Abstract
本发明涉及一种静音排水管,其从内而外分成内聚氯乙烯层、吸音芯层和外聚氯乙烯层;其特征在于吸音芯层包括如下重量百分比的组分:聚氯乙烯50~60、热塑性橡胶(TPE)20~30、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)10~20、二甲酸二辛酯3~5、石蜡1~5和稀土稳定剂1~3,其中热塑性橡胶TPR的细度为80~100目,EVA的细度为100~150目,VAE中的醋酸乙烯含量为50~70重量%。本发明的优点是具有良好的隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排水管,尤其涉及一种静音排水管。
背景技术
目前聚氯乙烯排水管因其具有价格便宜、使用方便、使用寿命长的特点而被广泛,尤其是在家庭排水设施中更是得到广泛的应用,但早先的聚氯乙烯排水管都是单壁结构,在使用时,因排水会产生很大的噪音,从而对室内环境产生影响,现有也有多层式静音排水管排水管,其从内而外分成内聚氯乙烯层、吸音芯层和外聚氯乙烯层;但其现有的隔音效果并不理想。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有良好隔音效果的静音排水管。
本发明的技术内容为:一种静音排水管,其从内而外分成内聚氯乙烯层、吸音芯层和外聚氯乙烯层;其特征在于吸音芯层包括如下重量百分比的组分:
聚氯乙烯 50~60
热塑性橡胶(TPE) 20~30
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA) 10~20
二甲酸二辛酯 3~5
石蜡 1~5
稀土稳定剂 1~3
其中热塑性橡胶(TPE)的细度为80~100目,EVA的细度为100~150目,VAE中的醋酸乙烯含量为50~70重量%。
在上述静音排水管中,内聚氯乙烯层和外聚氯乙烯层为常规的生产聚氯乙烯管的技术。
本发明通过常规的双机共挤的技术制备。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明吸音芯层中的弹性体热塑性橡胶(TPE)与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)能起到很好的隔音与吸音效果,故本发明具有良好的隔音效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种静音排水管,其从内而外分成内聚氯乙烯层1、吸音芯层2和外聚氯乙烯层3;其特征在于吸音芯层包括如下重量百分比的组分:
聚氯乙烯 50
热塑性橡胶(TPE) 25
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA) 15
二甲酸二辛酯 3
石蜡 1
稀土稳定剂 1
其中热塑性橡胶(TPE)的细度为85目,EVA的细度为120目,VAE中的醋酸乙烯含量为60重量%;稀土稳定剂为广东东莞炜林纳功能材料有限公司生产的X-1稀土稳定剂。

1.一种静音排水管,其从内而外分成内聚氯乙烯层、吸音芯层和外聚氯乙烯层;其特征在于吸音芯层包括如下重量百分比的组分:
聚氯乙烯 50~60
热塑性橡胶(TPE) 20~30
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA) 10~20
二甲酸二辛酯 3~5
石蜡 1~5
稀土稳定剂 1~3
其中热塑性橡胶(TPE)的细度为80~100目,EVA的细度为100~150目,VAE中的醋酸乙烯含量为50~70重量%。
