本发明属于流体控制阀领域,涉及一种可实现双向密封的阀体,具体地说是一种四偏心双向密封蝶阀, 包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、密封环,阀板安装于阀体中,阀杆转动设置于阀体轴孔中,阀板与阀杆之间通过销固定连接,实现阀板与阀杆的同步转动;填料组件、填料压盖、填料压板依次装入阀体的填料函处,并通过锁紧螺母、螺杆固定密封;垫片、密封环、压圈依次安装于阀板上,并通过六角螺栓锁紧固定;阀板轴壳两端分别设置一个凸台,阀体内腔设置有与所述凸台相配合的凹槽台。该蝶阀能够实现双向密封、耐磨性好,所需扭距小、使用寿命长,能保证设备装置安全平稳地运行。

Description

四偏心双向密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于流体控制阀领域,涉及一种可实现双向密封的阀体,具体地说是一种四偏心双向密封蝶阀。
背景技术
众所周知,蝶阀的阀体通常是允许流体流过的圆筒状部件。其特征在于,阀板上设有密封面,动作时,阀板以阀轴为中心进行旋转,在动作过程中,阀板上的密封面贴近或脱离阀体上所设置的阀座密封面,从而实现关闭或开启功能。
蝶阀主要有中心型蝶阀、单偏心蝶阀、双偏心蝶阀和三偏心蝶阀几大类。蝶阀偏心结构的演变进程,其目的是减少阀门在启闭过程中阀板与阀座之间的磨损。在已有的技术中,三偏心蝶阀的结构特征为阀杆轴心既偏离阀板中心,也偏离密封面中心,阀板密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于阀体圆柱轴线。第三次偏心的最大特点就是从根本上改变了密封构造,不再是位置密封,而是扭力密封,不是依靠阀座的弹性变形,而是完全依靠阀座的接触面压来达到密封效果。根据三偏心之间的几何关系得知:远离阀轴中心的密封点随阀门开度相应变化率较大,而靠近阀轴中心的密封点随阀门开度的相应变化率较小,由于密封环周边的密封点变化率不一致,导致密封环存在密封圈周边受力不均和变形不均的问题,在阀杆力矩的作用下,密封圈周边的密封力和产生的应力不等,有高压力区和低压力区,导致密封圈周边的变形不一致。这种沿密封圈周边不一致的变形,不能够实现阀门的双向密封,也影响了阀门的密封效果和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的四偏心双向密封蝶阀,该蝶阀能够实现双向密封、耐磨性好,所需扭距小、使用寿命长,能保证设备装置安全平稳地运行。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:一种四偏心双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、阀板、阀杆、密封环,其特征在于:所述阀板安装于阀体中,阀杆转动设置于阀体轴孔中,阀板与阀杆之间通过销固定连接,实现阀板与阀杆的同步转动;填料组件、填料压盖、填料压板依次装入阀体的填料函处,并通过锁紧螺母、螺杆固定密封;垫片、密封环、压圈依次安装于阀板上,并通过六角螺栓锁紧固定;阀板轴壳两端分别设置一个凸台,阀体内腔设置有与所述凸台相配合的凹槽台。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述垫片设置于阀板与密封环之间,形成平面密封。
作为本发明的进一步改进,阀体轴孔下部设置有轴承座,阀杆下端通过平面轴承转动设置于轴承座上,轴承座与阀杆末端轴肩之间设置挡圈,通过挡圈对阀杆进行定位。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阀体轴孔下端密封连接底法兰,底法兰与阀杆之间设置有调整垫。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阀板上、用于支撑密封环的台阶面为椭圆面。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:密封环由压圈通过内六角螺钉固定在阀板上,如果密封环损毁或需要更换成更耐磨、耐腐蚀的材质时,无须拆卸阀板和阀轴,密封环可在线维护,降低用户成本;阀板上支撑密封环的台阶面为椭圆型,均匀的支撑着密封环,使密封环受力均匀;衬套的轴向定位台阶设定在阀体的阀座平面上,缩短了轴受力点与轴支撑点之间的距离,增加了轴的刚性;阀板是具有四偏心构造的一个整体零件。在关闭过程中,阀板以阀轴中心旋转,在开和中间位置时,密封环与阀座不接触,无干涉。当阀门关闭时,阀板轴壳两端的凸轮与阀体上的凹槽台接触,并随着阀门关闭,越关越紧,实现了阀门双向密封;阀体上的凹槽台和阀板上的凸轮,可采用局部硬化处理,延长了阀门使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~5所示,包括阀体1、凹槽台1a、阀板2、凸台2a、阀杆3、销4、衬套5、填料组件6、填料压盖7、填料压板8、螺杆9、锁紧螺母10、垫片11、密封环12、压圈13、六角螺栓14、平面轴承15、轴承座16、挡圈17、底法兰18、调整垫19等。
如图1~5所示,本发明一种四偏心双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、阀板2、阀杆3、密封环12,所述阀板2安装于阀体1中,阀杆3转动设置于阀体1轴孔中,阀板2与阀杆3之间通过销4固定连接,实现阀板2与阀杆3的同步转动,阀板2在阀杆3带动下进行转动,靠近或远离阀体1上的阀座,实现关闭和开启阀门的目的;填料组件6、填料压盖7、填料压板8依次装入阀体1的填料函处,并通过锁紧螺母1、螺杆9固定密封;垫片11、密封环12、压圈13依次安装于阀板2上,并通过六角螺栓14锁紧固定;阀板2轴壳两端分别设置一个凸台2a,阀体1内腔设置有与所述凸台2a相配合的凹槽台1a。
垫片11设置于阀板2与密封环12之间,形成平面密封。
阀体1轴孔下部设置有轴承座16,阀杆3下端通过平面轴承15转动设置于轴承座16上,轴承座16与阀杆3末端轴肩之间设置挡圈17,通过挡圈17对阀杆3进行定位,挡圈17作为阀杆3的上限位。
所述阀体1轴孔下端密封连接底法兰18,底法兰18与阀杆3之间设置有调整垫19,通过调整垫19对阀杆3进行轴向间隙调整,调整垫19作为阀杆3的下限位。
所述阀板2上、用于支撑密封环12的台阶面为椭圆面,填料组件6包括填料垫及填料隔套,在阀杆3轴径上、对应于阀板2两侧分别设置一个衬套5。
密封环12的结构形式可采用多层次密封或实心密封环,密封环12的金属板材质可用316或INCONEL718,夹层中的非金属材料可采用石墨或PTFE;阀体上的阀座密封面可采用局部硬化处理,密封区域堆焊STE合金。
本发明的工作原理:本发明中的阀板2具有四个偏心,阀杆3的轴心偏离阀板2中心,同时阀杆3的轴心偏离阀板2密封面中心,阀板2密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于本体圆柱轴线,阀板2两端轴壳处的凸台2a轴中心偏离阀杆3轴中心。阀门在开合中间位置时,阀板2上的密封环12与阀体1不接触,无干涉量,摩擦力及扭矩较小,减少了磨损,有效延长使用寿命。密封环12安装在阀板2上,随同阀杆3旋转,靠近或远离阀体1上的阀座,实现关闭和开启阀门。垫片11、密封环12、压圈13依次安装,通过六角螺栓14固定在阀板2上,垫片11安装在密封环12与阀板2之间实现平面密封;当流体介质从密封环12背面为入口,介质压差可以加大密封环12与阀座的密封比压,有利于阀门密封;当介质从密封环正面为入口,流体介质压差不利于阀门密封。阀门扭矩可补偿远离阀轴中心的密封点比压,而阀体1的凹槽台1a与阀板的凸台2a接触配合,能够有效的支撑轴两端的密封环12,加大了靠近阀杆中心的密封点的比压,随着阀门关闭,越关越紧,从而实现阀门的双向密封。

1.一种四偏心双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、阀板(2)、阀杆(3)、密封环(12),其特征在于:所述阀板(2)安装于阀体(1)中,阀杆(3)转动设置于阀体(1)轴孔中,阀板(2)与阀杆(3)之间通过销(4)固定连接,实现阀板(2)与阀杆(3)的同步转动;填料组件(6)、填料压盖(7)、填料压板(8)依次装入阀体(1)的填料函处,并通过锁紧螺母(1)、螺杆(9)固定密封;垫片(11)、密封环(12)、压圈(13)依次安装于阀板(2)上,并通过六角螺栓(14)锁紧固定;阀板(2)轴壳两端分别设置一个凸台(2a),阀体(1)内腔设置有与所述凸台(2a)相配合的凹槽台(1a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的四偏心双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述垫片(11)设置于阀板(2)与密封环(12)之间,形成平面密封。
3.如权利要求1所述的四偏心双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)轴孔下部设置有轴承座(16),阀杆(3)下端通过平面轴承(15)转动设置于轴承座(16)上,轴承座(16)与阀杆(3)末端轴肩之间设置挡圈(17),通过挡圈(17)对阀杆(3)进行定位。
4.如权利要求1所述的四偏心双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)轴孔下端密封连接底法兰(18),底法兰(18)与阀杆(3)之间设置有调整垫(19)。
5.如权利要求1所述的四偏心双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀板(2)上、用于支撑密封环(12)的台阶面为椭圆面。
