本发明公开了一种活动房用淋膜,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β‑(3,4‑二羟基苯基)‑α‑羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2‑乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2‑二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β‑(3,4‑二羟基苯基)‑α‑羟基丙酸异丙酯30~48份、过氧化二碳酸双(2‑乙基)己酯20~35份、聚丁二酸/2,2‑二甲基丁二酸丁二酯15~31份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚5~18份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶40~52份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯40~52份。通过上述方式,本发明耐磨损性能优,阻燃性能好,能够循环使用。

一种活动房用淋膜
技术领域
本发明涉及淋膜领域,特别是涉及一种活动房用淋膜。
背景技术
淋膜厚度仅0.2~0.24厘米,每平方米重量仅160克,不及一般棉纱帆篷油布重量的1/10,但其纵横向抗拉强度最高能达120千克,抗温能力由70℃到零下40℃,而且无味无毒耐磨耐搓,能在红外线、紫外线、激光或风霜雨雪及酸碱等各种生态或物理化学环境下长期使用,从而成为国际上重点开发利用的基础材料。淋膜不仅是大面积遮盖、活动用房的理想基材,还可用于大面积金属和非金属隔音绝缘,掺入特殊成份的阻燃淋膜,可作为城市、街道的环境装饰用布及制成各类涂膜集装箱袋,吊装袋等。
然而,目前活动房用淋膜的耐磨损性能有待提高,阻燃性能差,还不能循环使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种活动房用淋膜,耐磨损性能优,阻燃性能好,能够循环使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种活动房用淋膜,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯30~48份、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯20~35份、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯15~31份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚5~18份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶40~52份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯40~52份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯的重量含量为33~45份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯的重量含量为17~29份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的叔丁基羟基茴香醚的重量含量为5~15份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明耐磨损性能优,阻燃性能好,能够循环使用。

一种活动房用淋膜,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯45份、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯35份、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯29份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚15份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶52份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯52份。
实施例2
一种活动房用淋膜,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯33份、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯20份、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯17份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚5份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶40份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯40份。
实施例3
一种活动房用淋膜,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯39份、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯27份、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯23份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚10份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶46份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯46份。
本发明活动房用淋膜的有益效果是:本发明耐磨损性能优,阻燃性能好,能够循环使用。

1.一种活动房用淋膜,其特征在于,所述的淋膜由以下组分制成:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯,其各组分的重量含量为:β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯30~48份、过氧化二碳酸双(2-乙基)己酯20~35份、聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯15~31份、叔丁基羟基茴香醚5~18份、端缩基丁腈液体橡胶40~52份和茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯40~52份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动房用淋膜,其特征在于,所述的β-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-α-羟基丙酸异丙酯的重量含量为33~45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活动房用淋膜,其特征在于,所述的聚丁二酸/2,2-二甲基丁二酸丁二酯的重量含量为17~29份。
