本发明公开了一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,包括抽湿箱、轮支架、电机固定支架、蒸汽发生器、工作侧板和工作平板,所述抽湿箱底部通过螺栓安装有电机固定支架,所述电机固定支架上安装有电机,所述电机与风机固定连接,所述风机上安装有水汽吸收传送管,所述水汽吸收传送管末端连接有吸蒸汽盘,抽湿箱上部设置有工作平板,所述工作平板上设置有工作侧板,所述工作侧板上安装有传动辊,所述抽湿箱左侧设置有排湿口,所述排湿口将大气与风机内部连通,抽湿箱右侧设置有蒸汽发生器支板。本发明能够对皮革进行蒸汽加湿和加热,同时皮革表面含水量可以有效的控制,设备结构简单,操作方便,效率高,投资成本较低。

Description

一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备
【技术领域】
本发明涉及皮革蒸汽加湿加热的技术领域,特别是一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备的技术领域。
【背景技术】
皮革服装在生产过程中需要加入粘合衬,粘合牢度的好坏,是由剥离强度表示的。所谓剥离强度,是在对粘合制品进行剥强破坏时,特定粘合宽度上所承受的最大拉力。实际测试时,是在一定粘合面内对衬布进行多组条状撕裂,求出平均最大撕裂力。一般取3cm宽、20cm长的试样,衬布按经或纬向成45o裁取,面料按经向裁取,粘合定型后在试验机上以10~15cm/min的剥离速度,测量剥离距离为5cm时的拉力不应小于1kg。剥离强度一般从四个方面测试衡量:粘合后的剥离强度、水洗后的剥离强度、干洗后的剥离强度和汽蒸后的剥离强度。通常把粘合后的剥离强度称作原始强度。水洗、干洗和汽蒸后的剥离强度,反映粘合后的耐用程度,一般都低于原始强度,强度衰减越大,说明耐用度越差。生产中,在最初使用一种新的敷衬材料时,除必须测定粘合后的剥离强度外,对于其它三个方面的剥离强度,至少还要测定其中的一种。正常生产时,随时抽测粘合后的剥离强度即可。粘合后的剥离强度一般不低于10N/2.5cm(宽)。基于皮革的特性,一般皮革用衬布采用低温衬布,在进行皮革面料和衬布粘合的工序加工时,如果温度过高,高温会导致皮革面料产生色差,温度过低,会导致衬布粘牢度不足,容易剥落。所以需要有蒸汽喷洒装置对衬布和皮革进行粘合前的软化处理。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,能够对皮革进行蒸汽加湿和加热,同时皮革表面含水量可以有效的控制,设备结构简单,操作方便,效率高,投资成本较低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,包括抽湿箱、轮支架、电机固定支架、电机、风机、蒸汽发生器、工作侧板和工作平板,所述抽湿箱底部通过螺栓安装有电机固定支架,所述电机固定支架上安装有电机,所述电机与风机固定连接,所述风机上安装有水汽吸收传送管,所述水汽吸收传送管末端连接有吸蒸汽盘,抽湿箱上部设置有工作平板,所述工作平板上设置有工作侧板,所述工作侧板上安装有传动辊,所述传动辊上安装有传送带,所述抽湿箱左侧设置有排湿口,所述排湿口将大气与风机内部连通,抽湿箱右侧设置有蒸汽发生器支板,所述蒸汽发生器支板上安装有蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器上部安装有蒸汽传送管,所述蒸汽传送管的末端安装有喷蒸汽盘,所述喷蒸汽盘下部设置有喷蒸汽孔。
作为优选,所述抽湿箱下部设置有轮支架,所述轮支架上安装有地轮。
作为优选,所述吸蒸汽盘上部设置有蒸汽吸收孔,所述蒸汽吸收孔的直径为5~10mm。
作为优选,所述工作侧板侧部上安装有电机,所述电机与传动辊连接。
作为优选,所述传送带上设置有透气孔,所述透气孔的直径为5~8mm。
作为优选,所述蒸汽发生器上部设置有加水口,所述加水口上通过螺纹安装有密封盖,蒸汽发生器内部设置有电热丝。
作为优选,所述喷蒸汽孔的直径为3~6mm。
作为优选,所述蒸汽发生器支板呈矩形,蒸汽发生器支板的厚度为10~25mm
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将抽湿箱、轮支架、电机固定支架、电机、风机、蒸汽发生器、工作侧板和工作平板应用在皮革加湿设备中,能够对皮革进行蒸汽加湿和加热,同时皮革表面含水量可以有效的控制,设备结构简单,操作方便,效率高,投资成本较低。

参阅图1和图2,本发明一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,包括抽湿箱2、轮支架3、电机固定支架4、电机5、风机6、蒸汽发生器7、工作侧板8和工作平板9,所述抽湿箱2底部通过螺栓安装有电机固定支架4,所述电机固定支架4上安装有电机5,所述电机5与风机6固定连接,所述风机6上安装有水汽吸收传送管61,所述水汽吸收传送管61末端连接有吸蒸汽盘62,抽湿箱2上部设置有工作平板9,所述工作平板9上设置有工作侧板8,所述工作侧板8上安装有传动辊81,所述传动辊81上安装有传送带82,所述抽湿箱2左侧设置有排湿口201,所述排湿口201将大气与风机6内部连通,抽湿箱2右侧设置有蒸汽发生器支板202,所述蒸汽发生器支板202上安装有蒸汽发生器7,所述蒸汽发生器7上部安装有蒸汽传送管71,所述蒸汽传送管71的末端安装有喷蒸汽盘72,所述喷蒸汽盘72下部设置有喷蒸汽孔。所述抽湿箱2下部设置有轮支架3,所述轮支架3上安装有地轮31。所述吸蒸汽盘62上部设置有蒸汽吸收孔,所述蒸汽吸收孔的直径为5~10mm。所述工作侧板8侧部上安装有电机5,所述电机5与传动辊81连接。所述传送带82上设置有透气孔,所述透气孔的直径为5~8mm。所述蒸汽发生器7上部设置有加水口,所述加水口上通过螺纹安装有密封盖,蒸汽发生器7内部设置有电热丝。所述喷蒸汽孔的直径为3~6mm。所述蒸汽发生器支板202呈矩形,蒸汽发生器支板202的厚度为10~25mm
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备在工作过程中,首先将皮革铺平放置在传送带82上,然后启动传送带82和蒸汽发生器7,蒸汽发生器7将蒸汽通过喷蒸汽盘72喷到皮革表面,抽湿箱2通过负压风机6将液化的水从吸蒸汽盘62吸收后排入大气,通过控制电机5的转速能够很好的控制风机6的吸蒸汽效率。
本发明一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,通过将抽湿箱2、轮支架3、电机固定支架4、电机5、风机6、蒸汽发生器7、工作侧板8和工作平板9应用在皮革加湿设备中,能够对皮革进行蒸汽加湿和加热,同时皮革表面含水量可以有效的控制,设备结构简单,操作方便,效率高,投资成本较低。

1.一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,其特征在于:包括抽湿箱(2)、轮支架(3)、电机固定支架(4)、电机(5)、风机(6)、蒸汽发生器(7)、工作侧板(8)和工作平板(9),所述抽湿箱(2)底部通过螺栓安装有电机固定支架(4),所述电机固定支架(4)上安装有电机(5),所述电机(5)与风机(6)固定连接,所述风机(6)上安装有水汽吸收传送管(61),所述水汽吸收传送管(61)末端连接有吸蒸汽盘(62),抽湿箱(2)上部设置有工作平板(9),所述工作平板(9)上设置有工作侧板(8),所述工作侧板(8)上安装有传动辊(81),所述传动辊(81)上安装有传送带(82),所述抽湿箱(2)左侧设置有排湿口(201),所述排湿口(201)将大气与风机(6)内部连通,抽湿箱(2)右侧设置有蒸汽发生器支板(202),所述蒸汽发生器支板(202)上安装有蒸汽发生器(7),所述蒸汽发生器(7)上部安装有蒸汽传送管(71),所述蒸汽传送管(71)的末端安装有喷蒸汽盘(72),所述喷蒸汽盘(72)下部设置有喷蒸汽孔。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,其特征在于:所述吸蒸汽盘(62)上部设置有蒸汽吸收孔,所述蒸汽吸收孔的直径为5~10mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,其特征在于:所述工作侧板(8)侧部上安装有电机(5),所述电机(5)与传动辊(81)连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种湿度可控蒸汽加热加湿皮革和衬布粘合加工设备,其特征在于:所述传送带(82)上设置有透气孔,所述透气孔的直径为5~8mm。
