本发明公开了汽车前雾灯,该前雾灯包括玻璃灯罩、灯座弹簧和密封盖,玻璃灯罩与外壳体通过紧固套环连接,密封盖覆盖在外壳体上,外壳体上设有散热管,散热管的管口上设有散热小孔,外壳体内部安装多曲面反射镜,密封盖上固定灯座弹簧,灯座弹簧上安装灯泡,灯泡位于多曲面反射镜的中心位置。有益效果:选用低压钠蒸汽放电管为灯泡,光源穿透性强;多曲面反射镜的反射效果好,反射率高;外壳体和密封盖选用聚丙烯塑料,耐热性优异;在雾灯上安装紧固套环,加强雾灯内部结构的密封性,在外壳体上设有的散热管有利于雾灯的内部散热,又在散热管的管口的散热小孔上覆盖一层活性炭过滤棉,过滤掉空气中的粉尘、水汽。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及汽车前雾灯。
背景技术
汽车前雾灯,安装于汽车前部,用于雨雾天气行车时,能见度受天气影响较大的情况下让其他车辆看见本车。因此,雾灯所选用的光源必须是穿透力强的光源。随着汽车的使用时间越来越长,雾灯的亮度会降低,会造成雨雾天气行车不安全。雾灯的亮度降低,总结其原因,有以下几点:灯具、散光玻璃或反光镜上积有污垢;蓄电池充电能力下降,电力不足导致亮度不够;雾灯内部结构密封性差导致粉尘、水汽进入等。因此,对于上述问题,仅针对雾灯本身,需要一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种密封性强、结构简单的汽车前雾灯。
本发明采用的技术方案:汽车前雾灯包括玻璃灯罩、灯座弹簧和密封盖,玻璃灯罩与外壳体通过紧固套环连接,密封盖覆盖在外壳体上,外壳体上设有散热管,散热管的管口上设有散热小孔,外壳体内部安装多曲面反射镜,密封盖上固定灯座弹簧,灯座弹簧上安装灯泡,灯泡位于多曲面反射镜的中心位置。
对于汽车前雾灯,灯泡为低压钠蒸汽放电管,多曲面反射镜为不饱和聚酯团状模塑料,外壳体和密封盖的材质为聚丙烯塑料,散热小孔上覆盖一层活性炭过滤棉。
本发明的有益效果:选用低压钠蒸汽放电管为灯泡,光源穿透性强,适合雨雾天气的照明;多曲面反射镜的反射效果好,反射率高;外壳体和密封盖选用聚丙烯塑料,耐热性优异;在雾灯上安装紧固套环,加强雾灯内部结构的密封性,在外壳体上设有的散热管有利于雾灯的内部散热,又在散热管的管口的散热小孔上覆盖一层活性炭过滤棉,过滤掉空气中的粉尘、水汽,既保证了密封性又保证了散热性。

如图1所示,汽车前雾灯包括玻璃灯罩1、灯座弹簧9和密封盖4,玻璃灯罩1与外壳体3通过紧固套环6连接,密封盖4覆盖在外壳体3上,外壳体3上设有散热管7,散热管7的管口上设有散热小孔8,外壳体3内部安装多曲面反射镜5,密封盖4上固定灯座弹簧9,灯座弹簧9上安装灯泡2,灯泡2位于多曲面反射镜5的中心位置。
对于汽车前雾灯,灯泡2为低压钠蒸汽放电管,多曲面反射镜5为不饱和聚酯团状模塑料,外壳体3和密封盖4的材质为聚丙烯塑料,散热小孔8上覆盖一层活性炭过滤棉。

1. 汽车前雾灯,其特征在于:该前雾灯包括玻璃灯罩、灯座弹簧和密封盖,所述玻璃灯罩与外壳体通过紧固套环连接,所述密封盖覆盖在外壳体上,所述外壳体上设有散热管,所述散热管的管口上设有散热小孔,所述外壳体内部安装多曲面反射镜,所述密封盖上固定灯座弹簧,所述灯座弹簧上安装灯泡,所述灯泡位于多曲面反射镜的中心位置。
