Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度竹胶合板,是以碳纤维布作为芯层、竹篾帘和混编尼龙纤维的竹丝帘交替叠放粘接、热压而成的竹胶合板以及这种胶合板的生产工艺,并以掺杂微细二氧化硅气凝胶的酚醛树脂胶作为施胶剂,有效的改善了酚醛树脂胶脆性大、抗蠕变性差等缺陷,制得的胶合板在载荷能力、抗变形、耐热性等方面均优于传统工艺生产的竹胶合板,有效的提升了竹胶合板的经济价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及竹胶合板技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度竹胶合板。
背景技术
世界范围内木材资源日益紧张,竹材是目前公认代替木材资源唯一的绿色材料。随着工业化水平的提高,竹材的开发得到了很大的发展,产生的竹材胶合板、竹篾层积材等产品层出不穷,这些材料能满足各种不同房屋及结构组件的性能要求,在一定程度上缓解了木材供应的短缺。建设部更是将竹胶合板纳入十大新技术产品推广项目,极大的带动了竹材市场的发展。竹复合板材广泛的应用于车辆、建筑、造船、装饰等领域,充分显示了竹材人造板作为结构用材的优越性。
目前生产竹胶合板的工艺流程中重要步骤为干燥、浸胶、组坯、热压等几个步骤,由于竹材的含水量、热压温度以及浸胶量、组坯方式等均会对板材的性能产生影响,而这些因素又较难把控,导致制成的竹胶合板强度、弹性模量以及承载能力等随着使用时间的增加逐步下降,容易变形,在一些对板材力学性能要求较高的领域应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高强度竹胶合板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高强度竹胶合板,是由碳纤维布中间芯层和交替叠放的蔑片帘和竹丝帘组成。
所述的一种高强度竹胶合板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用三年以上的青壮竹子,经截取、破片、去竹节、去青层、黄层,然后劈成厚度为1-1.5mm,宽度为20-50mm的蔑片;
(2)取部分蔑片用线编制成竹帘,制成篾片帘,一次干燥,含水率≤10%,然后对篾片帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(3)剩余部分的蔑片经压丝机制成竹丝,竹丝的宽度为1-2.5mm,厚度为1-1.5mm,将竹丝与直径为0.5-2.5mm的尼龙纤维混编制成竹丝帘,一次干燥,然后对竹丝帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(4)将碳纤维布浸胶后作为中间芯层,将蔑片帘与竹丝帘在碳纤维布的两面交替叠放,叠放完成后板坯放在热压机上热压处理;
(5)将热压后的板体经锯边、质检、封边入库,即得。
所述的一次干燥的条件为热风干燥,温度为130-145℃,时间为1-2h。
所述的浸胶过程中采用的施胶液为酚醛树脂胶与微细二氧化硅气凝胶按照100:1-5的重量比配制而成。
所述的二次干燥为热风干燥,干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥时间为20-30min。
所述的碳纤维布的厚度为0.111mm或者0.167mm。
所述的热压处理的条件为温度:150-180℃,压力:0.25-0.65MPa,时间:10-15min。
本发明提供了一种新型的以碳纤维布作为芯层、竹篾帘和混编尼龙纤维的竹丝帘交替叠放粘接、热压而成的竹胶合板以及这种胶合板的生产工艺,并以掺杂微细二氧化硅气凝胶的酚醛树脂胶作为施胶剂,有效的改善了酚醛树脂胶脆性大、抗蠕变性差等缺陷,制得的胶合板在载荷能力、抗变形、耐热性等方面均优于传统工艺生产的竹胶合板,有效的提升了竹胶合板的经济价值。
具体实施方式
一种高强度竹胶合板,是由碳纤维布中间芯层和交替叠放的蔑片帘和竹丝帘组成。
所述的一种高强度竹胶合板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用三年以上的青壮竹子,经截取、破片、去竹节、去青层、黄层,然后劈成厚度为1mm,宽度为20mm的蔑片;
(2)取部分蔑片用线编制成竹帘,制成篾片帘,一次干燥,含水率≤10%,然后对篾片帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(3)剩余部分的蔑片经压丝机制成竹丝,竹丝的宽度为1mm,厚度为1mm,将竹丝与直径为0.5mm的尼龙纤维混编制成竹丝帘,一次干燥,然后对竹丝帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(4)将碳纤维布浸胶后作为中间芯层,将蔑片帘与竹丝帘在碳纤维布的两面交替叠放,叠放完成后板坯放在热压机上热压处理;
(5)将热压后的板体经锯边、质检、封边入库,即得。
其中一次干燥的条件为热风干燥,温度为130℃,时间为1h。
所述的浸胶过程中采用的施胶液为酚醛树脂胶与微细二氧化硅气凝胶按照100:1的重量比配制而成。
所述的二次干燥为热风干燥,干燥温度为50℃,干燥时间为20min。
所述的碳纤维布的厚度为0.111mm。
所述的热压处理的条件为温度:150℃,压力:0.25MPa,时间:15min。
Claims (7)
1.一种高强度竹胶合板,其特征在于,是由碳纤维布中间芯层和交替叠放的蔑片帘和竹丝帘组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用三年以上的青壮竹子,经截取、破片、去竹节、去青层、黄层,然后劈成厚度为1-1.5mm,宽度为20-50mm的蔑片;
(2)取部分蔑片用线编制成竹帘,制成篾片帘,一次干燥,含水率≤10%,然后对篾片帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(3)剩余部分的蔑片经压丝机制成竹丝,竹丝的宽度为1-2.5mm,厚度为1-1.5mm,将竹丝与直径为0.5-2.5mm的尼龙纤维混编制成竹丝帘,一次干燥,然后对竹丝帘浸胶,二次干燥,备用;
(4)将碳纤维布浸胶后作为中间芯层,将蔑片帘与竹丝帘在碳纤维布的两面交替叠放,叠放完成后板坯放在热压机上热压处理;
(5)将热压后的板体经锯边、质检、封边入库,即得。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的一次干燥的条件为热风干燥,温度为130-145℃,时间为1-2h。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的浸胶过程中采用的施胶液为酚醛树脂胶与微细二氧化硅气凝胶按照100:1-5的重量比配制而成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的二次干燥为热风干燥,干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥时间为20-30min。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的碳纤维布的厚度为0.111mm或者0.167mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度竹胶合板生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的热压处理的条件为温度:150-180℃,压力:0.25-0.65MPa,时间:10-15min。
