Abstract

本发明是一种薄荷油简易提取方法,提取方法步骤为:将薄荷茎叶粉碎成粉末;将薄荷粉末加入盐酸,调整溶液酸度至pH值1-3,浸泡4-6小时;放入不锈钢或者玻璃钢制蒸馏塔采用水蒸气蒸馏法,收集流出液体,然后将收集液用苯萃取2次,使薄荷油进入有机相,收集有机相并进行脱水处理,最后进行减压分离即得薄荷油,回收萃取剂。本发明可以大幅提高薄荷油的提取率及产品纯度,工艺简单,操作容易,环境污染少。

技术领域
 本发明属于农副产品精深加工技术领域,更具体地说是一种薄荷油简易提取方法。
背景技术
薄荷是农村一种重要的经济作物,传统的薄荷油提取工艺为直接将薄荷放入蒸馏锅中,加入水,在高温下进行蒸馏而得。这种方法难以将薄荷油全部分离,而且所提取的薄荷油杂质多,水分高,经济价值低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种薄荷油简易提取方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。本发明是一种薄荷油简易提取方法,提取方法步骤为:将薄荷粉碎过目筛;薄荷粉末加入盐酸,加稀酸调pH1-3,浸泡;采用水蒸气蒸馏法,收集流出液,然后将收集液冷藏;收集液用苯萃取2次,取有机层并脱水,减压回收溶剂即得薄荷油。
与现有技术相比,本发明可以大幅提高薄荷油的提取率及产品纯度,工艺简单,操作容易,环境污染少。

实施例1,一种薄荷油简易提取方法,将薄荷茎叶粉碎成粉末;将薄荷粉末加入盐酸,调整溶液酸度至pH1-3,浸泡4-6小时;放入不锈钢或者玻璃钢制蒸馏塔采用水蒸气蒸馏法,收集流出液体,然后将收集液用苯萃取2次,使薄荷油进入有机相,收集有机相并进行脱水处理,最后进行减压分离即得薄荷油,回收萃取剂。

1.一种薄荷油简易提取方法,其特征在于所用原料为薄荷,经过粉碎、酸溶、萃取、脱水而得薄荷油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄荷油简易提取方法,其特征在于所述酸溶是用盐酸进行溶解,并调节溶液pH值为1-3,浸泡4-6小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄荷油简易提取方法,其特征在于所述萃取是用苯萃取2次。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种薄荷油简易提取方法,其特征在于所述脱水是用无水硫酸钠进行脱水。
