设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。PVC管的内壁复有一层橡胶层且橡胶层的面为凹凸的设计，是本实用新型的主要技术特征。这样做的目的在于：由于橡胶具有良好的弹性吸声性能,它能将碰到其壁上的落水所产生的冲击力缓冲消失,从而达到降噪的目的；其次，由于橡胶层面为凹凸面，该凹凸面能够有效地将碰到其面上的水分散，从而达到降噪消声的目的。
