、耐低温性、耐磨性、抗冲击性以及热封性;通过添加硅酮滑爽母料,减小篷布的表面摩擦系数,增加了耐摩擦性。
采用上述方案制成的篷布,抗渗水性、抗挠曲性、抗穿刺性、耐磨性均成倍增加,从而成倍延长了篷布的使用寿命,同时可以减少汽车蓬盖布的层数,极大地方便了汽车司机。

如图1所示的耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,包括编织布1,所述编织布1的正面和反面均设置有共混改性塑料淋膜层2,所述共混改性塑料淋膜层2包括低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯弹性体、聚丙烯弹性体、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物、陶氏增强聚乙烯、硅酮滑爽母料和色母料,所述共混改性塑料淋膜层2各原料的重量配比如下:低密度聚乙烯10~70kg、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯10~50kg、聚乙烯弹性体5~20kg、聚丙烯弹性体5~15kg、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物5~15kg、陶氏增强聚乙烯5~20kg、硅酮滑爽母料1~5kg、色母料0~10kg。
一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将高密度聚乙烯通过挤出机塑化,接着挤出或吹塑成平面状或筒状薄膜,然后进行冷却;

1.一种耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,包括编织布(1),其特征在于:所述编织布(1)的正面和反面均设置有共混改性塑料淋膜层(2),所述共混改性塑料淋膜层(2)包括低密度聚乙烯、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯弹性体、聚丙烯弹性体、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物、陶氏增强聚乙烯、硅酮滑爽母料和色母料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布,其特征在于:所述共混改性塑料淋膜层(2)各原料的重量配比如下:低密度聚乙烯10~70kg、茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯10~50kg、聚乙烯弹性体5~20kg、聚丙烯弹性体5~15kg、聚烯烃嵌段式共聚物5~15kg、陶氏增强聚乙烯5~20kg、硅酮滑爽母料1~5kg、色母料0~10kg。
3.一种权利要求1所述的耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将高密度聚乙烯通过挤出机塑化,接着挤出或吹塑成平面状或筒状薄膜,然后进行冷却;
b、冷却后的薄膜经剖丝刀架上的刀片剖成扁丝,扁丝经加热、拉伸、冷却定型后,进入收卷机收卷成丝锭;
c、收卷成丝锭的扁丝通过织机织造成编织布;
d、编织布经塑料挤出复合机组,通过流延法,在编织布的正面和反面分别挤出复合一层共混改性塑料淋膜层,然后进行切边、收卷制成复合塑料编织布;

4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨且抗穿刺的篷布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤c中采用的织机为喷水织机、圆织机或片梭织机。
