一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管本体(1),所述钢管本体(1)的外壁(2)设有外环氧树脂层(3),所述钢管本体(1)的内壁(4)设有内环氧树脂层(5),由于采用了上述结构,不仅具有机械强度高、耐腐蚀、摩擦系数小、使用寿命长等优点,而且具有防腐性、阻燃、抗静电等方面的优势和良好的耐候性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢管,具体涉及一种涂塑复合钢管。
背景技术
目前,随着国家经济的快速发展,城乡基础设施的建设也在逐步完善,与人们生活相关的消防、给水、建筑、燃气以及煤矿等行业都离不开输送管材,由于现有管材在密封性、防腐性能、流体阻力、机械强度、使用寿命、适用范围等方面不能满足需求。因此,管道行业也亟待更快发展。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种涂塑复合钢管,以克服上述缺陷,这种钢管附着力强,壁面光滑,流体阻力小,而且具有良好的抗静电、阻燃和耐候等特性。
为达到上述目的,本发明在于提供以下技术方案:
一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管本体,所述钢管本体的外壁设有外环氧树脂层,所述钢管本体的内壁设有内环氧树脂层。
上钢管本体的通径为50-1200mm。
上述外环氧树脂层的厚度为0.30-0.5mm。。
上述内环氧树脂层的厚度为0.30-0.45mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明做进一步详细的阐述。
一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管本体1,所述钢管本体1的外壁2设有外环氧树脂层3,所述钢管本体1的内壁4设有内环氧树脂层5。
上述钢管本体1的通径为50-1200mm。
上述外环氧树脂层3的厚度为0.30-0.5mm。。
上述内环氧树脂层5的厚度为0.30-0.45mm。
由于采用了上述结构,与塑料管材相比,本发明具有机械强度高、耐腐蚀、摩擦系数小、使用寿命长等优点,与镀锌钢管相比,本发明具有防腐性、阻燃、抗静电等方面的优势,而且本发明的应用范围更为广泛,同时,还具有良好的耐候性。

1.一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管本体(1),其特征在于,所述钢管本体(1)的外壁(2)设有外环氧树脂层(3),所述钢管本体(1)的内壁(4)设有内环氧树脂层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述钢管本体(1)的通径为50-1200mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述外环氧树脂层(3)的厚度为0.30-0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述内环氧树脂层(5)的厚度为0.30-0.45mm。
