本发明涉及一种钎焊钎料,尤其是一种铝钎焊用软钎料。其组成成分包括:Zn、Cd、Ag、Cu。它熔化温度低,润湿和铺展性能好,力学性能也较好,价格也不高;焊接的产品稳定性好,质量可靠,焊缝细、牢固、强度高、韧性好,而且无虚焊、无钎料堆积,焊接后残渣容易清洗去除干净,是一种性能良好、性价比高的铝钎焊用软钎料。

本发明涉及一种钎焊钎料,尤其是一种铝钎焊用软钎料。
背景技术
铝及铝合金制品以其低廉的价格和低密度,正逐渐代替铜及铜合金制品,然而由于铝及铝合金熔点低,钎焊性能差,故铝及铝合金的钎焊一直是近年来材料钎焊中的难题,主要体现在钎料和钎剂的选择、钎焊工艺等方面。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决钎料的选择问题,提供了一种铝钎焊用软钎料,它熔化温度较低,润湿性能较好,是一种理想的铝钎焊用软钎料,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铝钎焊用软钎料,其各组合成分按重量百分比(单位:wt%)依次为:Zn58,Cd39.2,Ag0.8,Cu2。所述钎料熔化温度为275~365℃,属铝用中温软钎料;其中,所述Zn会向Al母材晶界中渗透,在晶粒的边缘处形成Al-Zn固溶体,形成钎料与母材之间的固溶结合,从而提高钎料与铝的作用能力,降低钎料熔点;所述Cd可降低钎料的温度,改善铺展性,减小固相线范围,还能保证钎料具有较高的塑性从而提高钎料的性能;所述Cd与Zn组合使得钎料的熔化温度低,其钎料的强度也较高,而且有较好的润湿性和耐蚀性;所述Ag、Cu可以与Zn结合生成硬化相,与Cd可以形成固溶体,从而增强了接头的强度,又可以降低熔化温度,又不会形成脆化相。
本发明具有如下优点:熔化温度低,润湿和铺展性能好,力学性能也较好,价格也不高;焊接的产品稳定性好,质量可靠,焊缝细、牢固、强度高、韧性好,而且无虚焊、无钎料堆积,焊接后残渣容易清洗去除干净,是一种性能良好、性价比高的铝钎焊用软钎料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种铝钎焊用软钎料,其各组合成分按重量百分比(单位:wt%)依次为:Zn58,Cd39.2,Ag0.8,Cu2。所述钎料熔化温度为275~365℃,属铝用中温软钎料;其中,所述Zn会向Al母材晶界中渗透,在晶粒的边缘处形成Al-Zn固溶体,形成钎料与母材之间的固溶结合,从而提高钎料与铝的作用能力,降低钎料熔点;所述Cd可降低钎料的温度,改善铺展性,减小固相线范围,还能保证钎料具有较高的塑性从而提高钎料的性能;所述Cd与Zn组合使得钎料的熔化温度低,其钎料的强度也较高,而且有较好的润湿性和耐蚀性;所述Ag、Cu可以与Zn结合生成硬化相,与Cd可以形成固溶体,从而增强了接头的强度,又可以降低熔化温度,又不会形成脆化相。
