本发明公开了一种降噪排水管材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:聚丙烯树脂60~80;硫酸钡30~40;二氧化硅10~20;紫外线光稳定剂1~3;亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯0.1~0.5;乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~20;石蜡1~2。本发明静音排水管具有静音效果优异、超强的耐化学腐蚀性、优异的耐高温型、良好的抗冲击性能以及使用寿命长等优点:静音效果优异:通过高密度的特殊分子结构材料来吸收声波的能量,静音效果明显优于其他管道,常规排水噪声值可低至45分贝以下;超强的耐化学腐蚀性:管道材质可耐受PH2-PH12的液体排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种降噪排水管材料,属于管材领域。
背景技术
目前排水管多用聚氯乙烯(UPVC) 管,但其致命的弱点是排水时噪声很大,面对噪声,人们作了不少努力,相继开发出芯层发泡管、螺旋管等,来降低排水时的噪音。虽然这些管材有一定的静音效果,但是效果不尽人意,而且耐高温和耐化学腐蚀能力差,芯层发泡管的噪音只比普通实壁管材的噪音约降低了3-5 分贝,根本达不到防噪音的要求,故改进和创新势在必行。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种不仅降噪效果好而且机械性能优的降噪排水管材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种降噪排水管材料,由以下重量份的成分组成:
聚丙烯树脂                     60~80;
硫酸钡                         30~40;
二氧化硅                       10~20;
紫外线光稳定剂                 1~3;
亚磷酸二苯一异辛酯             0.1~0.5;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物            10~20;
石蜡                            1~2。
本发明降噪排水管材料的优点是:本发明静音排水管具有静音效果优异、超强的耐化学腐蚀性、优异的耐高温型、良好的抗冲击性能以及使用寿命长等优点:静音效果优异:通过高密度的特殊分子结构材料来吸收声波的能量,静音效果明显优于其他管道,常规排水噪声值可低至45 分贝以下;超强的耐化学腐蚀性:管道材质可耐受PH2-PH12 的液体排放。
