本发明属于流体控制阀技术领域,具体地说是一种防火式三偏心密封蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体腔体中安装有阀板,阀板的安装孔与阀体的通孔同轴设置,在阀体的通孔中贯穿设置有传动轴,安装孔套设于传动轴上;阀体上部填料函处设有填料组件,填料组件上端设置有填料压盖,填料压板压设于所述填料压盖上,填料压盖通过螺杆及锁紧螺母固定于阀体上端面,传动轴从填料压板的通孔中向上穿出;阀体上、对应于阀板的上方依次设置有金属密封环、非金属密封环及压圈,压圈与阀体之间通过内六角螺钉紧固连接。该密封蝶阀具有防火功能,能实现有效密封。

防火式三偏心密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于流体控制阀技术领域,具体地说是一种防火式三偏心密封蝶阀。
背景技术
随着经济发展,工业自动化控制水平在不断的提高,由此对过程控制中阀门可靠性的要求也在不断的提高,对阀门的密封性能也提出了更高的要求。在已有的技术中,用作防火的蝶阀通常为金属密封蝶阀,其缺陷是金属密封蝶阀普遍对泄露等级要求不高,同时所需扭矩较大,密封面的磨损大,寿命短,双向密封效果不理想,更是无法保证阀门长期良好的密封性能;非金属密封蝶阀普遍不适用于高温工况,特别是发生火灾时无法有效密封;传统意义上的三偏心蝶阀存在生产成本高,对工人装配要求高等问题;因此一种生产成本低、通用性强、具有防火功能、同时能满足较高泄露等级要求的蝶阀,成为迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的防火式三偏心密封蝶阀,该密封蝶阀具有防火功能,能实现有效密封。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种防火式三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,阀体腔体中安装有阀板,阀板的安装孔与阀体的通孔同轴设置,在阀体的通孔中贯穿设置有传动轴,安装孔套设于传动轴上;阀体上部填料函处设有填料组件,填料组件上端设置有填料压盖,填料压板压设于所述填料压盖上,填料压板通过螺杆及锁紧螺母固定于阀体上端面,传动轴从填料压板的通孔中向上穿出;阀体内腔、对应于阀板的上方依次设置有金属密封环、非金属密封环及压圈,压圈与阀体之间通过内六角螺钉紧固连接,阀板与传动轴之间通过销固定连接;阀体下端通过六角螺栓固定有底法兰,所述底法兰与传动轴下端面之间从上至下依次设有限位组件、调整垫;阀体的通孔中、对应于填料组件的下方及限位组件的上方分别设置一个衬套。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述填料组件包括填料垫及填料隔套。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述限位组件包括轴承座、挡圈、轴承。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述非金属密封环外圈设有O型圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述底法兰与阀体下端面之间设置有复合垫片。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:金属密封环和非金属密封环,由压圈通过内六角螺钉固定在阀体上,如果密封面损毁或弹性密封环需要更换成更耐磨、耐腐蚀的材质时,无须拆卸阀板和阀轴,密封环可在线维护,降低用户成本;阀板为采用三偏心构造的一个整体零件,在开和中间位置时,弹性密封环与阀板密封面无干涉,有效降低了密封面的磨损;在开启时,阀板能以较小的角度实现阀门的全面开启,在关闭时,密封面上受力均匀,摩擦力及扭矩较小,密封效果好;金属密封环和非金属密封环组成的六道密封可以满足对泄露量要求及其严格的场合;阀体与金属密封环配合面为齿形槽,当压圈压紧后,齿间嵌入金属密封环,进一步确保介质不会从密封环与压圈或阀体接触处泄漏;火灾发生时,金属密封环仍能实现有效密封;组成阀座的两个同心弹性密封环与传统三偏心蝶阀圆锥形斜面的阀座相比,生产成本低,对装配工人的要求低,通用性强,适于批量化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~3所示,包括螺杆1、锁紧螺母2、填料压板3、填料压盖4、填料组件5、衬套6、阀板7、安装孔7.1、销8、限位组件9、复合垫片10、底法兰11、六角螺栓12、调整垫13、内六角螺钉14、压圈15、传动轴16、阀体17、非金属密封环18、金属密封环19、O型圈20等。
如图1~3所示,本发明一种防火式三偏心密封蝶阀,包括阀体17,阀体17腔体中安装有阀板7,阀板7的安装孔7.1与阀体17的通孔同轴设置,在阀体17的通孔中贯穿设置有传动轴16,安装孔7.1套设于传动轴16上;阀体17上部填料函处设有填料组件5,填料组件5上端设置有填料压盖4,填料压板3压设于所述填料压盖4上,填料压盖4通过螺杆1及锁紧螺母2固定于阀体17上端面,传动轴16从填料压板3的通孔中向上穿出;阀体17上、对应于阀板7的上方依次设置有金属密封环19、非金属密封环18及压圈15,压圈15与阀体17之间通过内六角螺钉14紧固连接,阀板7与传动轴16之间通过销8固定连接;阀体17下端通过六角螺栓12固定有底法兰11,所述底法兰11与传动轴16下端面之间从上至下依次设有限位组件9、调整垫13;阀体17的通孔中、对应于填料组件5的下方及限位组件9的上方分别设置一个衬套6。
填料组件5包括填料垫及填料隔套;限位组件9包括轴承座、挡圈、轴承;非金属密封环18外圈设有O型圈20;底法兰11与阀体17下端面之间设置有复合垫片10,通过复合垫片10实现平面密封。
本发明的工作原理:本发明采用的阀板7具有三个偏心,传动轴16轴心偏离阀板7中心--轴向偏心F、传动轴16轴心偏离阀板7密封面中心—径向偏心E、阀板7密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于阀体17圆柱轴线—圆锥偏心α;金属密封环19为板材冲压成型,内面为圆环面,非金属密封环18为管材车削而成,内面为具有一定角度的倾斜面,外侧上下两个面是具有一定倾斜角度的锥面,背面中间带V形凹槽。金属密封环19,由压圈15通过内六角螺钉14固定在阀体17上;阀体17的齿形槽嵌入金属密封环19中形成第一道密封;阀板7与金属密封环19的配合形成第二道密封;非金属密封环18由压圈15通过内六角螺钉14固定在阀体17上,通过与压圈15和金属密封环19内孔处的凸台止口进行定位,其上下两个面是具有一定倾斜角度的锥面,锥面的顶点与压圈15和阀体17的台阶面配合形成第三和第四道密封;O形圈20安装在非金属密封环18的背面V型槽与阀体17台阶孔内壁之间,能够形成第五道密封;非金属密封环18内侧斜面与阀板7之间形成第六道密封;
关闭过程中,阀板7围绕传动轴16旋转,在开和中间位置时,阀板7与金属密封环19、非金属密封环18 不接触,无干涉。当阀门关闭时,阀板7与非金属密封环18组成的密封面工作,能达到较高的泄露等级;当火灾发生时,非金属密封环18失效,阀板7与金属密封环19组成的密封面工作,保障了设备的正常运转。
金属密封环19与非金属密封环18结合密封的密封面可有效提高泄露等级,火灾发生时金属密封环19仍能实现有效密封,金属密封环19、非金属密封环18与阀板7斜锥密封面的均匀贴合大大降低了阀门的启闭力矩。

1.一种防火式三偏心密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(17),阀体(17)腔体中安装有阀板(7),阀板(7)的安装孔(7.1)与阀体(17)的通孔同轴设置,在阀体(17)的通孔中贯穿设置有传动轴(16),安装孔(7.1)套设于传动轴(16)上;阀体(17)上部填料函处设有填料组件(5),填料组件(5)上端设置有填料压盖(4),填料压板(3)压设于所述填料压盖(4)上,填料压盖(4)通过螺杆(1)及锁紧螺母(2)固定于阀体(17)上端面,传动轴(16)从填料压板(3)的通孔中向上穿出;阀体(17)上、对应于阀板(7)的上方依次设置有金属密封环(19)、非金属密封环(18)及压圈(15),压圈(15)与阀体(17)之间通过内六角螺钉(14)紧固连接,阀板(7)与传动轴(16)之间通过销(8)固定连接;阀体(17)下端通过六角螺栓(12)固定有底法兰(11),所述底法兰(11)与传动轴(16)下端面之间从上至下依次设有限位组件(9)、调整垫(13);阀体(17)的通孔中、对应于填料组件(5)的下方及限位组件(9)的上方分别设置一个衬套(6)。
