技术领域
本发明涉及管道流体控制装置,具体为阀门。
背景技术
常规的阀门只有V型组合填料,在频繁开关的情况下,容易磨损,产生泄漏,更换检修麻烦,使用寿命短,不方便生产操作,给工人到来了很大的麻烦。常规的阀门阀瓣采用镶嵌式结构,容易脱落,产生泄漏。常规焊接阀的阀体、阀盖都是焊接结构,焊点、焊缝多,容易产生缺陷,出现泄漏。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供阀门,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
阀门,包括防尘圈、填料函、尼龙密封垫、V型组合填料、阀盖、螺栓、非石棉纤维密封垫、顶丝、阀体、阀瓣平垫、聚四氟密封垫、阀瓣、钢珠、阀杆、O型圈、密封帽、润滑油道、蝶形垫圈、齿形结构和四方孔,所述阀盖上部通过螺纹连接有密封帽,所述阀盖通过螺栓固定在阀体上,所述阀盖内部安装有阀杆,所述阀杆和阀瓣之间采用钢珠和顶丝连接。
本发明中,所述阀体为整体精密铸造制成,阀盖为整体锻制而成。
本发明中,所述阀盖和阀体的连接缝隙处安装有非石棉纤维密封垫。
本发明中,所述密封帽和阀盖的螺纹连接处安装有尼龙密封垫。
本发明中,所述密封帽为锥形,所述密封帽顶端有两个垂直相通的四方孔。
本发明中,所述阀盖和阀杆之间安装有填料函,所述填料函顶部安装有防尘圈,所述填料函内侧安装有O型圈和润滑油道,所述填料函下部安装有V型组合填料。
本发明中,所述钢珠位于阀瓣的环形内槽中,所述顶丝固定在阀瓣的螺纹孔处。
本发明中,所述阀瓣下部安装有聚四氟密封垫,所述聚四氟密封垫下部安装有蝶形垫圈和阀瓣平垫,采用铆接结构铆接而成。所述蝶形垫圈安装在阀瓣平垫和聚四氟密封垫之间,阀瓣下端面设置有齿形结构。
有益效果:本发明结构简单,密封性能好,安装检修方便,使用寿命长,方便生产操作,给工人带来了很大的便利。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1,阀门的结构图,阀门,包括防尘圈1、填料函2、尼龙密封垫3、V型组合填料4、阀盖5、螺栓6、非石棉纤维密封垫7、顶丝8、阀体9、阀瓣平垫10、聚四氟密封垫11、阀瓣12、钢珠13、阀杆14、O型圈15、密封帽16、润滑油道17、蝶形垫圈18、齿形结构19和四方孔20,所述阀盖5通过螺栓6固定在阀体9上,所述阀盖5和阀体9的连接缝隙处安装有非石棉纤维密封垫7,所述阀盖5上部通过螺纹连接有密封帽16,所述密封帽16和阀盖5的螺纹连接处安装有尼龙密封垫3,所述密封帽16为锥形,采用压铸成型,在不需要经常开关的工况下安装密封帽16,密封帽16用来代替传统阀门的手轮,可以防止随意开关阀门;避免阀杆处有泄漏时,介质的过多泄漏,避免损失及安全事故。
本发明中,所述阀盖5内部安装有阀杆14,所述阀盖5和阀杆14之间安装有填料函2,所述填料函2顶部安装有防尘圈1,所述防尘圈1具有低摩擦系数,保护阀杆14的工作环境,起一定的密封作用,能够实现阻止外界的杂质进入系统,同时也降低填料的摩损。所述填料函2内侧安装有O型圈15和润滑油道17,所述填料函2下部安装有V型组合填料4。O型圈15与V型组合填料4多级密封机构,维修时,只需拆下填料函2更换O型圈2即可。
本发明中,所述阀杆14和阀瓣12之间采用钢珠13和顶丝8连接,所述钢珠13位于阀瓣12的环形内槽中,所述顶丝8固定在阀瓣12的螺纹孔处,所述钢珠13在阀瓣12的环形内槽内能够转动,所述顶丝8对钢珠13起到堵头的作用。这种钢珠式连接保证阀瓣12关闭时聚四氟密封垫11与阀体9不相对运动,减少摩擦,提高阀瓣12使用寿命。
本发明中,依靠阀杆14的锥形与阀盖5的圆形倒角处的线密封来保证倒关,保证更换填料时无介质泄漏。
参见图2、图3,阀门的阀瓣装配前示意图,阀门的阀瓣装配后示意图,所述阀瓣12下部安装有聚四氟密封垫11,所述聚四氟密封垫11下部安装有蝶形垫圈18和阀瓣平垫10,所述蝶形垫圈18安装在阀瓣平垫10和聚四氟密封垫11之间,所述阀瓣平垫10与阀体9的圆角密封面形成线密封,这种密封在一定的密封力作用下,其密封比压大大增加,密易达到密封。在保证密封的前提下,和平面密封相比,所施加的密封力较小。在一定的情况下聚四氟密封垫11出现松动时,蝶形垫圈18始终能够释放势能保证压紧聚四氟密封垫11,使其与阀瓣12紧密贴合,阀瓣12下端面设置有齿形结构19,在阀瓣12与聚四氟密封垫11之间形成迷宫密封,保证介质不会通过铆接处、阀瓣12与聚四氟密封垫11之间泄漏。
参见图4,阀门的密封帽的立体图,所述密封帽16顶端有两个垂直相通不同尺寸的四方孔20,可以代替手轮旋起阀杆14,可启闭多种型号阀杆,此密封帽16可通用于多种型号的阀门。

1.阀门,包括防尘圈、填料函、尼龙密封垫、V型组合填料、阀盖、螺栓、非石棉纤维密封垫、顶丝、阀体、阀瓣平垫、聚四氟密封垫、阀瓣、钢珠、阀杆、O型圈、密封帽、润滑油道、蝶形垫圈、齿形结构和四方孔,所述阀盖上部通过螺纹连接有密封帽,所述阀盖通过螺栓固定在阀体上,所述阀盖内部安装有阀杆,所述阀杆和阀瓣之间采用钢珠和顶丝连接,所述密封帽为锥形,所述密封帽顶端有两个垂直相通的四方孔,所述阀盖和阀体的连接缝隙处安装有非石棉纤维密封垫,所述密封帽和阀盖的螺纹连接处安装有尼龙密封垫,所述阀盖和阀杆之间安装有填料函,所述填料函顶部安装有防尘圈,所述填料函内侧安装有O型圈和润滑油道,所述填料函下部安装有V型组合填料,所述钢珠位于阀瓣的环形内槽中,所述顶丝固定在阀瓣的螺纹孔处,其特征在于,所述阀瓣下部安装有聚四氟密封垫,所述聚四氟密封垫下部安装有蝶形垫圈和阀瓣平垫,所述蝶形垫圈安装在阀瓣平垫和聚四氟密封垫之间,阀瓣下端面设置有齿形结构。
