本发明涉及一种具有高粘度的阻燃型硅芯管,从外到内依次包括高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层,其特征为在高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层之间设有粘结层,在高密度聚乙烯层外设有阻燃层;本发明所具有的优点是在高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层中加入粘结层,可以增加高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层粘结性,在高密度聚乙烯层的上面增加阻燃层,从而可以达到一定的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及管子领域,特别涉及一种具有高粘度的阻燃型硅芯管。
背景技术
硅芯管是一种内壁带有硅胶质固体润滑剂的新型复合管道,密封性能好,耐化学腐蚀,工程造价低,广泛运用于高速公路,铁路等的光电缆通信网络系统。HDPE硅芯管是一种内壁带有硅胶质固体润滑剂的新型复合管道,简称硅管。广泛运用于光电缆通信网络系统。而现有的硅芯管,在使用时高密度聚乙烯层和芯层之间容易脱开,而且遇到高温易燃烧。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明目的在于提供一种具有高粘度和阻燃功能的硅芯管。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有高粘度的阻燃型硅芯管,从外到内依次包括高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层,其特征为在高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层之间设有粘结层,在高密度聚乙烯层外设有阻燃层;
所述粘结层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)     50~60;
增粘剂                     10~20  ;
稀释剂                     10~20  ;
抗氧剂                     10~15 ;
增塑剂                      5~10;
其中增粘剂为3MAC78增粘剂;抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯;
所述稀释剂中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
二乙氧基甲烷              55~65;
二甲苯                     7~10;
乙醇                       10~15;
乙二醇                     5~10;
烷氧基化合物               3~5;
环己酮                      2~5;
阻燃层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)       60~80;
阻燃剂                       20~40;
其中阻燃剂为氧化锑。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明通过在高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层中加入粘结层,可以增加高密度聚乙烯层和固体润滑层粘结性,在高密度聚乙烯层的上面增加阻燃层,从而可以达到一定的阻燃效果。

所述粘结层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)     50;
增粘剂                     20;
稀释剂                     10;
抗氧剂                     10 ;
增塑剂                     10;
其中增粘剂为3MAC78增粘剂(东莞市艺辉胶粘剂有限公司);抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯;
所述稀释剂中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
二乙氧基甲烷              55;
二甲苯                     10;
乙醇                       15;
乙二醇                     10;
烷氧基化合物               5;
环己酮                      5;
阻燃层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)       80;
阻燃剂                       20;
其中阻燃剂为氧化锑。

1.一种具有高粘度的阻燃型硅芯管,从外到内依次包括高密度聚乙烯层(1)和固体润滑层(2),其特征在于,在高密度聚乙烯层(1)和固体润滑层(2)之间设有粘结层(3),在高密度聚乙烯层(1)外设有阻燃层(4);
所述粘结层中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)     50~60;
增粘剂                     10~20  ;
稀释剂                     10~20  ;
抗氧剂                     10~15 ;
增塑剂                      5~10;
其中增粘剂为3MAC78增粘剂;抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯;
所述稀释剂中包括如下重量百分比的组份:
二乙氧基甲烷              55~65;
二甲苯                     7~10;
乙醇                       10~15;
乙二醇                     5~10;
