Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板及其制备方法,一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:整形、编篾、干燥、上胶、配胚、热压、裁边、穿孔;本发明利用竹篾片和竹丝加工制作吸音板,可以利用竹材内部的孔隙,增强对声波的吸收。将竹篾片和竹丝纵横交错排列提升了竹胶板的强度。利用竹丝在穿孔时容易破裂从而产生毛刺,可以提高孔颈部空气柱与孔壁的摩擦,所穿内大外小圆台形小孔也可提高摩擦效果,从而提高穿孔吸音板的吸音效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板及其制备方法。
背景技术
穿孔板共振器是噪声控制中使用非常广泛的一种共振吸声机构。穿孔板共振器往往通过在墙面装订龙骨,然后在龙骨上装订穿孔吸音板来构建。其吸音机理主要包括两方面,一是穿孔吸音板自身对声波的吸收,吸音板最好是由多孔吸音材料来制作。二是通过在吸音板上穿一个或多个一定尺寸的小孔,使得吸音板与墙面间的空腔与外部声场连接。声波通过小孔入射到空腔中时,引起孔颈部气体柱在声波的作用下像活塞一样做往复运动,与颈壁发生摩擦使声能转变成热能损耗,从而达到降声的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板及其制备方法。
解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:整形、编篾、干燥、上胶、配胚、热压、裁边、穿孔;
所述的整形是将竹子加工成竹篾片和竹丝备用;
所述的编篾是将竹篾片和竹丝通过编篾机分别编成竹篾竹篾帘和竹丝竹篾帘;
所述的干燥是将备用的竹篾帘在日光下干燥2天,或者用200℃热风干燥2小时;干燥后竹篾帘的含水量应低于8%;
所述的上胶是给备用的竹篾帘涂上粘合剂,粘合剂使用酚醛树脂胶;
所述的配胚是将竹篾片编织的竹篾帘和竹丝编织的竹篾帘按纵横交错的方式间隔叠放胶合;
所述的热压是利用市场上常见的热压机械对配胚后的胶合板进行热压处理;
所述的裁边是按成品要求对竹胶板进行裁切,切除制备时边缘不平整部分;
所述的穿孔是从竹胶板的背面向正面穿通孔,所穿通孔为背面大正面小的圆台形;穿孔时,孔壁留下较多的毛刺,且在穿孔时各层竹篾帘之间会产生裂纹和毛刺,可以增加摩擦。
进一步的,所述的整形步骤中,将竹材加工成宽度2厘米、厚度2毫米竹篾片和直径2毫米竹丝备用;制备竹篾片和竹丝时应去除竹青、竹黄。
进一步的,所述的编篾步骤中,编织的竹篾帘经线为竹篾或竹丝,纬线为细棉线。
进一步的,所述的配胚步骤中,按一层竹篾片竹篾帘、一层竹丝竹篾帘的方式叠放,或者采用二层竹篾片竹篾帘、一层竹丝竹篾帘的方式叠放,叠放的层数按照生产要求的厚度进行调节,最后在两侧单面粘合竹篾片贴面作为装饰。
进一步的,所述的热压步骤中,热压时压强控制在4Mpa,温度控制在130℃,热压时间按成品要求厚度控制,一般按1mm厚度加压1min为好。
进一步的,所述的穿孔步骤中,竹胶板背面孔径2mm,正面孔径1mm;穿孔时,竹胶板边缘留5cm用于后期安装,按纵横间隔1cm在竹胶板中间穿孔。
本发明的有益效果是:利用竹篾片和竹丝加工制作吸音板,可以利用竹材内部的孔隙,增强对声波的吸收。将竹篾片和竹丝纵横交错排列提升了竹胶板的强度。利用竹丝在穿孔时容易破裂从而产生毛刺,可以提高孔颈部空气柱与孔壁的摩擦,所穿内大外小圆台形小孔也可提高摩擦效果,从而提高穿孔吸音板的吸音效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行详细说明。
参见图1,用作穿孔吸音板的竹胶板制备工艺流程分六步进行。
第一步为整形,利用目前市场上成熟的剖篾机和竹丝拉丝机将竹材加工成竹篾片和竹丝。需将竹材加工成宽度2厘米、厚度2毫米竹篾片和直径2毫米竹丝备用。由于竹青、竹黄影响粘合剂的润湿效果,因此制备竹篾片和竹丝时应去除竹青、竹黄。
第二步为编篾,将竹篾片和竹丝通过编篾机分别编成竹篾竹篾帘和竹丝竹篾帘。编织的竹篾帘经线为竹篾或竹丝,纬线为细棉线,棉线不易过粗,0.5mm以内即可,否则会增加后续上胶时粘合剂的使用量。目前市场上竹篾帘编织机械已经成熟,此处加工成长、宽皆为600mm的竹篾帘备用。
第三步为干燥,将备用的竹篾帘在日光下干燥2天,也可用200℃左右热风干燥2小时。干燥后竹篾帘的含水量应低于8%,否则影响粘合。
第四步为上胶,将备用的竹篾帘涂上粘合剂。粘合剂使用酚醛树脂胶。上胶时,酚醛树脂胶涂抹要均匀,目前市场上涂胶机械已经成熟,可使用机械上胶。
第五步为配胚,将竹篾片编织的竹篾帘和竹丝编织的竹篾帘按纵横交错的方式间隔叠放胶合。参见图2,一般按一层竹篾片竹篾帘1、一层竹丝竹篾帘2的方式叠放,也可采用参见图3二层竹篾片竹篾帘1纵横交错、一层竹丝竹篾帘2的方式叠放。叠放的层数按照生产要求的厚度进行调节。最后在两侧单面粘合竹篾片贴面3作为装饰。
第六步为热压,利用市场上常见的热压机械对配胚后的胶合板进行热压处理。由于热压时压强、温度、时间的选择都会影响最后成品的质量,经试验,热压时压强控制在4Mpa,温度控制在130℃,热压时间按成品要求厚度控制,一般按1mm厚度加压1min为好。
第七步为裁边,按成品要求对竹胶板进行裁切,切除制备时边缘不平整部分。
第八步为穿孔,参见图4,从竹胶板背面5向正面4穿孔,穿孔为内大外小圆台形,竹胶板背面5孔径2mm,正面4孔径1mm。穿孔时,竹胶板边缘留5cm用于后期安装,按纵横间隔1cm在竹胶板中间穿孔;穿孔时,孔壁留下较多的毛刺,且在穿孔时各层竹篾帘之间会产生裂纹和毛刺,可以进一步增加摩擦。

Claims (7)
1.一种基于竹胶板的穿孔吸音板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:整形、编篾、干燥、上胶、配胚、热压、裁边、穿孔;
所述的整形是将竹子加工成竹篾片和竹丝备用;
所述的编篾是将竹篾片和竹丝通过编篾机分别编成竹篾竹篾帘和竹丝竹篾帘;
所述的干燥是将备用的竹篾帘在日光下干燥2天,或者用200℃热风干燥2小时;干燥后竹篾帘的含水量应低于8%;
所述的上胶是给备用的竹篾帘涂上粘合剂,粘合剂使用酚醛树脂胶;
所述的配胚是将竹篾片编织的竹篾帘和竹丝编织的竹篾帘按纵横交错的方式间隔叠放胶合;
所述的热压是利用市场上常见的热压机械对配胚后的胶合板进行热压处理;

3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的编篾步骤中,编织的竹篾帘经线为竹篾或竹丝,纬线为细棉线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的配胚步骤中,按一层竹篾片竹篾帘、一层竹丝竹篾帘的方式叠放,或者采用二层竹篾片竹篾帘、一层竹丝竹篾帘的方式叠放,叠放的层数按照生产要求的厚度进行调节,最后在两侧单面粘合竹篾片贴面作为装饰。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的热压步骤中,热压时压强控制在4Mpa,温度控制在130℃,热压时间按成品要求厚度控制,按1mm厚度加压1min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的穿孔步骤中,竹胶板背面孔径2mm,正面孔径1mm;穿孔时,竹胶板边缘留5cm用于后期安装,按纵横间隔1cm在竹胶板中间穿孔。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述方法制备的穿孔吸音板。
