本发明公开了一种降噪静音排水管,由以下重量份的成分组成:无规共聚聚丙烯 30~60;增塑剂3~5;硬脂酸5~12;硫酸钡15~20;塑料树酯10~20;石蜡5~8;阻燃剂10~15。静音效果优异,通过高密度的特殊分子结构材料来吸收声波的能量,静音效果明显优于其他管道,常规排水噪声值可低至45分贝以下,良好的抗冲击性能,聚丙烯材料具有优越韧性,在受到超强冲击时不会产生裂缝,即使将管材压扁,也不会出现开裂,从而确保管材具有良好的抗冲击性能。

本发明涉及一种降噪静音排水管。
背景技术
PVC 材料物美价廉,是目前公认也是应用最多的户外用水管材料, 但现有的PVC软管材料存在一些缺陷,比如说在使用过程中,发现了该类排水管的噪声给人们的生活带来了极大的影响。目前排水管多用聚氯乙烯(UPVC) 管,但其致命的弱点是排水时噪声很大,面对噪声,人们作了不少努力,相继开发出芯层发泡管、螺旋管等,来降低排水时的噪音。虽然这些管材有一定的静音效果,但是效果不尽人意。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、降噪效果好而且机械性能优的降噪静音排水管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种降噪静音排水管,其特征在于,由以下重量份的成分组成:
无规共聚聚丙烯                   30~60;
增塑剂                           3~5;
硬脂酸                           5~12;
硫酸钡                           15~20;
塑料树酯                         10~20;
石蜡                             5~8;
阻燃剂                           10~15。
本发明降噪静音排水管的优点是:静音效果优异,通过高密度的特殊分子结构材料来吸收声波的能量,静音效果明显优于其他管道,常规排水噪声值可低至45 分贝以下,良好的抗冲击性能,聚丙烯材料具有优越韧性,在受到超强冲击时不会产生裂缝,即使将管材压扁,也不会出现开裂,从而确保管材具有良好的抗冲击性能。
