技术领域
本发明涉及特氟龙塑料领域,特别是涉及一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料。
背景技术
在现有的工业中,塑料被广泛的使用,同时也在快速地研究进步中,特氟龙材料是一种使用了氟取代聚乙烯中所有氢原子的人工合成高分子材料,这种材料具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,但是除却本身材料的特点,功能比较单一,使用范围比较窄。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料,通过多种合理重量份数的成分组成,具有较低的摩擦系数,显示出很好的不粘附性能,并且能够有效抗菌,在工程塑料的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料,包括:聚四氟乙烯、润湿剂、填料、树脂纤维、氧化镁和聚硅氧烷,所述润湿剂包括大豆卵磷脂和聚氧化乙烯烷化醚,所述填料包括碳酸钙和滑石粉,所述一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料中各成分所占重量份数分别为:聚四氟乙烯占80-90份,大豆卵磷脂占1-3份,聚氧化乙烯烷化醚占1-3份,碳酸钙占5-10份,滑石粉占5-8份,树脂纤维占2-5份,氧化镁占4-10份,聚硅氧烷占1-4份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚四氟乙烯占90份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述大豆卵磷脂占3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碳酸钙占5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滑石粉占8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚硅氧烷占4份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料,通过多种合理重量份数的成分组成,具有较低的摩擦系数,显示出很好的不粘附性能,并且能够有效抗菌,在工程塑料的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料,包括:聚四氟乙烯、润湿剂、填料、树脂纤维、氧化镁和聚硅氧烷,所述润湿剂包括大豆卵磷脂和聚氧化乙烯烷化醚,所述填料包括碳酸钙和滑石粉,所述一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料中各成分所占重量份数分别为:聚四氟乙烯占80-90份,大豆卵磷脂占1-3份,聚氧化乙烯烷化醚占1-3份,碳酸钙占5-10份,滑石粉占5-8份,树脂纤维占2-5份,氧化镁占4-10份,聚硅氧烷占1-4份。

1.一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料,其特征在于,包括:聚四氟乙烯、润湿剂、填料、树脂纤维、氧化镁和聚硅氧烷,所述润湿剂包括大豆卵磷脂和聚氧化乙烯烷化醚,所述填料包括碳酸钙和滑石粉,所述一种光滑抗菌特氟龙塑料中各成分所占重量份数分别为:聚四氟乙烯占80-90份,大豆卵磷脂占1-3份,聚氧化乙烯烷化醚占1-3份,碳酸钙占5-10份,滑石粉占5-8份,树脂纤维占2-5份,氧化镁占4-10份,聚硅氧烷占1-4份。
